A series of roars erupted from Hulk and Emil as they charged at each other.

*Bam!*

The two hulking figures collided, locking into a stalemate. For a moment, neither could overpower the other in sheer strength.

But soon enough, Hulk sensed something was wrong.

The spikes on Emil's wrists had scratched Hulk's arm, and a numbing sensation began to spread through it.

"Hulk!"

With a powerful surge, Hulk threw Emil off him and glanced at his arm. Small gray spots had appeared where the spikes had cut him.

Those spikes were laced with a potent bacteria!

Seeing this, Hulk grew even more enraged.

"Roar!"

His opponent was despicable enough to use such underhanded tactics! But within moments, the gray spots on Hulk's skin disappeared, healed by his extraordinary regenerative powers.

Emil, meanwhile, had gotten back to his feet and charged at Hulk once again.

General Ross, taking advantage of the battle between the two giants, ordered his soldiers to retreat along with his daughter.

Elizabeth was reluctant to leave but was dragged away forcefully. Watching them flee only fueled Hulk's rage further, causing his power to swell as he gradually began to overpower Emil.

Though Emil was falling into a disadvantage, he was tenacious, like an unkillable cockroach, standing firm before Hulk.

Their clash caused the surrounding buildings to suffer.

*Boom...*

As structures collapsed, innocent bystanders were caught in the destruction, with many losing their lives. The police arrived in droves, and soon, armed officers surrounded the area.

At a seaside cliff in Tony Stark's villa, Tony was still busy researching alternatives to palladium for his arc reactor. But soon, JARVIS's voice interrupted him.

"Mr. Stark, Director Fury is trying to contact you."

"I'm not taking the call."

"Understood."

However, shortly after he dismissed the call, Pepper's voice came from outside.

"Tony, come out quickly. Something important has happened."

Reluctantly, Tony put down his work and walked out. Pepper pointed to the television screen. "There are two giant monsters in Manhattan! So many people have died!"

Staring at the live news broadcast, Tony's expression shifted.

"JARVIS, prepare the Mark IV suit!"

"Yes, sir."

Watching Tony head towards the basement lab, Pepper reached out as if to stop him, but after opening her mouth, she lowered her hand.

Deep down, she also cared about the people. She understood Tony's desire to abandon the Iron Man suits for a normal life, but seeing the devastation on the news, she couldn't ignore it.

To do this, he needed to crack Raven's X-gene. Her genetic makeup was incredibly complex, and his researchers had made little progress. Frustrated, Adam had taken on the research himself.

Just then, the holographic form of the Red Queen appeared.

"Master, Emil has started fighting Hulk."

Hearing this, Adam looked up.

"Oh? They've already found Banner? Seems like General Ross was quick to act."

Perhaps due to the nature of this world or Emil's compatibility with the Z-virus, the experiment had gone better than expected. Emil had successfully integrated with the first-generation Z-virus, surpassing Adam's predictions.

To test the Z-virus's combat capabilities, Adam had handed Emil over to General Ross. But he wasn't without precautions. After all, he remembered how in the original storyline, after transforming into Abomination, Emil had immediately tried to kill Ross.

"Red Queen, project the live footage."

"Yes, master."

Soon, a projection of the ongoing battle appeared in mid-air. However, the view was from street cameras or news reporters, making the footage unclear. This only made Adam more eager to launch his Sky-Eye project.

Unlike the humane portrayal in the movies, in reality, Hulk and Emil's battle was far more destructive. Buildings collapsed, trapping innocent civilians beneath the debris.

New York's police opened fire on the two giants, but their bullets were ineffective. Annoyed, Emil picked up cars and hurled them, killing many officers, forcing the rest to retreat in fear.

Watching from a distance, General Ross grew increasingly anxious. The destruction was becoming too much, even for him to handle in the face of public backlash.

"Emil, end this fight quickly!"

Hearing this, Emil briefly glanced over his shoulder, a flash of anger crossing his eyes. But something in his expression softened, replaced by a flicker of fear. In the end, he turned his attention back to Hulk.

"Hulk, is this all you've got?"

Provoked, Hulk punched Emil in the face, but Emil barely flinched, spitting to the side.

"That's it? Let me show you real power! Aaaah!"

With a ferocious roar, Emil's body swelled once more. His bone spikes grew longer, and his head took on a more monstrous appearance.

Within moments, he had grown over four meters tall, his skin turning a dark, ashen gray, looking more like Diablo, albeit without the tail.

*Huff huff...*

The transformation into his second form seemed to take a toll on him, as he panted heavily, staring at his palms as if getting used to the newfound power.

"Honestly, if it weren't for the immense pressure you put on me, I wouldn't have known I had this much potential. I feel unstoppable. Now, die!"

*Boom!*

With a single punch, a sonic boom erupted. Hulk didn't have time to react and was sent flying, crashing into a nearby skyscraper.

It happened to be the Stark Tower.

From the distance, more towering buildings could be seen, signaling they had fought their way from a residential to a commercial district.

Seeing that Hulk hadn't emerged from the rubble, Emil sneered and lunged at him.

"What? Are you done already?"

Just then, two small missiles zoomed through the air, striking Emil.

*Boom!*

"Hey, big guy, stop wrecking my building."
