CHAPTER 36 The Medicine

  Aurora's POV

"Edsel, what do you usually do in this situation?" I asked without hesitation. Since he was in a hurry to go home, there must be some way to alleviate his pain.

But before he could answer, I heard a noise, almost a gasp and turned rapidly only to see Edsel had fainted. Edward's face became serious, so unlike his usual self, I knew it must be bad.

"What the hell is going on? What will happen to him?" I sounded anxious. Why was I anxious? It's not like I know Edsel. But I never expected it to be this bad.

"This isn't right." Edward leaned down to examine Edsel closer. He was pale, almost deathly so. Covered in sweat, yet he almost looked peaceful. At least while he is unconscious he isn't in pain.

My mind raced. We had a lot of medication with us, which could be useful. However, none of us were familiar with them. This goes deeper than dressing wounds which was about as far as our medical knowledge goes. But we still had to try.
