I always knew Kehlani was a force of nature, but this just put her next level. I saw one of his men do something to her, so I had a warrior end him. We should have stopped the challenge, but I’m happy we didn’t.

I run over to my Alpha; Jayden is hugging her to his chest. She looks like she is about to pass out. We found a syringe on the rogue, and it reeked of wolfsbane. Dominic didn’t realize that Kehlani could fight through wolfsbane for a decent amount of time before the effect completely takes over. All he did was piss her off even more.

Jax is kneeling by Jayden and Kehlani, trying to talk to her to see what’s going on. I sent the warriors off to get everything settled and to get those rogues out of the area. I walk to stand in front of Jayden and Kehlani. “Is she ok?”
