A Reunion Between Mothers 2

Meanwhile back on Asgard, Frigga was staring blankly as Gaia just about finished explaining why she was here.

"And then his children decided that I should start by making amends to the people I had wronged first, before coming here."

Frigga frowned, "and out of all the people, you came to me first?"

Gaia sighed, "I tried to reconcile with my husband, and I told him the truth of everything..."

"And how did that turn out.." Frigga snarked, Gaia closed her eyes painfully, "Let's just say...I don't have a husband anymore."

Frigga winced. "I...I see..."

"Yeah..." Gaia nodded her head, "I guess I do deserve that, I cheated him against an uncountable number of people."

She shook her head, "Anyway, It wasn't just my husband that I tried to reconcile, I tried to reconcile with my family, but they either wanted nothing to do with me...or feared me to the point that they can't even speak properly in my presence."

Rubbing her temples..." Frigga took a deepbreath, this was not how she expected the conversation to turn out. Through the past, she may have hated her because of how she was making moves on with her husband in front of her, but she wasn't heartless.

She knows very well the feeling of rejection.

And knowing Gaia...and how many relationships she'd been in...not one of them reconciled? That must be bad for her own mentality.

It was bad enough for her with just one. Who completely ignored all of her advances long before she met Odin.

"At least you tried." Frigga sighed, she didn't want to do this...but if Kakarot..Andrew had given her a chance then she guesses she should do the same. After all That...Saiyan? Did for her son, it was the least she could do..."

Frigga closed her eyes before she took a deep breath; then she opened them, and stared right at Gaia.

"I forgive you." She said, causing Gaia's eyes to widen in shock at the unexpected response.

"I-I um...what?"

"Oh don't get me wrong, I still don't like you." Frigga glared at her for a moment, before she sighed, "However, if...Kaka...Andrew was able to forgive you, for all the evil that you had done..." There was a pause for a moment before she continued, "If Kaka...Andrew was able to forgive you for all that you have done...then....I will just have to trust his judgment."

Gaia just stared in stunned silence.

"It's the least I could do after all..." Frigga gave off a gentle smile, "For everything that he did for my son."
