Chapter 47: New Ability

A month later, Logan and Victor resume there duty to the Howling Commandos.

In the experiment they underwent, both of their healing factors were successfully strengthened, and their bones were also coated with Westeros alloy.

Due to the special characteristics of the alloy, they no longer needed to worry about metal poisoning. Well, the true reason why Logan was poisoned despite having a poison resistance is because of the anti-mutant serum added to daily foods developed by the government.

And because they were coated with westeros alloy, their speed was not compromised since it is unlike adamantium with heavier properties.

After returning to the Howling Commandos with their newfound power, they urged Steve Rogers to launch another assault on HYDRA.

The other members of the team were also eager to vent their anger after adjusting their mood and with the help of Howard Stark, they were wearing a specialized mask device that can counter hypnotism.

During the campaign against HYDRA, Logan and Victor became more fearless, using their metallic claws to deflect any energy pulses fired at them, tearing and destroying heavy tanks in their path.

With their high moral and eagerness for revenge, they easily destroyed the HYDRA facility in Czechoslovakia.

On the other hand, after a month of treatment and experimentation, Susan and Melvin Scarbo had just finished their enhancing process, and they successfully became super vampires - vampires enhanced by Hydra's super soldier serum infused with Tesseract energy.

After becoming super vampires similar to Baron Blood, as expected, their hypnosis power became strong on a ridiculously high level, and its actual effect on people apparently became permanent. Unless Andy took the shot, no one could break free from their hypnosis control.

Their strong power also come up with a price, they have the same weakness with Baron Blood, becoming weaker then normal human during the day, they also need to sleep for years if they used too much of their power.

Now that they have strong hypnosis power, Red Skull and the others didn't waste their time and ordered the Sacrbo siblings to used their power and succesfully controlled Julia Koenig a.k.a Warrior Woman, Wilhelm Lohmer a.k.a Master Man, and Brian Falsworth a.k.a. Destroyer.

After months of fighting with their strong will, they eventually succumbed to the new powerful hypnotism of the Scarbo siblings and became loyal weapons of HYDRA.

Brainwashing a super soldier is not an easy feat. Even HYDRA took many years to brainwash Bucky Barnes before they could put him into use as Winter Soldier.

With the addition of Warrior Woman, Master Man, and Destroyer. Red Skull become more confident in his world domination.

Susan and Melvin is also seething with wrath and both of them has a strong desire of revenge to Logan and Victor for leaving a permanent scar on their bodies.

While the both sides were thinking of getting their revenge and destroying each other.

At the concentration camp, Sebastian Shaw stood by the window with a helmet on his head. He thought that it could shield his thoughts. He is also probing from time to time if the thing inside his body will react if he thought of something unfavorable and was glad when it didn't, but nevertheless he still remain vigilant.

While celebrating that at least he could be free from mind reading, he didn't know that his helmet had already been replaced by the symbiote.

Ever since the Umbrella Company created the Cerebro, Andy deemed Sebastian Shaw as not a useful pawn anymore in finding other mutantkind and used his telepathy to modify some of his memories about the use of symbiote on his body.

The sub-host symbiote possessing Sebastian only have some abilities that can change clothes, regenerative healing, and summon a symbiote to possess others. Andy locked the other function such as superpower amplification, instant mastery of abilities, and summoning of weapons and vehicles etc.

After taking a sip from his coffee, Sebastian opened an envelope and took out the latest report documents about the ongoing world war and the special report about Captain America, Wolverine, Victor, and the Howling Commandos destroying HYDRA facilities.

Upon seeing the description of their peculiar combat suits that could transform and cover their bodies, he immediately thought about the symbiote on his body and was sure that man was secretly supporting them behind the scenes.

He also took out a letter from Red Skull and read it. The content of the letter telling him to participate in the war against the Howling Commandos. After finishing reading the letter, he scoffed and said, "Idiot."

As long as there was a man named Andy Westeros backing the Howling Commandos, it's already doomed that the HYDRA would not win against them.

Speaking of which, he also thought about the ongoing arms race between America and HYDRA on who would be the first to create a weapon of mass destruction that could level a city.

In fact, he also hoped that HYDRA would be the first to create a powerful bomb and accidentally drop it on top of Andy's head. If that ever happened, he could be completely freed from that damn bastard and remove the disgusting black goo inside his body.

When he is about to go back to his table, he spotted a commotion below where a young kid is screaming and struggling in the hands of the guards after being seperated from his parents.

"Ohoh, intersting." He is overjoyed when he witnessed the scene of the young kid using a supernatural power on bending the iron gate, then a guard smack the kid on the neck causing the kid to faint.

The next day.

Andy woke up early to witness the first meeting between Sebastian Shaw and Magneto, hoping to see what would happen next, and if it would be the same as in the movie. However, their encounter turned out to be a huge disappointment.

The ending remained the same, with Erik's mother getting shot in the head while Sebastian watched in ecstasy as Erik's powers erupted because of anger.

Andy shook his head, thinking that he was stupid for expecting Sebastian to use the symbiote to possess Erik's parents and manipulate Erik into working for him. However, Sebastian's deep-seated superiority complex prevented him from doing so.

Despite his dislike for the symbiote, Sebastian deemed it wasteful to use it on lowly humans and believed that giving one to control Erik was enough.

"Oh well, this outcome is in my favor anyway," Andy thought.

He then used his power to bring back the dead bodies of Erik's mother and father and planned to resurrect them later. Sebastian also thought of using Erik's father if he failed to awaken on first try, so his father was also executed afterward.

Andy teleported to the hive underground and placed the bodies of Magneto's parents alongside Doctor Erskine for later resurrection.

He went back to the mansion in a good mood and checked Erik's abilities after secretly enhancing his mutant power then sealed again so he will not become too strong while being young.

Erik's strength remained the same as in the movie after being enhanced by Apocalypse. Although it is always said that Magneto's mutant power is "Magnetic Field," in fact, his power is more inclined to "Metal Manipulation."

The comic version of Magneto is stronger and uses his "Magnetokinesis" to the fullest. His ability is not limited to metal manipulation, so he will not end up in an embarassing situation where there is no metal nearby for him to control.

Unfortunately, even if he trained Erik, his power will not reached the height of his comic counterpart because his power will remain in cinematic level. Unless, he receive another power enhancement.
