U.A Start

- Habaki POV -

After the entrance exam 2 weeks quickly passed. I hadn't really done much these past days. I had noticed that I had needed a break from everything, I had been so focused on getting into UA in the last years that I hadn't really taken a break except Sundays. So deciding that I would rest up until UA started I had mostly just laid in my bed or took a walk in the city. I had still worked out so I would still be in proper shape starting school.

Opening my eyes, I looked into the white ceiling in my bedroom. A lamp hung from the ceiling but it wasn't turned on at the moment. Rubbing the sleep out of my eyes, I sat up and stretched my body. After working out the day before, there was something so satisfying waking up and stretching, like all the soreness in your body slowly fading away. I turned my eyes towards the window. The blinds were slightly drawn apart so I could see the march sun shining down on the street. There wasn't many people out at the moment which suited me quite well. It meant I could enjoy the nature and animals around our street with no interruptions.

Just sitting there for 15 minutes I decided to get up. Taking full use of the beautiful scene outside, I started my day with a run. I headed outside after putting on a pair of shorts, t-shirt and running shoes. The chirps of birds could be heard, so I had not put on my headphones so I could listen to music. Running for 30 minutes at a moderate pace had worked a fair bit of sweat up on the warm spring day. Getting home I took a nice long bath just enjoying the warmth of the water. Stepping out of the shower cabin, I took a towel and dried myself off before putting on some clothes. I looked in the mirror.

My still damp hair fell over my eyes, I didn't mind it that much however I still wanted to see. So, I parted my hair in the middle, only leaving some strands of hair falling down onto my nose, while the rest had been pushed to the sides of my eyes. I wasn't one for much skin care, but I had been subject to what a lot of pimples did to you in my previous life, and I didn't really want to go through that again, so I had been actively using different creams and oils which helped reducing pimples. It had worked like a treat. With my very active lifestyle and clean diet, I would say I had nearly flawless skin. There were still some places where it looked a bit roughened up, but that was more because of my training. Before I could go into a tangent in my own head my mothers voice ranged from down stairs.

''Aki-chan there is a letter for you from U.A.'' She called in a happy voice.

I widened my eyes a bit, I quickly finished up my business and left the bathroom heading downstairs. Coming to the end of the stairs I looked at my mom who stood in the kitchen waving a letter. I gave her a big smile walking over to her, taking the letter I muttered thanks. Seating myself down in our Sofa, I opened the letter. A small disk fell out of the envelope glowing slightly. Without warning the disk lit up even more and a hologram shot out of the paper. To my surprise a figure of a small mouse looking creature popped up from the disk.

''Hello Habaki Takahashi it's nice to meet you, my name is Nezu and I'm the principal of U.A High School. I'm here to congratulate you on your acceptance into U.A. With an impressive 93% on the written exam and with a performance which landed you 1 point behind the one with most points in the practical exam, you will be glad to hear that due April you will start in our hero course. In the letter there are some practical information but that doesn't matter right now. Well one last thing to say before I leave, Habaki Takahashi welcome to your hero academia.''

And with that the hologram disappeared before showing a new picture. It was a list over the top 10 in the practical exam, and just as the mouse has said my name was placed at the number 2 spot. beside my name was 2 numbers, I raised my eyebrow at this. Looking at the top of the hologram it had 'Villain points' and 'Hero points' written over the two numbers. I sighed, they had graded us in secret in a different field. Looking down to my name again i had 65 villain points and only 11 hero points. Looking at who was above me I saw the name Katsuki Bakugou. He had 77 villain points and 0 hero points. Maybe it was him that had made that big explosion I heard.

I couldn't help but look disappointed at the hologram. Maybe if I hadn't gone after the 0-pointer I could have gotten first. Something else caught my attention on hologram. Kirishimas name was at the number 3 spot just 2 points less than me. I smiled, with his 39 hero points it looked he had truly gotten over his self confidence problem.

Finding the other letter the principal had talked about I quickly read through it. It just had a list over what I needed before the school began in April. I had been assigned to Class-1a. The letter said it needed my measurements for the school uniform and also my hero costume. 'Eh? Hero costume', then it dawned on me. No one had told me that I needed to design a hero costume already, 'Shit'.

- Time skip -

I had donned my new school uniform still with a missing tie, it was a much nicer feeling not having it on. Walking down the street towards the school, I saw others in the same uniform as me. I had grown around 1 inch since the entrance exams putting me at 5'9. I saw the school just ahead after 5 minutes of walking. The school was as overwhelming as the first time I was here. Walking through the gates I tried to find something that would lead me to my class. We had been given a map of the school which I had subsequently forgotten at home. Luckily I was 15 minutes early so I had a good amount of time to find someone and ask for help.

It didn't take me long to find someone, as I walked down a corridor I saw a blue haired girl. Deciding it was my time to ask for help I hasten my step to reach her. Tapping her on the should I asked of she could help me find class-1a. Not wanting to come of as rude I did a short bow.

''Ohh are you a new student, what is your name, are you excited for your first day, what's up with your eyes, what did you get in the entrance exam, what is your quirk, the class is just down to the left.'' The blue haired girl said to me in rapid succession.

I looked at her with mild disbelief. I hadn't really expected to be bombarded with questions, I just wanted to know where my classroom was. Luckily she had said it in the end.

''Thank you, I will answer your questions another time, I really have to get to class.'' I tried to sound as apologetic as I could before I again bowed and walked off. If I had not been as focused on getting to class I would have noticed that there now was a head sticking out of the wall talking to the girl.

Following her directions I made it to the door, and what a door it was. Ginormous in size if compared to a normal door, guess they had to accommodate for all people. Taking a hold on the doorknob I took a deep breath, these next 3 years are surely going to be interesting I thought opening the door.

Hello everybody this concludes chapter 10, sorry for the wait.

I'm finally done with my big assignment and I have a lot more free time right now. Next week I have break from school, so I will see if I can't get more chapters out.

This chapter was really just to ease in to the beginning of U.A but I hope none of you minded and if you did I would like feedback to know what could have been done better.

And with that have a good day, evening, night or whenever you are seeing this.
