Chapter 386: Cats, Werewolves and Dogs (Edited)

With a violent hiss, the unassuming fist slammed into Sirius' head, though Fish hadn't cast any strength enhancing spells on himself, the punch was so fast and terrifying that Sirius had no interest in receiving it.

However, even though he had done his best to dodge, he couldn't avoid Fish's fist, the cat was much faster than Sirius, not to mention he was still human and even less athletic, and in the end Sirius simply bowed his head slightly.

"Boom!"

Fish's little fist brushed Sirius' cheek and hit him on the shoulder.

Since Sirius' wandless spell wasn't very good, the Protego Charm he had just cast lasted less than a second before shattering under Fish's fist, which was barely weakened and still carried an enormous amount of force, inflicting full damage on Sirius.

"Ahhh!"

Sirius let out a scream, feeling as if he had been hit by ten bludgers at the same time, his whole body spun and went flying in a whirlwind, the sight of the sky spinning around and the pain in his shoulder made his whole body shudder.

Immediately after, his back slammed into a large tree behind him, shaking a large amount of leaves and at the same time he fell to the ground.

The only good thing was that he had already gone a great distance into the Forbidden Forest, so Fish didn't hit him near the Boxing Willow, otherwise he would have to suffer a third injury.

Still, Sirius wasn't feeling well at all, his whole right shoulder felt like it was shattered and he couldn't lift his right hand anymore, the pain in his back was the least of it.

"Wait, wait a minute!" Sirius fell to the ground slumped over, ignoring the dirt in his mouth, and screamed through the pain, "I didn't mean to hurt Harry! I was wronged!"

"Don't ever lie to Fish nya again!"

The kitten interrupted Sirius' defense and shouted angrily, "Fish is going to leave you all mashed up, you big liar!".

And with that, Fish pounced on him again, wrapping his arms around Sirius and punching him in the face.

Thanks to the fact that he had remembered to trade Sirius for the bounty, he didn't use his full strength, so he didn't miss and killed Sirius.

But Sirius also missed his chance to defend himself, and was knocked unconscious by a hail of Fish's punches.

"Oh, no!"

When Fish was out of breath, he suddenly remembered something.

"Fish promised to beat him up with Harry..."

The little cat frowned and scratched the back of his neck, then thought of a good way.

When Harry arrived, he would cure Black with a rejuvenation spell, then beat him up again with Harry, so he hadn't broken his promise, had he?

Fish is so smart!

The kitten nodded triumphantly at the solution, then stepped forward, grabbed one of Black's feet and dragged him under the Boxing Willow like a dead dog.

"Keep an eye on him for Fish nya."

The little cat hit the tree trunk and the willow immediately dropped its branches, wrapping them around the unconscious Black and dangling him from the tree like a worm.

Fish, meanwhile, dove into the secret passageway and ran as fast as he could toward the Shrieking Shack.

Inside the Shrieking Shack, it was actually a normal two-story building, except that all the windows were sealed with wooden boards and there was a spell left by Dumbledore inside to prevent anyone else from entering the Shrieking Shack by any means other than the secret passage.

Fish sharpened his nose downstairs and soon located Lupin's position,

Once located, he immediately ran upstairs.

Lupin was sitting on his bed, reflecting on the conversation he had just had with Sirius, and although he had largely believed him, it was so important that he had to double-check that Sirius' words were not wrong.

Since Fish hadn't hidden his movements, Lupin heard the sound of approaching footsteps in the dormitory.

"Padfoot?!"

Thinking Black had returned, Lupin turned his head towards the door, but to his surprise, it was not the tall figure of Sirius that appeared in the dormitory doorway, but a young man with cat ears.

"Fish? What are you doing here?"

Lupin wasn't surprised that Fish knew the secret passage to the Shrieking Shack, given Fish's more mischievous nature than when they were students, and his ability to enter and exit the Forbidden Forest at will, it was only natural that Fish would find it.

And since Professor McGonagall had asked him at the beginning if she could tell Fish that he was a werewolf, and Lupin had agreed, there was no doubt that Fish had made it this far.

Lupin was curious as to why Fish had come at this time, could it be that he discovered Black?

That thought unnerved Lupin, who tried to stand up, only to see Fish, with his already handsome face, rush towards him without a word.

As he dragged Lupin down the stairs, Lupin banged his head against the steps with a series of thuds, much to the kitten's amusement.

He stood under the stairs and pondered for a moment, considering whether to play again.

"Uh... uh..."

Lupin, who was tossed aside by Fish, let out a groan, the series of blows waking him from his coma at this point, but just as he opened his eyes, he saw Fish's cat head flashing in front of his eyes, and then something happened like a flash of lightning, and then the familiar impact came from his chin, knocking him unconscious again.

"It's a pity, nya..."

The cat sighed, the dong game would have woken Lupin earlier, which would have been a bit of a problem, and finally remembered that Harry was probably still waiting for him outside, and with a regretful glance towards the stairs, proceeded to drag Lupin towards the tunnel.

Dragging Lupin down the long tunnel, Fish finally led the second prisoner back under the Boxing Willow.

The bumps and bruises from the dragging process woke Lupin twice more, but Fish came up in time to land a punch and put him back to sleep.

Fish first threw the unconscious Lupin out of the tunnel and then followed him through it.

Before he could order the Boxing Willow to hang Lupin, Fish saw two familiar figures standing not far away.

One of them was, of course, Harry, whom he had left behind.

"Severus? what are you doing here?!"
