"I Refuse"

My voice echoed through the hall. Everybody looked at me like I grew a second head.

Even Odin looked stunned for a second. He quickly composes himself and glares down on me

"What do you say?"

"The deal had with Thor was for me to access to the Royal Library and all its contents and study then destroy The Tesseract. That will be granted to me or believe me Asgard will not be able to bear the consequences." I start letting some of my power loose

"Is that a threat sorcerer?" Odin followed by releasing his. Our 'Aura's' made by our powers clashed. The room shook from the pressure. Everybody started to breathe heavily. Well except for Nat. She is wearing a ton of protective gear I made.

There will be no 'steal the woman you love' cliche.

"No of course not. It's a promise."

Both Thor and the guards tensed up like they were getting ready to fight. But were still being held in place by the pressure we emit.

"And should you fall. Which you most definitely will. Hella will be freed and Asgard falls anyway. You quite literally have no choice in the matter 'AllFather'" I emphasize the AllFather. That is his title which shows power and prestige and demands respect. But here I am showing him how useless and weak he really is.

He grimaced. I could see it in his eyes. He was formulating countermeasures. Well, he had his chance.

I double the pressure. And summon 'The Spirit of Thunder'. And immediately order it to go behind Odin. Asgardians have magic in them. So that allows them to see it.

In their perspective, a giant skinny purple monster appeared behind Odin with its claws ready to stab him.

This made anyone who could move again freeze in place.

Nat acutely started to laugh at the sheer stupidity of the situation. This was supposed to be a simple payback. Get us to the Library and give me the Tesseract. Now I have the life of a king in my hands.

I smirk at Nat and look at Odin "So do you surrender to me or do I rip you apart?"

"Unhand my father" Thor summons his newly found lightning powers and aims them at me.

I do nothing but smirk. As soon as the big lighting bolt got within 1 meter of my position, it curved and went to the spirit who just absorbed it.

Thor and Loki jaw's dropped. I just laughed loudly at their expressions.

"HAHAHA so much for getting stronger, no wait you did get stronger, but your intelligence dropped down. Bad trade. You just tried to use lightning in the presence of 'The Spirit of Thunder'. The physical and spiritual representation of lightning and thunder. Didn't you feel its power when it appeared?"

"Oh and Odin you stupid fuck. Your Son swore on his life that he would allow me access to All of Asgard's knowledge and the Tesseract. We used the 'Great Oath'. Frankly, I was tempted to let you do your thing and watch Thor die in front of you"

Their reactions were funny. Thor just froze as he remembered that little detail he mostly forgot. Loki was depressed and started mumbling. Something like 'Damn so close'. I'm actually pitying the dude right now.

Odin looked shocked then he turned to Thor "You stupid idiot. Why didn't you tell ME!!"

"I..I forgot.." Thor hung his head down in shame

*clap, clap, clap*

I start clapping and both of them turn to me. "Well now that, that's done let's get this show on the road. I don't plan to waste time with you. If you don't follow through on your end of the deal Thor will die and I will slaughter everyone. So what now Odin? Do you yield or do I start Ragnarök?" (That, that's???)

Odin looked at me then at Thor. Then just lowed his head. And growled out " You will have full access to our knowledge and the Tesseract"

It must be killing him to admit this.

"Wise choice" Nat chuckles.

This made me start laughing. Damn girl. Talk about kicking a man when he is down.

Odin ignores her and just looks at Sif "Sif please escort them to the Royal Library. I need to have a 'discussion' with my stupid son"

Thor just shivers and Loki has a huge grin on his face

" Of course AllFather" Sif bows slightly before turning to us with a complicated expression

"Well, shall we?" I look at Nat and just shrug. She locks elbows with me and we start following Sif

A minute after we left the chamber we start hearing loud noises. Like someone crashing into walls.

"Well looks like Thor is getting 'spanked' " Nat giggles

Sif chokes at that and wanted to say something but quickly stopped herself and starts walking again in silence

"Oh come now Sif. Don't be such a buzz kill. I understand I threatened your King and Kingdom. But look at it from my perspective. If a human started acting all high and mighty in front of you and started demanding things. You wouldn't put him in his place?"

"Is that how you look at us? Like Asgardians look at humans?" She says in a quiet voice, almost afraid of the answer

"Hmm quite similarly. You look at humans as weak and pathetic. Well, I know you and Thor don't. But the majority of Asgardians do. You live for millennia. A human's average lifespan is a mere 6 decades."

"I am still weaker than the average Asgardian but that doesn't apply to Grant" Nat smiles

"Don't put yourself down Luv. You have made excellent progress. With time you will surpass them easily. Back on topic, I have power that is far beyond yours. Don't you think it's natural I don't put them in my sights? After all, why should I let myself be ordered and looked down upon by someone so much weaker than me?" When a fly annoys you, you just kill it. Same principle applies here.

Sif kept quiet, thinking about what we told her

After a few more minutes She stopped at two huge white doors with golden decorations all over it

"Welcome to the Royal Library"

The Real Odin is stronger than this. But MCU really made the guy quite weak. It doesn't help that he always seals his opponents. So there isn't really a way to measure his power scale. And the MC is so OP that even if I did measure it. MC would still tramp Odin.

Especially since Most of Odin's strength is used to seal Hela.

Btw The HP: Mafia Fic will take a lot longer. It will probably be fic number 5. I'm redoing the whole plot. Got some better ideas.

And I need a name for the Mafia Organisation. Like John Wick 'Camorra'.
