6 Chapter Six(6)

People in the 80s really had it easier, affording this sort of house now especially with Mom's source of income, it would take months of continuous work but during Grandpa's time, it was relatively easy. The house wasn't too big but it wasn't too small either, just a small family house but with the way things were now. This place would cripple us with debt just for a month's rent or something like that.

"I'm here" I said as I approached the kitchen

"Mmmm mmm" she replied with her mouth full but she still pointed towards the food on the counter

"Thank you" I replied and immediately grabbed it and started eating. I may not need to eat and all but it doesn't mean that my body can not process food. In fact, it would be better to just say that my body collects everything I eat and turns all of it into energy which it stores for later usage. I may not need it but even my body understands the concept of 'who knows what would happen'.

"What have you been doing all this while" Mom asked as soon as she swallowed her food

"I'm creating an app for people to find work online, if it works well then we can charge service fees and make nearly a million dollars per year or even more" I replied with a smile.

This universe just turned out better for me, I don't know why this is but for some strange reason, this Universe doesn't have freelancers, I have search high and low for it but unfortunately there is none, of course as a sensible reincarnate, my duty is to fill in wherever the world is lacking and make a lot of profit in doing so and at the moment, I planned to create the most user friendly Freelancer Website/App that can help me achieve this.

As for how I learnt how to Program or code, it was easy and I mean that literally with my intellect it wasn't all that hard to learn, the real problem was where to learn from but thankfully turns out the Resource dimension literally gives you every resource and knowledge is considered a resource too so due to a series of events I didn't really expect, I managed to get a hold of some books that I learn from and the best part was the fact that the resource dimension due to just being itself, had access to knowledge from several different universes so when I say, I learnt to code from the resource dimension's books. I really mean that I learnt every existing programming language both alien and Human-made.

I don't know exactly where or when it would be useful so for future purposes I learnt everything. With the knowledge I hold and the practice I have done on Mom's laptop, I can bravely say that I am part of the world's top ten programmers, maybe like No. 8 on the list or something because everyone can create an A.I in this universe and I don't think I can do that yet. As for my plans for this world, the freelancing app was just a first, This world doesn't have a search engine like Google or at least one as convenient as it in the future, I know that Starksearch or was it Starkfind would take over and create a Google like search engine for the people but for now, it was just a weapons company that dealt a bit on other things but mostly in weapons so their attention hadn't turned to this side of things and I plan to fill that hole before they can.

Basically I plan to introduce all the conveniences our Earth provided to this world as for how it would turn out. I don't really care after all mom and I are already Immortal and I already had plans to become even stronger.

"What do you mean, is that even possible" Mom asked confused

"It's like, companies would post their request on the website and professionals or freelancers all over the world would accept these requests, do it, get paid and I would receive my service payment" I explained

"That would be great, why don't we already have this" She said, a little bit more excited than expected, I didn't blame her since if some sort of website or platform like that was in place, then she wouldn't have to go around looking for a job like a mad woman. The very concept of a platform for Freelancing didn't exist in this Universe thus you had to make money the traditional way.

"I know right but it would take a lot of time before we can start making real money from it" I replied

The success of the website depended entirely on publicity and to do that, I would have to advertise which also indirectly meant I would have to spend money. Yes, I can advertise it without paying but how many people would it actually reach but it doesn't matter for now, I am planning to wait a year for it to officially begin gaining clients and freelancers.

"See my baby, becoming the man of the house" Mom said as she hugged me and kissed my forehead

"Moom!" I said in embarrassment but still smiled, if my plans worked then I would be more than just the man of the house, I would be the richest man in the world. After all, I am bringing not only convenience but also culture to this world.

I will bring YOUTH!!, Super Saiyan and many more to these uncultured youths. This universe has comics, yes but with the exception of maybe the crazy Deadpool, no one has heard of Manga or anime in total. It wasn't invented and I will do it even if that means I would have to open my own Animation studio. Hey wait, I can create Crunchyroll here and make people pay for it. Another method of making money.
