Prologue *pilot chapter

Thor had an idyllic upbringing, brought up in Asgard as the treasured son of King Odin and Queen Frigga. His friend and playmate was his sister Loki, and although she considers him a rival for their father's throne, he still regarded her as a close companion.

Both siblings were taught on how to wield magic by their mother Frigga, Loki showed more talent with illusions spells and charms while Thor strived to master any technique that involved the alteration of reality. At the same time they were introduced to the ways of the warrior, in this matter Thor's aptitude was undeniable, contrary to Loki who severely lacked in might and combat prowess.

Nevertheless, Thor guided her in finding a more fitting fighting style, pointing out her talent with being stealthy and having great natural agility, not forgetting her deception with illusions.

Thor eventually showed interest in the famous elite group of warriors the Valkyries, knowing about their female-only rule he created plans for one day to form his own elite group.

Raised within the Asgardian culture Thor valued might and -surprisingly- wisdom as virtuous attributes one should have. Born amongst a race that quickly matured but went by millennia without suffering the ill effects of old age, it didn't take long before the Asgardians returned to visit Midgard to patronage the scandinavian people whom they already gifted with their language and culture while displaying themselves as deities.

One might remark that Thor was the embodiment of storming nature, but actually after his feats of strengh and sagacity the masses started worshipping him as "The God of War" and a day of the week was named in his homage. The curious event that every Asgardian has the potential to witness is an increase of power by the new found devotion of "mortals", this led Thor to consider ways to expand his influence without openly disrespecting any of Odin's laws.

But amidst all this ramble of norse gods and midgard, there is something off about the prince of asgard, something he never shared to another soul. He could recall memories of another life where he didn't go by the name of Thor, honestly he could describe himself as a mere mortal in a reality where anything unnatural was regarded as a myth or a fictional story.

With some foreknowledge, thanks to him being considered a geek, he had a feeling that this was the start of his marvelous adventure. He still has more than a thousand years to plan things out before major events take place, and he would be The God of Fools if he let this opportunity pass. Then again, does he even know what being a god implies?
