"Team work?.. I nearly killed someone because of you"

"Oh please, that someone has been the cause of let me see…. 20,000 people in the last 20 years, from Sokovia to Egypt, that man is a menace and deserves to be erased, if you killed you, you will be praised as a hero" Richard replied angrily

Magneto may have some noble course in mind but the man was making things worse for the entire mutant race. Mutants like him was the reason why Trask began his Sentinel program, everyone would want to erase mutants if they heard that sometime in the future, Mutants would replace humanity and then remember the existence of this menace.

Trask was a man of science so if Magneto and others like him didn't exist when he read, Charles's papers then he would have probably gone with the line of thought that his grandchildren or so will probably be mutants and not that mutants will take over by some violent means.

Apart from that Magneto was a man who doesn't mind killing and he does a lot of that. He may be a broken man but that doesn't give him the permission to do as he does.

"So, then you let him get tried by the law" Storm shouted

"What law…. after that what happens, they put him in jail and he escapes then kills more people. Please come up with a better excuse" Richard answered as he rolled his eyes

"That's enough, Richard if you can, we need to talk" Charles said with an incredibly heavy expression on his face

"I will come later; I have a mother to check up on" Richard said as he levitated into the air then took off at such speed that he began a blur then he vanished.

The X-men stood watching him as he vanished into the blue skies then returned to work. Storm mostly fighting with her consciousness that she had nearly killed a man but still helped the other X-men to attend to anyone who may have gotten injured and taking Magneto to get treated.

After a few minutes, the X-men left and as soon as they left. Several unmarked trucks broke through the barricade set up by the police to ensure people's safety as they all parked neatly at the center of the incredibly wrecked area.

[Please all civilians are to leave the affected area to prevent any accidents] A loud voice came from the trucks

Seeing the trucks and their clear disobedience of the rules, some of the police men came to check the contents of the vehicle and find out what was going on but before they could come close, all three (3) trucks melted and scattered on the floor. This shocked everyone who was watching as the policemen ran back and quickly got the others to keep people out of the area.

The liquid that once used to be the truck sat for a few minutes before it began moving and spreading out to every corner of the damaged road but to everyone's surprise, everywhere it passed was as good as new. The Liquid was somehow repairing the road and the smashed cars it passed. With a closer look, one would find the liquid similar to the one that Richard had access to.

Considering Richard's condition when he left, it was clear that this wasn't his hand work but then again Richard was never alone. He had an incredibly rational being that he called an A.I with him. Queen had arranged for the trucks to clean up the wreckage Richard had caused and also erase all evidences that could connect today's event to Richard.

The liquid cleaned up everything from the shattered windows to the completely shattered cars and even as compensation, upgraded some of the cars to more expensive version of them but made to allow the owners access their cars even with their normal keys. After Queen was done, she reformed the trucks again as they drove off the scene leaving the police and the crowd completely flabbergasted.

Those who had being live streaming the battle and the chaos after it gained even more followers due to the weirdness of the event. They were just looking at an incredibly damaged street but now it was probably the cleanest street in New York. While the crowd tried to wrap their heads around what just happened, Richard was landing in the driveway of the mansion.

As soon as he touched down, the suit and his entire appearance went back to normal as he walked into the building under the shocked eyes of the various helpers in the house. Richard ignored them though as he headed straight for the sitting room knowing that his mother would be there after all he had seen a news helicopter during his fight with Magneto.

"Mom?" Richard called out as he entered the room

"Richard? … oh, thank God, you're safe, I thought you were possessed or something" the woman said as she hugged him

"You don't have to worry about me, I am nearly impossible to kill.… at least for people like Erik" Richard said proudly only for his mother to slap him
