MHA: Icy Relevation

The U.A Sports Festival is an event held annually by U.A high school where students are able to showcase their abilities to be scouted by Pro Heroes and supporting agencies. 

This year's U.A Sports Festival was quite exciting, there were multiple well known heroes in the stands, and some are even the hosts of the event. 

In the center of the field, there were the students of Class 1-A and Class 1-B. They gathered around a Pro Hero named Midnight who was starting to draw the brackets. 

"I'm getting nervous! I wonder who my opponent will be." 

"I'm standing at the stage that I watch on television every year."

"Was the tournament like this last year?" 

Everyone was waiting anxiously at who were the upcoming contestants when suddenly there was a change of atmosphere. 

Midnight who sensed something was wrong set down the box of lots that contained names and prepared for whatever was coming down at them. Surprisingly, even All Might arrived onto the field too. 

"Do you sense it?" Midnight asked. 

"Of course, I feel it every time she comes back. There's no mistaking it, she's making a return." All Might replied. 

Midnight raised an eyebrow, "Who are you talking about?" 

"You'll see." He replied. 

The people in the stands had fallen quiet too, they didn't know what was going on, but knew something was wrong seeing the expression on the hero's expression. 

All Might grabbed the microphone, "I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is an emergency situation. But please relax, whatever is coming is not a danger to you all." 

This didn't do anything but made the audience feel more unease. Nonetheless, they tried to stay as calm as possible knowing there were dozens of pro heroes surrounding the area. 

"What's going on?" Izuku asked. 

"It seems like there's someone invading, I'm not sure myself, but as All Might said. The person doesn't pose a danger to any of us." Tenya replied. 

Just when they were about to ask more questions, an unfamiliar figure arrived onto the scene. Everyone's eyes, including the cameras, were directed at the figure walking towards them. 

Her ice blue hair swayed in the air, her sharp blue eyes intimidated quite a lot of people even without making eye contact. Where she walked would leave a path of small ice pellets before disappearing. 

No one in either class knew who this person was, except for the Pro Heroes, of course. In an instant, they recognized who she was. 

The genius who graduated at the age of eleven and had incredible prowess in all areas. Surpassing every pro hero in "potential" and had astonishing control of her quirk. 

All Might walked towards her and stopped only a few feet away from her. With a big smile, he held out his hand. 

"Welcome back, Eira, or should I say, Zero?" 

Eira shook his hand and looked up at him with a smile, "I'm back, All Might." 

The crowd cheered after recognizing who the unfamiliar figure was. There were countless newspapers written about her and how strong of a hero she was despite even at a young age. 

It's been three years since she's left for an important mission and finally, she came back with perfect timing since the U.A Sports Festival was being held. Everyone was eager to see how strong she's become. 

"Who's that?" Izuku asked. "Why is everyone shaken up by her sudden appearance?" 

Tenya looked at Izuku with wide eyes, "You're telling me you've never heard of Zero?"

"Zero?" Izuku questioned. 

"Yes, due to her cold she was, temperature was practically zero. So simply, that's where she got her nickname from." Tenya explained. 

"What's her quirk?" 

"Ice Manipulation.'

Izuku's eyes widened and quickly wrote down what he heard from Tenya immediately. Who knows where he pulled the notebook out from, but it made him question something. 

"So like Todoroki?" 

"Far stronger…" Shoto, who appeared beside him said. "None of us can compare to her." 

"The strongest…" Katsuki muttered. 

Izuku glanced at him and noticed how his fists were balled up and was gritting his teeth. He could tell Katsuki was itching to run at Eira, but Katsuki knew that he had limits. 

There was something much bigger than a wall between him and Eira. 

"Did I make it just in time?" Eira asked. 

"Erm…" All Might muttered, "You're wearing an oversized haori with snowflakes on it…is this your hero suit?" 

"Don't worry about the small details, I heard about this festival, I would like to participate. What strings can you pull to get me in there?"

"There will be quite a bit of changes, but I don't think I'll need to pull any strings to get you in there. After all, everyone wants to see you perform." 

Eira glanced around and waved at the crowd. There it was, the endless cheering of excitement for her. 

"I can see that, but I guess you'll have to adjust the rules a little bit right? They were supposed to be going against each other." Eira said. 

"Actually…I'll leave it up to you." All Might said, leaving Eira with a confused expression. He turned the microphone back on, "I have an announcement to make, because of the special return of one of our strongest heroes, we decided to change the rules a bit. Would it be alright with everyone?" 

The audience cheered him on. 

"Who cares?! We want to see her!" 

"Change it as much as you want!"

"This is history! She is history!"

All Might grinned, "Eira, also known as Zero, will lead the festival!" 

The audience cheered at an inaudible noise, it was so loud that people almost had to cover their ears to tone down the sound. 

"She's going to be leading the festival?" Izuku muttered. 

"This is the first time in history that this has ever happened…" Tenya said. "And we're part of it." 

Midnight, who had no idea what All Might wanted, decided to just go along with it. 

"As he said, the person leading will now be Eira!" 

Eira walked past the students that looked at her in awe and admiration. Amidst of all the stares, there were heart eyes, threatening eyes, and eyes of fear. 

"As you all may know, I am Eira also known as Zero. Although I am only seventeen years old, technically still a student of this school, I was suddenly announced as an instructor basically. I don't bear such experience with these types of things, but I'll try my best." 

Midnight gave her a piece of paper that labeled the word script as the title. This caused Eira to frown since the script was blank meaning there was no script. 

"What does this mean?" 

Midnight shrugged in response. 

"Alright then, everyone. Let's do a one-on-one style tournament. No matter what, one of you guys will end up fighting me. Maybe even two of you or even three. So drop out while you can or else you won't be able to leave." Eira said. 

There was a moment of silence before a few students stepped away from the battle. She didn't pay any mind to it since it was bound to happen. 

"By the way, I may look easy going, but remember. I am different from you all, I became a hero at the age of thirteen. So let me put my instructor persona on." Eira added. 

"This is going to be hell." Izuku heard Tenya mutter. 

"Everyone, get ready. Since whoever I draw from this lot, their opponent will be me."
