CHAPTER 34

"Have they found out?" asked Andrew.

"No. There is no panic anywhere and you have knocked out around 25 and in those you have hidden many of them in places that cannot be seen in a hurry. There is no problem and no one inside the house is aware of it. The Monitoring Team are still in the Dark, you can go in now. Be careful," Andrew heard what Natasha said through his earpiece.

"Good, I am going in," Andrew said and jumped high. He used Blink twice and landed on the terrace of the house.

An officer on the terrace heard the sound and had drawn his weapons. He walked carefully to the place where he heard the sound. He relaxed when he saw there was no one.

He turned to return back to his position when he saw a Metallic Skull Mask breathing on his face and he lost consciousness.

There was a covered patio on one side of the terrace. Andrew carried the body and jumped onto it with his increased Jumping. He placed the body on the patio gently and got down.

Andrew brought the HEART out. He used the HEART's Whisper to hear the thoughts of one of the guards as he pointed.

{"He wishes to escape from this life."}

{"This man will do anything if there is something in return."}

{"He is hoping for his partner to be alright."}

'The second one…'

Andrew redirected the HEART to the second one.

{"He was promised a sum that he might never get."}

'Hmm…'

He then used it to feel the increase in the heartbeat and found two locations down on the house through the terrace. He had his Dark Vision active but could not see it.

'It's outside the range…'

There were 4 balconies and each had one officer in them.

Andrew jumped onto one of the balconies on the second floor.

As he was closing to land the hidden blade in his left hand popped out as he drove it through the scalp of the officer.

The officer died and he felt no pain.

Andrew placed the body on the chair that was on the balcony and went inside the house through the door.

His dark vision showed someone sleeping in one of the rooms on the first floor and one rune was there as well. He could see the height of the person sleeping to be small and decided that it was Trich's son.

Andrew walked slowly as he saw all the officers in the building.

He saw another Rune appearing in the range which was on the floor he was in.

He could see 2 officers coming in his direction.

He used Domino as they neared him and pointed his Blink above their heads and disappeared and reappeared behind them.

"I think I saw something there," said one of the officers and moved his hand to draw his gun out.

Before he could do that Andrew injected a sleep dart into his neck and the other one with him wanted to act but he also fell to the ground losing his consciousness.

Andrew left the bodies there and walked to the room that had the rune. He opened the door to see a room with a bed and table on its side. There were four closets and in one of them, there was a Rune. Andrew opened it and collected the Rune.

He got back and found the stairs to be on the opposite side.

He started to go down to the first floor but stopped as an officer was about to pass him.

He leaned against the wall and waited.

The moment the officer came into view, Andrew dragged him to the side and choked him. He quickly opened the door that was on the left of him and entered it.

Another officer came from the ground floor and he saw the door close.

Andrew lost his Dark Vision. He saw that he entered the toilet.

'Is he coming here?'

Andrew placed the guy on the seat of the toilet and leaned against the left side of the door. As the door opens it will cover him.

He quickly used Dark Vision and as he thought the door opened and the moment the officer's face came past the opened door a hand grabbed the face. But when Andrew saw the face of the man he was holding rage took over him. He started to crush the man's face with full force.

"BRENT!!!" A cold mechanical voice came out of him like a growl.

Andrew brought the hidden blade out as he cut off Brent's right hand. A muffled scream came out from Brent who was being crushed by his face.

Andrew put him down and drove the hidden blade through Brent's neck and despair was written on Brent's face as he felt death come closer.

Andrew removed his mask slowly as Brent saw who it was that killed him.

'Andr…' that was the last thought of Brent as he lay in a pool of his own blood with his right hand cut off.

Natasha and Trich were seeing what Andrew was doing since the time he switched on the button camera.

The moment Brent came into the camera's vision, Trich uttered, "Brent?"

Natasha also realized who it was and they both saw how he killed him.

The fear inside Trich rose to new heights as she saw how Andrew killed Brent.

Andrew's rage manifested the Void energy around him. He was not able to control the rage that he had and it did not decrease as he killed Brent.

"Andrew, focus on my voice. Calm down, Control your rage. Think about Scarlet, think about Lisa, think about us," Andrew heard Natasha's voice and he started to listen to her.

He closed his eyes and within seconds he controlled his rage.

"Andrew, control. You have to calm down and have to act fast. We don't know whether there is a time limit to all the bombs inside the house as they are different from the rest of them. You have to find Trich's son and get him out. Focus on the mission,"

Andrew quickly got out of the restroom and was standing face to face with another officer. Both of them acted but Andrew was fast and quickly got down and knocked off the officer's leg. The officer losing his balance was about to hit on a table but a hand caught his head and turned the head.

*SNAP*

The officer died with his face facing his back. Andrew put the officer down and moved towards the room. As he opened the door, he saw Trich's son sleeping on the bed and a Rune being on the table where there were phones and a plate of food half-eaten.

"Don't hurt him, please," a begging voice came in his earpiece.

As Andrew was about to carry him.

*BOOM*

The walls on the side of the room burst out as flames spewed out.

"AND…J….R…A…E...C…"

Andrew acted quickly and commanded to use Bend Time as he saw the pieces of the walls breaking and flying toward him and the kid. Fire gradually started to come through them as well.

Andrew quickly carried the kid and put him on his shoulders. The kid heard the sound as well and he felt himself being carried.

Andrew collected the Rune that was on the table.

There was a window in the room with a steel grill attached to it.

Andrew ripped out the Steel grill and used Blink and got out of the house.

He was in the air when he saw another bomb going off in the garden in slow motion. He used Blink again and now put a 60-meter distance from the house.

But that did not stop him as he still started to run the moment he landed on the ground.

He kept running and Time after 12 seconds became normal.

*BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM*

"ANDREW!!!!" came Natasha's voice as she yelled in anxiousness when she saw the bomb go off.

"JACOB!!!!" came Trich's voice as she yelled for her son.

The General inside the house got burst into pieces as one of the bombs was right under the sofa he was sitting on.

Yellow who had yelled the order to blow up saw only the house in which The General, Brent, and Trich's son Jacob were. No other houses got destroyed.

He smashed the screen with his bare hands in his anger destroying it.

Damon on the other hand was contemplating whether Andrew survived or not.

Andrew on the other hand was heading to the jet.
