Gavin pressed a button, and a wide, thick, ash-colored door slid open. "We're here, the training room!" His dramatic tone brought no applause of awe as everyone's faces distorted.
"When last did you train, Gav?" Derek queried, his sharp silver brows raised, and his eyes shone with contempt.
The room had lots of cobwebs, dust, and stale air, making his nose wrinkle. Clearly, Gavin had abandoned this facility for a long time.
"Huh, let me think" Gavin stretched his hair. "Hmm, two years ago," He replied, both Angel and Derek almost fell.
They both trained like it was their hobby, and Derek couldn't train lately because of his wounds and lack of time.
"Get the machines. Let's clean it up," Derek said. He spoke to Gavin, but Kira rushed. Her destination was already known.
