multiple police cars arrived, and a lot of cops exited from them, they were heavily armored.
at their lead was Kenji the dog head, he turned to his men and gave the orders.
"Quickly encircle the bank with a radius of 20 meters, I don't want anyone to escape our siege, not even rats".
"Yes sir" the policemen quickly executed the orders, they formed a circle around the bank holding their shields and pointing their guns forward.
but a group of policemen was shocked when they found a huge hole in the wall, and before they could encircle and report it, a fast shadow went out of there at full speed.
The shadow was none other than Reno, he was able to fill his bags and backpack with the money before the cops finish their siege, he grabbed his machete from the guard's corpse on the way out, and started escaping, he managed to get out from the same entrance he made when he saw the cops he knew it will be hard to go through them, so he instantly leaped from wall to wall till he made it to the roof, from there he started running and jumping from roof to roof at high speed.
The cops that saw him were shocked at first but they quickly recovered from it, one of them held his talkie-walkie and quickly reported the situation to Kenji.
"Sir, there is a big hole in the wall here, when we arrived we saw a villain escaping from it, he climbed to the roof and started escaping, what's your orders, sir?"
"Did you see him use his quirk?" asked Kenji quickly.
"No, we were in a narrow alley, he just used both walls as he steps to reach the roof".
"Alright don't chase him and encircle that entrance tightly, we don't know if he has partners there, we will storm the bank from the front, and you will do the same from there, that way we can flank them, we will leave that individual who escaped to the heroes" replied Kenji, most of the cops were quirkless or they did have useless quirks, he can't afford to send them to chase and fight a villain, all they are good for was stalling time for the heroes to come and arrest them after they are beaten.
he turned to his assistant "where are the heroes?"
"The closest agency to us is Kamui Woods agency, they responded as soon as we called them, he will be here in 10 seconds"
"There is no need for 10 seconds I'm here" came the voice of Kamui Woods.
Kenji turned to him and said " it's really good for you to come, your quirk will be needed, the target is escaping on the roofs, you have to catch him"
"how about the Bank?" asked Kamui back.
"where are your sidekicks?" answered Kenji with another question.
"They will be here in 30 seconds"
"we will wait for them to come, my men are closing all the ways out of the bank, his associates should still be there, this bank is well guarded, after all, I think the one who escaped is a bait when your sidekicks arrive, we will storm the bank and capture them, you don't need to worry about that, now go and capture him" said Kenji seriously.
"alright" Kamui Woods didn't waste any more time, his hand and it turned into multiple branches of wood, it has now the form of tentacles, the tentacles extended and grabbed the roof of a building, then Kamui Woods was pulled to the roof, he kept doing the same thing again and again, he looked like spiderman of this world.
Reno was running quickly when he suddenly felt a presence behind him, he turned his head to look but all he saw were 4 tentacles heading toward him.
Reno quickly stopped and used the momentum to dodge the tentacles by stepping aside, those tentacles were huge, he would have been battered if he were to be hit by them and he will be entangled for sure if they were to twist him.
the hand of Kamui Woods didn't stop, after Reno dodged it, it kept going forward till it grabbed a pole, then at a fast speed, he pulled himself, and in the blink of an eye, he was now standing in front of Reno.
Reno looked at him cautiously, he knew pro heroes were no joke, especially for the current him who didn't reach his peak.
Kamui Woods also looked at Reno, and his first impression was 'dangerous'.
He couldn't determine the age of his opponent, he was wearing a mask that hide most of his face, at the same time the mask made him look creepy as hell, his eyes were cold, but what made him alert was the calm and composure he displayed, it was as if he isn't in any danger or bad situation.
by seeing this, he realized that Kenji's speculations were wrong, there is no way a 'bait' will stay this calm and composed after confronting a pro hero, this mental strength doesn't belong to the 'bait', it belongs to leaders.
he was now thinking that his associates who stayed in the bank were the real bait.
but even after feeling the danger and the creepiness of Reno, and after all the thoughts he had, at the end of the day, he is still a hero and he has to capture the villain.

Reno stared at him calmly, this will be his first fight against a pro hero, and he has to make it quick.
"I don't have too much time to waste on you, let's make this quick" said Reno as he put the bags down and unsheathed his machete, the machete was still stained with blood.
The color of the blood made Kamui Woods angry, he wasn't a fool, he knew what that means, and now he is more determined than ever to catch this dangerous villain.
Kamui Woods extended his arm, his hand turned into 5 tentacles that went toward Reno with impressive speed, Reno took a side step to dodge, but the wooden tentacles suddenly changed path and closed on him.
With no chance to evade the close-range attack, Reno waved his machete and cut through the tentacles.
the tentacles fell to the ground and stopped moving, they turned to deadwood.
Reno didn't waste time and dashed toward him at full speed.
Kamui Woods extended his other hand and another tentacles grow from it, they went at Reno just like before.
Reno took a side step and cut them again without stopping continuing his way to Kamui.
But this time, the moment Reno slashed his hand, other tentacles grew from his arm and attacked Reno suddenly.
Reno was taken by surprise, he didn't have the time to perform a slash, so he just brought his machete close to his body to parry the attack.
but the tentacles buckled around the machete and attacked Reno.
Reno was sent flying while coughing blood, the attack broke some of his ribs, and he fell down but quickly stood up.
Even with his experience, he couldn't parry such an attack, the movements of the tentacles didn't have a pattern, and they were unpredictable.
'So that's what fighting a pro hero feels like, it's not about the martial arts, I think it's not different from my previous world, but it's about these damn quirks, some are op and some unpredictable, I don't think I can approach him with his annoying quirk, but since when was I a battle maniac?! if I can't reach him, all I have to do is assassinate him' thought Reno inwardly.
"I will not kill you because I can't go against the rules and my morals, even tho you killed a lot of innocent people in that bank, but I won't have any problem breaking some of your bones since you don't want to surrender" said Kamui, from their exchange, he knew that the villain was good at close combat and that he certainly killed a lot of guards in that bank, Which made him furious at him, he was determined to catch him no matter what.
Kamui launched another attack, Reno jumped in the air and threw his machete toward his head, at the same time he dashed toward him.
Kamui retracted his hand and deviated the machete with his quirk, but by the time he was done he saw that Reno was right in front of him and saw a big fist coming toward his face.
but before Reno could punch him, wooden tentacles emerged from Kamui's shoulder and wrapped themselves around Reno tightly.
Kamui squeezed and Reno gritted his teeth, his already broken ribs were squeezed and he was in a lot of pain.
'Shit, if I got through my second phase of training I won't be feeling all this pain and my momentum wouldn't slow down after receiving an injury' cursed Reno inwardly, he wanted to train his body to a level where the pain will be reduced to a tingle, but unfortunately, he didn't have time and recourses to start it yet.
Kamui squeezed again and looked at Reno's expression, he was in a lot of pain.
"This pain is nothing compared to the pain you caused to the families of your victims, you will spend the rest of your life in prison" said Kamui like a hero upholding justice.
"now let's take a look at your face villain" a tentacle extended to Reno's face and moved his mask away.
When Kamui saw Reno's face he was shocked, never in his wildest dreams did he think that the ruthless villain in front of him who killed a lot of people in the bank was this young.
"A teenager....." Kamui didn't know what to say, boys at the age of Reno should be in school studying hard, why the hell was there a young teenager robbing a bank and killing people.
Kamui looked at Reno's eyes and he saw that the teenager was tearing up, crying, and in a lot of pain.
Kamui loosened the tentacles and Reno was able to breathe again but didn't set him free, he couldn't even keep looking at him, he was shocked, disappointed, and felt like he was bullying a young teenager, his feelings were a mess, he turned around and said gloomily" even tho you are a young boy you committed multiple crimes, I will bring you back to Kenji and he will deal with you, my job is done here"
Kamui started walking back, his spirit was low, he even blamed himself, if he saved the kid before maybe he won't turn to be a villain, his conscience started kicking and he was demoralized, he stopped to retrieve the bags, he wanted to end this day.
When Reno saw him let his guard down, he quickly activated his quirk and melted the tentacles that were tying him.
Kamui felt that the weight he carried suddenly dropped drastically, he turned to look but was met with two fingers stabbing straight at his eyes.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAGH" screamed Kamui in agony, he was not expecting the kid to be able to walk free, he made a terrible mistake, even tho he beat Reno but he never saw his quirk.
Kamui's scream was so loud to the point it reached even the policemen.
Reno hooked his 2 fingers in his eyes, then he grabbed his face and activated his quirk.
Kamui's face melted and a fountain of blood gushed from his neck.
Reno quickly grabbed the bags and resumed his escape, he was injured and exhausted, he discovered that there was still a gap between him and the pros, and he will make sure to close it, but that was for later because all he wanted right now was to rest, heal and mess Shiho up again.
