PAGE 20: CAVALRY BATTLE- UNTOUCHABLE

Midnight then stepped to the stage as she announces only the top 42 will be allowed to move to the next stage, before like the first stage there's a spin and the post preliminaries was: 'a Calvary battle' Midnight moves on to explain how it goes and then she moves on to announce everyone points before saying the 1st is worth ten million points.

Immediately, everyone surrounds Kazuya as Midnight advices them to aim for the guy with first place but Kazuya remains calm as he closes his eyes and waits for Midnight to finish the explanation. Soon she ended and everyone separated to look for a partner, Kazuya just stayed in the same place as he thought 'so all I need is to find one person, who'll it be?' He then looked around as he studied his opponents but he didn't dare call anyone.

A while later, Setsuna came to him, he looked at her and already knew she wasn't planning on joining him so he said "hello Setsuna, need something?" She looked at him and said "just wanted to wish you good luck, I was able to survive the obstacle race and now I'm here, I'll try my best to beat you Kazu!" Kazuya smiled as he said "yeah I admire that, try your best out there" Setsuna nods as she leaves, Kazuya then returns to his usual self as he heads towards Satou Rikido, he then says "Rikido-san, do you mind joining me?" Rikido looked hesitant but then Kazuya said "I see you're worried but put your faith in me, if you do I can promise you a spot in the final round" Rikido wanted to decline but he felt a certain truth in Kazuya's words so he said "okay, I'll join Kazuya-san" "thank you" Kazuya said, then Rikido asked "who are we gonna recruit next?" Kazuya seemed confused as he asked "aren't we two more than enough?" Rikido began regretting as he said to himself 'I've already lost this huh' how wrong he was.

Soon the 10 minutes period had elapsed and everyone was supposed to have had a team by now. Midnight moved on to check and noticed Kazuya and Rikido, and asked "a two-man party?" Kazuya nodded, this surprised the crowd while most of the teams mocked, with everything in place, the cavalry battle started.

As soon as Midnight's countdown finished almost all the teams launched at Kazuya's, Kazuya noticing this immediately said to Rikido "run as fast as you can" Rikido nodded as he used his quirk and wanted to run but then the ground changed to moving sand, Rikido panicked as the opposing teams got closer but Kazuya didn't seem worried as he aimed his hand at the ground and used 'almighty push' thus launching them into the air, Rikido was surprised by this but quickly regained his cool. Immediately after finding themselves in the air, Jirou used her earphones to attack but Kazuya by the wave of his hand was able to repel it and with that they landed on the ground safely.

But they didn't have time to relax as immediately they landed, another team headed at them, but Rikido was fast as he ran faster than they could reach him but this proved to be a fatal mistake as Katsuki Bakugo launched at them saying "ridding real high and mighty, ain't cha, silver spoon" Kazuya looked at Bakugo and said "so am the silver spoon guy" as he used 'almighty push' with little power and this was perfect for the guy as Sero was able to catch him with his tape.

Just when Rikido was feeling relieved, he was surrounded by two teams namely; Midoriya's and Todoroki's (same as canon), seeing the two teams blocking his path, Kazuya sighed and Midoriya said "Kazuya-san, I'll be taking that now" while Todoroki didn't utter a word, seeing this Kazuya waved his hand in a 'come' motion and immediately both teams charged at him while others followed behind but before any could get closer, Kaminari used his quirk electrocuting most of the other teams though Midoriya's team was protected by Dark shadow while Kazuya just used almighty push to get to the air. Seeing this, Todoroki immediately created an ice rod which he used to create a highway reaching Kazuya and immediately Ida used his fast legs as he dashed to Kazuya while Midoriya's dark shadow elevated them to his level.

Seeing the two teams approaching, Rikido began panicking but Kazuya kept a calm demeanor and when they were just close enough he said "not enough" Immediately, he used a spherical almighty push which pushed both teams away while he landed on the ground. Both teams were able to land safely though Midoriya's was pushed way back.

Upon landing, Ida advised his mates to hold tight as he went up to his fastest gear and rushed at Kazuya and Rikido, faster than any could see, now Todoroki aimed for the headband but when he was just about to snatch it, Kazuya tilted his head while saying "you're fast but not fast enough" as those words left his mouth, he used heavenly pull on Todoroki's whole team and took away the headband then pushed them back.

Realizing they didn't stand a chance, Todoroki said "change of plans, we need to get headbands" and with that his team headed to another team and easily got headbands, during that moment, Midoriya headed back to Kazuya with his team and others also did as the countdown began. Kazuya didn't seem worried by the incoming danger as he sat on Rikido's shoulder with closed eyes.

"10…9…8…" they were 5 meters away "…7…6…5…4…" they were 2 meters away "…3…2…" "ALMIGHTY PUSH" when they were just about to grab to him, he shouted thus pushing all the teams (I mean ALL THE TEAMS) in the stadium to the ground "…1" with that, the cavalry battle finally came to an end with one team standing while the others were seated on the ground.
