17 Chapter 17 Trouble Appears

However, my panic didn't last long…

Everything began to slow down till it stopped as if someone had taken control of the remote and pressed pause on the movie.

Then things began to reverse. I saw multiple me's throughout this room moving about making the pill.

Was I reliving that moment? No, that's not what's happening.

I'm becoming aware of everything all at once. This realization seemed to brighten up the whole world around me.

I was blind but now I see… There could be no better explanation.

The room around me carried so much information and it was all coming in at once. Yet it was just so clear like a fog blowing away as it flowed in unhindered.

The sound of someone trying to get in entered my ears once more and I began to move with purpose. Every flask, ingredient, and tool was returned to its rightful place. Not a speck was left behind as I moved across the room as if this room went back in time.

The only proof of my tampering would be the missing ingredients but there was nothing I could do about that right now. Instead, I began to set up my computer with the schoolwork I was doing at home.

I needed an excuse for why I was here and schoolwork made the perfect one with it being the reason for multiple students being here in the first place.

Sitting in my seat doing homework would also look strange. Making it seem as if I was ignoring the person trying to enter.

So I did what I figured would look the most natural and placed myself at the door ready to open it for them which is exactly what I did.

As the door opened I began to analyze everything about them with my new hyper mind as everything about them became revealed to me with just a glance.

The man had blonde hair and was dressed in the school's security uniform. He even had a badge that at a glance seemed authentic and would be enough to fool most people of their occupation.

His posture was also straight with no hint of slouching but I could tell by how he opened the door that he seemed to have a problem with his shoulder. Not a major one mind you but perhaps something that happened a long time ago.

Despite this, he left no openings and kept a strong stance. Meaning this man has most likely been trained.

At Least more than most guards with how few openings he had despite just standing still.

These small details Instantly spurred my mind into action as I remembered all the faces of every guard I'd seen on campus. Thanks to this perfect recall I realized that this man did not match a single one.

Secondly, his badge ended up being authentic from what I could tell but the problem was the fact that this particular badge belonged to another guard… who wasn't even white.

Strange why would he be using another guard's badge? Fury wouldn't have his men impersonate security, at least not for a public school. I mean why would he when he can just have another identity made with false documents?

All these small details began to ring warning bells in my mind but I kept my cool at least on the outside.

"How can I help you?" Speaking first was important as it would allow me to direct this conversation however I wanted. While also being able to gather more information through his responses.

"I was checking the classes and I noticed this one locked. Is there a particular reason why you locked this door?"

"Just doing schoolwork like everyone else sir and wanted some privacy while doing it"

While saying this I noticed his eyes drift towards my laptop before returning his focus towards me.

My computer huh practically guarantees that this is about my app Specter. Could they want the data for themselves? No that's not it.

If they simply wanted the data then the best way to take it would be by taking it while I'm not around but this man is already interfering while it's still with me.

So if the computer isn't his primary goal then that would mean he's here for… me?

"I'm sorry kid but I'm going to have to take you to the office. You're not allowed to lock the class doors, especially not in the lab. Follow me"

Crap this isn't good

I already have a feeling of who this guy might be with and it's definitely not fury.

"Ah alright let me just grab my bag and laptop first"

"Hm go ahead but be quick"

Before walking back I noticed his left ear twitch. This could happen for a number of normal reasons but with everything I know it's safe to assume that he has someone communicating to him with a small earpiece.

So he's not alone either, definitely not good.

As I walked to my desk I began to imagine various scenarios and eventually concluded that following him wasn't exactly the safest choice. At Least not without a plan.

There is also the problem of them going after Peter, Ned, and Gwen but I can't worry about them right now. At least not until I've got myself cleared.

Reaching my things I recalled seeing some Nitric Acid on one of the shelves. Alone this chemical can cause burns in the eyes and respiratory tract but is also known for being combustible when mixed with various other chemicals which luckily there is plenty of and I only need one.

Not wanting to give away my plan I continued to act normally but secretly put some small containers in the sleeves of my hoody for later use.

"Hurry up in there" the man said in an irritated tone

"Ah I'm already done here sir"

"Bout time, follow me."

After leaving the office the fake guard clearly didn't go in the right direction and when questioned on this. Explained that it was because the teachers were having a meeting and that we needed to go another way.

I had already seen this coming and was plenty ready by the time we reached outside behind the school. Where I could already see two more men waiting for us.

At this point, the man no longer held his intentions back as his demeanor changed within a second as he aimed to knock me out by surprise. The other two were also quick as they rushed towards us from up ahead with cuffs and tape.

Despite all this I was not caught off guard in fact I was more than ready for this to begin and had already placed myself in a position for a thorough victory.

First I slightly crouched beneath the fake guard's Jab. Low enough that I could counter by throwing a hit right into his shoulder where I noticed his old injury.

"Argh"

Being hit he stepped back as he grit his teeth but I was not one to let opportunities go and aimed a kick right for his balls.

I don't care who you are: Spy, assassin, or even Hulk. Every man's weakness is their balls.

With this strike, he simply collapsed temporarily putting him out of commission and fast enough for me to kick myself away from the other two men so they wouldn't tackle me.

"Damnit! Get him" the man on the ground cried as he gripped his balls but my hyper analysis noticed some blood on his hands before I refocused on the other two as they took out tasers.

Tasers Huh, not the best choice. They are not gonna love what I have for them.

Reaching in my sleeves I pulled out the vials of Nitric Acid and other combustible chemicals easily acquired in the class.

Fun fact Nitric Acid happens to be a strong oxidizing agent making it a great conductor for electricity.

Lucky them I thought with a grin

They didn't seem to notice my smile however as they charged right at me

With perfect aim, I tossed the vails right at their hands holding the tasers. As expected the vials combusted on impact while also carrying the fuse of electricity as the guards shook in place.

While they suffered I took out combustible material and threw it into their faces so it would take away their vision.

In the midst of enjoying this moment, I was suddenly punched from behind as I rolled forward.

Looking back I saw the guard with bloody fists and an enraged look.

Shocking that he is up so fast but it looks like my damage did its course.

Getting up I got into the wingchun stance I had seen Naruto use and figured it was good for the occasion.

Seeing this he threw another right hook which I slapped away before landing multiple hits throughout his body mostly focusing on his vitals to further weaken him before finishing it with a hook on his chin.

Analysis: he has a popped ball which is bleeding profusely. His shoulder also seems to be dislocated since it's out of place and hasn't been used since the fight started. His jaw is also broken along with him being unconscious

Walking over to the other two I checked their conditions as well and noticed that they had died.

One seemed to be from a heart attack likely from the electricity and the other from suffocation as I found traces of burns in his throat and bruise marks on his neck.

Looks like he somehow swallowed some nitric acid Tough luck.

Well, that's two dead at least I have one person to interrogate. I thought as I walked over to the guard as he began to stir awake and looked at me in anger.

"Hey buddy make this easier on both of us and tell me why you and those two tried to kidnap me?" I said as I pressed one finger into one of the nerves of his shoulder to intensify the pain

Surprisingly he didn't cry out or thrash around but instead smiled as he bit into something.

Whatever it was that he bit into caused him to begin convulsing and foaming From the mouth. As he died he muttered something with his last breath that normally wouldn't have been recognizable but I was able to make it out.

"Hail Hydra"
