Sorry about the late chap
Necromancy System Ch 10 is finally done. That's the 18+ one. 2K+ word count. It took me like a week to write and rewrite. And I had to cut about 700 words from it because they made the chap a bit wonky. Otherwise, it would have been a 3K chap. They were put in ch 11. Which is also going to be 18+ but won't be released until.. well until the fic is chosen to become a constant release fic. Like CODE and MS.
BTW the 18+ Scene was a major pain in the ass to write. Do have any idea how many smuts I had to cross-reference to write this?

"Welcome to the Royal library"
The first thing I noticed was that the space was huge. Magically expanded.
There were bookcases as far as the eye could see. And that's saying something with my enhanced senses.
There was a royal theme going on. The wood was old and expensive. There were golden ornaments all over the place. The library screamed out RICH.
The books. Well, it seemed like there were countless. I'm sure there are more than a billion. No doubt most of them were taken from the raids Odin did in the past.
Actually, The Library of Congress has 160 million books. So humanity isn't doing so bad
"Wow, I have never seen so many books. And I have been in every major library on the planet. How much of these are about magic" Nat turns and asks Sif
She was proud of the reaction we showed about the library. "About a third of the library is about magic. All the different kinds of magic in the universe and their uses. The Royal Mage of Asgard has only finished about half of them. And by finished I mean is a novice level in that type of magic. Even if Asgardians live for millennia. Understanding and using so many different kinds of magic takes time and patience."
Nat raised an eyebrow and looked at me "How long will this take you?"
I scratch my chin "Everything in this library?"
"Hmmm, I'd say about a month. If I start with the other books and leave the magic ones for later. Since the others are most likely stories or information about the universe."
Sif looked at me like I was crazy "A month? for the whole library. That's impossible"
I grin. I raise both my hands and put the first two fingers together in a cross shape.
'Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu'

I still need to use the hand sign for major uses of chakra like this. Hand signs are a way to help direct the chakra flow in the body. For normal Jutsu and a small number of clones, I don't need them. But for something major like this, I need it just in case. Why take unnecessary risks in the first place.
Sif jaw's dropped at the sheer amount of clones that appeared.
"Well, you know what to do. Read about 50 books then dispel. Once a clone has dispelled wait about a minute for the next one to dispel. After a hundred have dispelled I will create a hundred. And we will go with that cycle."
"Now how about you and me take a small walk around the library and see what it has to offer" I raise my elbow to Nat and she puts her arm around it
"It would be my pleasure" Nat smiles
Both of us leave a still shocked Sif. She was just staring at the clones. It would take her a few more minutes to get herself together

"Hmm interesting" Loki mumbled while looking at a screen connected to a hidden camera in the library
"What's so interesting oh treacherous brother of mine." Thor growled as he sat on the couch. The talk with Odin did not go well.
"Well, your wizard friend created about 2000 copies of himself which are currently reading books. I believe he plans to read them all. Something everybody thought to be impossible. There are more than a billion books in there" Loki said completely engrossed in the sight. A cloning technique. He was already imagining the possibilities.
"What?! Let me see!" Thor stood up and quickly got behind Loki's couch and looked over his shoulder
"Huh, He didn't use that when he fought us. 2000 copies of that man? Brrrr" Thor started getting goosebumps
"It would be an apocalypse. He could tire down Asgard if each clone is as strong as him" Now Thor really started to panic. Odin was very rude to him. Even after Ward put him in his place. Who is to say he won't hold a grudge?
"Calm down you Buffon. Can you not use that tiny brain of yours for one second? If each clone was as strong as the original, and if he is indeed as strong as you say. He would have taken over the Nine Realms already. Even beyond that. I assume it splits his strength. If he made one clone. It would have half of his strength. But since he made 2000 of them. One clone would have 1/2000 of his total strength. Do you understand? Or do I need to talk slower so your brain can catch up" Loki sneered at Thor
(This is just what Loki thinks)
"OH" Thor puts his hand on his chin, then starts nodding "Yes.. yes.. That does make more sense"
Loki just looks at Thor, thinking to himself 'He definitely doesn't get it'
"Sigh how about we go check. That would be the simplest and more efficient way." Loki suggests 'And it would give me the chance to look at those clones up close. Curse you Odin for chaining me to this brainless animal I call a brother. I would have already been there by now. And most likely have the spell figured out.
"Great Idea. Even traitorous fools like you can have them once in a while. To the Library." Thor starts dashing away, while Lokis eyes widen
"Oh No, You Don't!" Loki yells out as he summons rope and uses a spell that makes it head towards Thor. As soon as the rope tied itself around Thor's waist. Loki jumped in the air and took out a sled?
"Loki what are you doing?" Thor yelled out not reducing his speed at all
"Last time we tried this I almost got zapped. Now you do all the running" Loki crossed his arms and glared at Thor
"Fine not that I mind. It's faster this way, But what is that contraption you are sitting on?"
Loki raised his eyebrow "This?" he then shrugged " I saw this in the Human World. Seemed interesting. I heard only the strongest (dogs) get to pull this. So dear brother of mine. Is this the best you can do? Because the one I saw went even faster" Loki grinned, (silent 'dogs')
'Faster? Than ME? Loki hold on. I will show you real speed" Thor then kicks things into high gear while Loki started to laugh like a maniac
'Ahhh life would be so much easier if everyone was as stupid as Thor. Hmm on the other hand then it would be too boring. Well make do with what you got'
"Mush. Go faster! Hahahahaha"
Loki's laugh was heard all across the palace. People shivered at the sound of it. And started to prepare for the disaster that was about to come
