Currently strapped to a chair, Derek watched as Gideon set up the transfusion and once he instructed the machine, it moved towards the pale Li Mei.
She looked like a beauty in a peaceful sleep, but everyone in this room knew this sleep could last forever if this doesn't work.
"Be careful." Gideon heard Derek's voice and turned. He flashed a small smile and turned back to the screen and while he looked calm from his back view, his hands trembled.
"Don't pressure him." Christopher defended, causing Gideon to sigh in relief. "Whatever he does will be useless if you can't transfer your healing cells to her, and it needs to be fast so they can do some work before dying out."
