Marvel: The Gene Collector

Alex, a seemingly ordinary guy, woke up one fateful day to find himself in a perplexing situation. He had been inexplicably transmigrated into the body of a teenager who shared his own name, Alex, but with a heart-wrenching twist – this Alex had perished in the unforgiving confines of a Nazi concentration camp. As the bewildered Alex tried to make sense of his surreal circumstances, a chance encounter with a boy known as Eric, who also bore the alias of Magneto, thrust him into a world beyond his wildest imagination. To Alex's astonishment, dormant within him was a unique genetic collection system, a latent power that had awakened with his newfound identity. It allowed him to wield an unparalleled advantage in his new world. As long as Alex could obtain a strand of the target's hair or any sample of their DNA, he possessed the uncanny ability to replicate and even enhance their extraordinary talents. With every strand of DNA he collected, Alex's powers grew, and the stakes soared ever higher. In this intricate dance of powers and principles, Alex's journey promised to be an electrifying tale of transformation, redemption, and the relentless pursuit of power and justice in the marvel universe where the extraordinary was the norm. But one profound question always troubled in his mind. "What will happen if I tie up Sebastian Shaw and throw him into an aquarium."

Howard sat on the sofa, eyeing Alex as he spoke candidly, "Maybe it was a mistake bringing you to Europe. I know your parents died at the hands of the Nazis, but you must understand that you are still young and can take revenge in the future."

Seeing Alex's lack of reaction, Howard sighed and continued, "I know you're intelligent, perhaps not great at getting along with kids your age, but you're going to school now, right here in New York City. You may protest all you want, but it will be a good cover-up." After saying this, Howard left for his laboratory on the plane.

Alex shrugged, resigned to the fact that he had to go to school. He didn't expect to be reborn only to be stuck with the burdens of school. Well it's not that bad at all. He can take that time to relax and get a grip on his new life.

The flight back to the United States went smoothly, taking only seven or eight hours. Upon landing at Howard's private tarmac, it was already midnight. Howard made a phone call, and Alex's admission procedures were swiftly completed.

"Well, get a good night's sleep. You'll be heading to school tomorrow, and I hope you'll get along well with your classmates."

Howard yawned and went into the bedroom.

Early the next morning, the driver was instructed to take Alex to Manhattan Elementary School in New York City.

In the United States, elementary school typically spans six years. Students start school at the age of six, and there is 12 years of compulsory education, allowing them to graduate at the age of 18, either for further studies at a university or entering the workforce.

Given Alex's age, if he were to start school directly, he would be considered a transfer student and could enter the fourth grade immediately. However, with his enhanced physique from the super-soldier genetic enhancement, mastering the curriculum and retaining the information was a simple task.

....

"Master we have arrived at Manhattan Elementary School. I'll take you to the registration office," Jarvis, the butler announced, stopping the car and turning to Alex.

"Thank you, Jarvis," Alex replied. It was the year 1942, with Captain America frozen in ice, and still about two or three years before the end of World War II in 1945.

In other words, when the story of X-Men: First begins, it spans about 20 years. The period from 1942 to 1962.

As Alex walked into a classroom behind Jarvis, his mind raced with wild thoughts. This classroom was spacious compared to a typical classroom, accommodating only 20 students, making it appear quite empty. It was an elite school after all.

"This is a new student who transferred from another school, Alex Stark. Charles, please take care of him," the teacher instructed.

"Sure, teacher." A young boy replied.

The name Charles suddenly caught Alex's attention. He was immersed in thought, remembering the plot of the First Battle of X-Men, which included a young Charles Xavier. "Fuck, Is it really professor X?" Alex wondered as he walked over to Charles and took a seat.

"Hello, my name is Charles Xavier," Charles introduced himself, extending his hand to Alex.

"Hello, Charles. I'm Alex," Alex replied, shaking Charles's hand.

Charles was indeed born in New York, the United States, and due to his abilities, he went on to study genetics at Oxford University. In the X-Men storyline, Charles also took in Mystique, whose real name was Raven.

Although many people share the same name and surname, this coincidence intrigued Alex. All he needed was a piece of Charles's hair to confirm his suspicions.

"You seem to know me?" Charles asked suddenly.

Alex looked surprised, wondering how Charles had discovered his thoughts.

He immediately remembered Charles's psychic powers and replied, "You read my thoughts?"

Charles's expression also changed. He hadn't expected this classmate to possess such keen perception.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to," Charles quickly apologized, appearing flustered like any elementary school student caught in an awkward situation.

"Don't worry, we're the same kind," Alex reassured him, raising his hand to make a steel ruler spin in the palm of his hand.

Charles looked at Alex in amazement, his eyes filled with warmth.

"Oh my God, I thought I was the only one with this kind of ability," Charles exclaimed excitedly.

Alex smiled faintly, placing a hand on Charles's shoulder, plucking a strand of his hair, and adding it to his system's resource library.

This was indeed a surprise.
