Jayden felt his heart wrench. The thought of him losing Natalia made his soul scream in agony.

"I don't want to loose her."

The systems reply gave him strong hope and he immediately listened carefully.

"So I just need to convince her not to join the Z Organization?"

Jayden once again resumed searching for shelter until it was dark.

After ten minutes of walking he said. "Hey, I think I can see better in the dark."

"... the Creation Orb." Jayden completed the systems statement.

"Night Vision. Sounds nice."

"Finally." Jayden said as he finished checking the surroundings of a tree and the branches.

Jayden deactivated his Mech Suit and laid on a branch and looked at the dark sky filled with countless stars.

"One day, I'll travel around the universe and meet up with different races."

As Jayden and the system were conversing, he heard the rustling of leaves in a tree just ahead of him. He activated his Mech Suit again and turned on the night vision goggles in his Mech Suit.

"I wish my personal night vision was better." Jayden commented.

"...cultivate the Creation orbs energy. Yeah, you've said that lots of times already."

Jayden jumped down and walked towards the tree carefully while checking it out. He made sure he wasn't too close so he could react swiftly of anything jumped out at him.

"There's nothing there." Jayden said as he scanned the tree again.

[There Is]

"What's there?"

[I won't tell you]

"C'mon do you want me to die?"

The systems words had put him on the edge, he became tensed even though the system said he won't die. The system wasn't all knowing after all.

Jayden watched and soon heard another rustle behind him with some leaves falling from the tree. He immediately turned around and looked to find the culprit.

And then right from his back, from the first tree to have rustled. A black one meter long beast with dark red eyes, pounced on him.

Jayden fell over and was prepared to kill the perpetrator, but he soon realized the beast wasn't attacking him with it's paws or fangs, but with it's tongue. Jayden turned around and soon felt the thing licking his face. He was shocked and didn't know what to say.

Jayden processed what happened and lifted the grown cub by its armpits like a little child.

It gave one last long wet kiss to his already drenched face.

"I think I will give you a name too system. Just calling you system feels weird. I think Nahshon will do."

Jayden was surprised by the heartfelt thanks.

"Uhh... you're welcome. I guess."

"I really need to sleep, I'll deal with everything when I wake up." Jayden said as he yawned.

He climbed the tree and Draven followed him with surprising agility.

Jayden deactivated his Mech suit and laid on a branch with his back.

He saw Draven sitting beside him and staring at him with what felt like amusement.

Jayden noticed that even with how close Draven was to him, it was hard to see him even with his night vision. His dark skin blended with the darkness and his piercing red eyes released feint killing intent -although it wasn't directed at him-.

"C'mon boy." He said and stretched out his hands to Draven. The little cub once again surprised him, it shrunk itself to the size of a cat and jumped on his chest, it coiled itself with its tail and closed its eyes. Anyone who saw him at that moment will definitely mistake him for a cat.

"So many thing have happened in a short amount of time."Jayden said.

"I need to begin learning to control this Creation Orbs energy, then learn to imbue my current skills with more energy and then...

... I need to get new skills."Jayden said with a bit frustration.

"But I need credits to get new skills. If I go on a killing spree tomorrow, I might get enough Energy Orbs to sell and exchange with credits to buy a new skill or two."
