Chapter 10: Pee in a ball room

     Weird but real, I felt anger within me. I literally heard a low growl from inside of me.

      'I bet that's why you don't get anything good' Ashina snapped 'Imagine! Even our mate hates you for how you are'.

    Deep.

   My heartache. So it's real! Alpha Rex is my mate and he hates me. Since he obviously hates me, why does he want to take me to his park after the ball?

   Slowly, I stood up and head to the door. My heartache but I refused to cry, not now, not when I needed to be strong and escape now or never.

      'You don't mean that' Ashina gasped 'We just found our mate' she panicked.

    Ignoring her, I opened the door. A deep frown spread across my face as the squeaky sound was heard from the door. Pffff! Sneaking out can be so difficult, especially in a quiet place.

     Not even a soul.

     'Wait!' Ashina screamed.

   I stood. Yeah, I can't tell why I stopped but I did and stared blankly at the empty space. It was as if I just noticed how to cast my environment looked. Lots of old washing machines, lots of abandoned clothes, and an empty basket. That's where I store my food since my room is too small.

    "Are you going to say something it keeps me waiting?" I asked loudly.

    Good thing no one is around is not, I might get the reaction mad people get. You know it's not normal for a young werewolf that just shifted the same day to be talking to herself.

      "Say something!" I whispered harshly.

      'The jacket, you will need the jacket' Ashina replied.

     I will need it?

  Even though I doubt her, I still don't know they I went back to take the jacket. Immediately I put it on, I get this kind of energy, like a bit calm before walking out the door. Damn! Ashina or whatever she calls herself must be talkative.

    I know I am used to staying alone for years but getting something talking inside of you all the time none stop seems more like a punishment.

      "Will you shut up?" I yelled.

   Ohh! That worked well.

  Ashina immediately stopped talking after giving me a funny yet annoying remark.

     'I know you don't like me but you are stuck with me for the rest of your life!' Ashina snapped 'I am your wolf, you better half!'.

   None of my business, all I need to do is get the hell out of this place. I don't need to know if I will die or get caught by some evil rogues, I seriously need to get out of this place.

    "Where are you going?".

   "Uhmm....to Eat?" I replied before turning back to look at the person in question "Hello...?".

     "Hawk" he replied.

   I chuckled dryly.

Quickly, I bit my lower lips. I don't mean to be so rude but the calm look on his face doesn't look like he is pissed. He didn't have the serious look he had before when she saw me naked, now he looks amused like he finds me funny.

    "I am sorry, but, do you mean Hawk as in...".

   "Bird" he interrupted "I get that a lot, they just say Hawk as in bird but gladly, you didn't say I look like a bird, or would you?".

    I smiled.

  Why would I say such when I don't want to get eaten or dead?  Sure, I know I am looking like a cheetah having my teeth in such a weird smile like that.

      "He said you can go" Hawk shrugged "Remember to come back or..." He paused and with a smile on his face he added "Thats how he ended it".

    He better be kidding, me? Coming back to a shit hole is what I call suicide a mission.

    'Who is he even talking orders from so fast?' Ashina resumes her annoying talking 'It better not be mate' she squeaks 'We have to see him, we must see him now....pleasssseeeee'.

    Bluffing!

  She better learn how to get ignored.

      Standing for more than three minutes just staring at the woods, I wonder what I might see this time. The last time I got to see a bloody wolf with freaking red eyes, can't stand such risk again.

     With my head low, I walk into the main town. Not even a single soul as the evening still seems early. I know it's because of the Alpha's ball and for a reason I felt abandoned.

    Brook I had always looked up to, doing things without me. Not even Axon, that son of a wolf that did this to me! I need to see him, I must see him!

     With folded fist, I matched towards the town hall. If I had a phone, I would have called him but I had none, not even an Android phone. Getting in front of the hall, my heart skip a beat and stopped for a second.

    I haven't seen so many high-ranked wolves from different Park before, not in my entire life as an omega when I am barely allowed to look at anyone in the eye.

     'This is not a good idea' Ashina panicked 'we must go back, now!' She yelled.

   Feeling irritated I frowned, I can't be yelled at by everyone but also my wolf and that lead me into ignoring it. Walking more into the crowd, I quickly blended with other omega but with my head low, I wonder why they still get to give me a second stare each time I pass them.

     'Rain! Stop fooling around and go back now!' Ashina whispered 'Axin would not even want to listen to a sorry ass omega like you'.

     Pissed I stopped, my head still low as I growled inwardly.

      "Mind your business, Ashina" I whispered "Now I know why it took me this long to shift" I rolled my eyes as I scoffed "To avoid an annoying won't like you!" I shrugged and took a step forward "I wish I never shifted it know...".

     Bumping hard on it, I can tell it's a person and he smells sweet, bringing nothing but joy to my heart. The calm smile that was once on my face some seconds ago vanished immediately I looked up to start at him.

     "That's harsh to Ashina," Rex said "What are you doing here by the way?" He interrogated.

    I can't concentrate, not when Ashina kept jumping inside of me screaming 'Mate' like she just won a lottery. Even the greatest warrior has not even acted that happy after killing the notorious rogue.

     "What are you doing here with Ashina?" Rex asked sternly this time.

     I can't think. Nothing is coming to my brain except one thing.

    "Pee?" I said unsure "I uhmm came to Pee".

Alpha Rex chuckled, a dry one that I am sure is without humor. His cold gaze rested on my head as he stared down at me like a child lying when being caught. He folded both hands behind him and bend slightly to meet my gaze.

     "What did you say again?" He asked.

    My heart skipped a beat and I could feel it somewhere in my throat. His intensive gaze was focused on my forehead as if he can somehow see into my mind or pass my lie.

     "Should I ask Ashina?".

  At the mention of her name, Ashina began to jump. If not for the fact that I can feel her within and I know for sure that I am not bouncing, I would think that my head would hit the ceiling and back down in the next second.

     "I don't know who Ashina is" I blurted out "I wanted to...".

     "Eat" Alpha Rex interrupted "You told my Beta that you want to eat and told me that you want to pee" he paused "Pee in a ball room?".

Shit! I am busted.
