this is a story about an apprentice at kamar taj, who after receiving a floating hologram that not only allows him to master spells with just the minimum knowledge and no experience as long as he has the point (which is very hard to get) 3/?? WARNING!!! this is a story about a sorcerer who gets side tracked with anything magic related, meaning that he won't be that involved in the mcu timeline as he will focus on dimensional travel, collecting powerful artefacts and creating the most stacked collection in the history of collection
The vibrant city of Nepal stood atop the majestic Himalayas, a bustling yet ancient metropolis, teeming with life. Among the colorful street shops and the vibrant hues that adorned the city, a figure stood out. A young man, approximately twenty years old, with ash-grey hair and a malnourished physique, moved through the crowded streets. His appearance was marked by the signs of neglect—a disheveled appearance as if he hadn't eaten or shaved in days. A sense of gloom surrounded him, casting a shadow over his features.
Amidst the vibrant chaos, the young man found himself standing before a door, uncertainty etched across his face. He hesitated, his hand poised to knock, but before he could act, the door swung open. A black man in his thirties stood before him, his presence both unexpected and intriguing.
"The Ancient One is waiting for you," the man announced, surprising the young man further. A hint of skepticism flickered in his eyes, wondering if he had stumbled upon some cult or secretive society. Nevertheless, his curious nature got the better of him, and he followed the man through a series of doorways.
They traversed the labyrinthine pathways until they arrived at a room where an elderly, bald woman sat. She wore flowing white robes, her demeanor emanating wisdom and power. As she poured tea into her cup, she glanced up and signaled for the young man to take a seat.
Ethan Montgomery, feeling a mixture of trepidation and fascination, cautiously settled into the offered chair. The Ancient One approached him, carrying a cup of steaming tea, which she placed before him. He watched her every move, uncertain of what was to come.
"Mr. Ethan Montgomery, welcome," the woman, the Ancient One, spoke with a calm and commanding presence. Her voice carried a hint of knowing as if she had long anticipated his arrival.
"You... you know me?" Ethan's voice trembled with a mix of surprise and curiosity.
The Ancient One smiled gently, her eyes sparkling with ancient knowledge. "Of course. You are here to be healed, aren't you?"
Ethan's eyes widened, a mix of astonishment and skepticism swirling within him. He remained silent for a moment, contemplating the implications of her words. Could she truly offer him the solace and answers he sought?
With a graceful motion, the Ancient One rose from her seat, her palm extended towards Ethan's torso, before her palm came in contact with his torso, sending his astral form through a journey unlike he has ever experienced before which ended in a matter of seconds as he returned to his physical body.
Ethan's breath caught in his throat as he realized the magnitude of what awaited him. Would he dare to take this leap of faith and explore the mysteries that lay beyond the tangible realm?
-In the present-
inside one of the dimly lit chambers of Kamar-Taj, where the only source of light emanated from a solitary barred window, Ethan sat in a serene lotus position beside his humble bed. The room was adorned with incense, their fragrant tendrils wafting gently through the air. With a sudden clarity, he opened his eyes, scanning his surroundings. "Again," he thought with a tinge of frustration, knowing that another day of challenges and trials awaited him.
Rising from his spot, Ethan performed his morning routine, diligently brushing his teeth, and then departed from his quarters. His destination was the expansive training field where sorcerers like him honed their mystical abilities. As he arrived, he witnessed a captivating scene unfolding before him. His fellow students, clad in their customary grey robes, engaged in various forms of practice. Some engaged in fluid martial arts, while others invoked spells, conjuring mesmerizing constructs composed of fiery orange hues that danced and served their bidding.
Finding his usual training spot, Ethan brought his hands forward, mimicking the intricate gestures he had learned. However, the task proved to be an ongoing struggle for him. With each attempt, a fuzzy orange ring materialized where his hands had been, but like a fragile flame, it flickered and dissipated, leaving Ethan feeling disheartened.
"And this is just a single ring," he muttered to himself, his voice tinged with a mix of disappointment and determination. The memory of witnessing his fellow students flawlessly conjure impressive constructs weighed heavily on his mind, casting doubts upon his abilities. Yet, Ethan refused to surrender to despair.
Amidst his inner turmoil, Ethan's attention was drawn to a small holographic projection, hovering before him. The display revealed a modest increment of [+ 5 Points], a token acknowledgment of his efforts. A sigh escaped his lips, accompanied by a flicker of both gratitude and frustration. Another meager five points added to his tally—a reminder of how far he still had to journey.
As he contemplated his current standing, a larger hologram materialized, presenting him with a comprehensive overview of his progress:

A mix of emotions welled within Ethan as he absorbed the information before him. It served as a stark reminder of the vastness of his journey and the countless hours of dedication that lay ahead. "Hmm," he scoffed, "hundreds, where I only get 5 points daily," he said in his mind as shook his head. This floating hologram was nameless, Ethan had no idea what it was or where it came from but the fact that it appeared just a week ago, nobody can see it beside him.
the only thing that Ethan knew about it was that when he wakes up, he earns 5 points daily, and this hologram is capable of advancing his mastery over spells, but the prerequisite is that he has to be able to at least cast the spell or at least possess the minimum theoretical knowledge for the spell to appear on the hologram., no matter how weak or strong or how he good he is at the spell, he can improve his master by using points and it's a nice way of knowing how far he progressed at a spell.
