After graduation, Gwen spent much time vigilanting before she would end up going to Columbian University.
Myself, I did not apply to universities.
Instead, I got a lawyer and started applying for any business license that existed in the United states.

Robotics

Any permit I needed in regards to these, I got.
With these acquired permits, I began the production and sale of driverless cars.
But to sate public outcry, I created Factories that would be operated by the regular joe.
But all sensitive parts of creation would be completed by a droid.
By doing this I created 830,000 different job openings.
These jobs were in the creation of self driven cars, WALL-E, TYP-E, Baymax, M-O and all B1s
To put up a front I also started an R&D department
Using this department, I sent out a job offer to Dr Otto Octavius.
Unfortunately, he declined due to his life work being funded by Oscorp

One big game changer is I partnered with the States judicial system.
In some of the Factories I started Hiring criminals who have been deemed redeemable.
By doing this it allowed criminals to gain skills and employment before being released, along with funds being sent to help their families.
Due to this program, I gained tons of popularity. Making people useful to society.

1-month timeskip
Today I am traveling to pick Gwen up from university, I was also asked to pick up 2 friends that she made there.
I decided to drive a different vehicle
Going for a Crew Cab pickup, that was painted Blue with Black stripes.
Getting to the university I park in the lot, and go off in search of my blonde girl.

Seeing her talking to a tall black-haired man and a shorter red-haired lady, I approach.
Getting closer I almost freeze seeing who she was talking to.
Dick Grayson (AKA Nightwing) and Barbra Gordon (AKA Oracle) but she must be BatGirl since she still walks.
"Hello you must be Gwens boyfriend? My name is Richard Grayson, but just call me Dick."
Taking his hand in a firm shake, Charles greets both Dick and Barbra.
"Anyway, Charles these two are from Gotham, could we take them for a tour around the city?"
"sure, its good I drove a bigger vehicle today."
The group of four then go to the truck.
Dick seeing it was awed.
"This one nice truck, it looks to be one of those self driving models sold by Woods. How much did it cost you?
Smirking a bit Charles answered "Cost me nothing, Considering I own Woods Enterprises and all of the subsidiaries.
Barbra spoke then, while getting in the back.
"You must be fairly intelligent to be able to start up all these different technology-based business. I know you do robots, computers, and other things. Very impressive."
Charles just grinned
The group drove for awhile
After asking the two from Gotham if they had plans, Charles took them home to give them supper.

Later at Charles home
While the group ate Charles spoke
"So, Gwen how has research been at Oscorp, have you found success in the serum?"
Barbra queried "Syrum? What kind of serum?"
Gwen answered "it is a Healing Syrum, meant to regrow limbs, we had no success, but after Dr Connors was fired, we were able to find a serum that regrew Bone which is very important but none of the nerves, flesh or veins grew back." "Unfortunately, we have come across a byproduct of the original formula. It increases human abilities by a factor of 5 for 32 hours. Due to this there is talk of making a military contract which I am unhappy about."
Charles hummed, then asked the Gotham duo. "what's your thoughts on superpowered beings?"
This caught the two-off guard before Dick answered "Well I don't mind that much as long as they don't cause crimes or hurt people." This statement Barbra agreed on.
"Do you think we should have teams of powered people trained to protect us from aliens?"
Barbra asked "Aliens? You think aliens exist? If they do why would we need to fight them?"
"if there is one thing, I have learnt about the Animal kingdom and history is that there will always be a stronger species looking to spread its territory and remove competitors. If there are other in space at least 1 will want to subjugate earth." Says Charles
Dick couldn't help but agree, while Gwen and Barbra were still unsure.
Before the discussion continues their phones start to beep.
Looking down at their phones all of them read the same message.
Breaking news
Flying man saves Crashing plane
375 people were about to die when a man garbed in blue and a red cape flew up and caught the plane, bringing everyone to safety at the nearest airport.
seeing this all where surprised.
"This was good, but I am afraid superpowered criminals will now become more common." Says Charles
Hearing this Gwen only nodded sadly while the others only frowned.
"Anyway, Charles can we show these two some of your robots? I would like to see that new model you have planned for the Police." Says Gwen
It took a few moments for Charles to think of the pros and cons.
--first off if I show these two my robots, Batman will Know of my capabilities. But I definitely want these two on my team in the future. Though just because I show them some things they won't be able to report on the things they don't know. —
Giving a nod, after cleaning up the table, Charles brings them to his above ground workshop.
The new robot was inspired by the starwars Droideka and spider artillery droid
It had the same capabilities as the Droideka, rolling and all. But like the spider it could fire rounds in arcs, so it could bypass walls and other obstacles like cars.
It was slow moving when not rolling and lightly armoured, so to protect it you would need a B1-H

Seeing this robot, Barbra could not help but pail in fear.
--could this be the person selling high-tech weapons to criminals? —but this thought was soon dashed by Charles, who did not know what she was thinking.
"Hey Gwen have you heard more about Oscorp developing guns?"
"Yeah, that contract from the government was pretty big, they have made a sort of electric pulse rifle, but it can only fire two shots before needing a new battery pack. Its nowhere near what you can make."
Hearing this description, Dick and Barb ask for more information subtly.

Soon Gwen ends up taking Clint the Torino to drop her friends off and to go home.

By the end of the next week, breaking news was heard of Tony Stark being found.
Learning of this Charles went about improving his personal hero suite.
Adding repulsors for flight like from starwars was not difficult. He then added a detachable Back pack that could transform into 2 shoulder mounted gatling guns.
Now with the increased power demand, he absorbed 32 gallons of energon to improve his Hearts production up to 15 terajoules per second, with his blood being able to store 152 terajoules of energy.

That very night under the cover of darkness, Charles flew his starships carrying the UNSC frigate components up to the Darkside of the moon.
There during the whole week he assembled that ship and placing 5 platoons of scouts lead by a Chappie each, he sent them to mine Asteroids for valuable materials. These they would haul to Mars and build a storage facility where they would wait to be used.
Charles plan was to purchase the Portal from Star Gate and setup a base on Mars, allowing easy transportation of goods under the radar.
Only problem was that this portal was on a time lock of 1 year and an unknown price tag.
So right now, he installed cloaking devices on small freighters which would be in charge of entering earth for deliveries.

With Batgirl and Night wing. 1 week ago
These two were on a video call with their mentor
Batgirl- after talking with a friend we have found the most likely culprit of those energy weapons. It seems like Oscorp is the producer.
Batman- this is extremely worrying. If it is Oscorp I want you to be extremely careful, and do not under any reason enter their property, their sponsors are very dangerous.
Nightwing- Bruce, the boyfriend of our friend mentioned something about aliens existing and how they might be hostile. Do you know anything about that?
Batman- DO not worry about this information, but who is this Boyfriend?
Batgirl: his name is Charles Woods, founder of Woods Enterprises. He is the maker of those new robots we see everywhere.
Batman- I want you to Befriend him, I want to know if he is ally or foe. Now your Friend Gwen Stacey, after doing some investigation I do believe she is Ghost-spider, become her friend and see if we can use her abilities.

With Tony Stark
Having returned to the U.S, Tony called a press conference announcing that Stark Tech will no longer be selling weapons.
This gained much pushback, but his mind would not change.
He then holed himself in his workshop designing a new version of the armour that saved his life.
The Iron man Mk2 was quite slim to its predecessor.
After 1 month of many failures and successes, Ironman Flew through the sky.

Unknown to most regular people, HYDRA was not destroyed in world war 2. Instead, it has been allowed to fester ever growing like a cancerous tumour, growing many appendages.
One such appendage was OSCORP, ran by Norman Osborn.
But Norman was not just a CEO but also the infamous Green Goblin.
After his injury from the now known Bastion, Norman has been increasing his available resources. A serum to increase strength, another to repair lost limbs, energy weapons and finally the piece de resistance, CYBORGS! By taking the homeless off the street and brainwashing them one would have an army bigger than China.
There were many failures, but after grafting Exoskeletons to the bone succcesfully (an: Elysium exoskeleton mixed with a Warhammer look) further mechanical enhancements were added. Shoulder mounted guns, a chainsaw sword on one arm.
These creations could now only follow orders.
Orders from Hydra
This very morning 900 CYBORGS were released for evaluation into the streets of New York.

With Charles
Currently I was in the process of training more CHAPPIES, currently I have 138 made and this batch contained 15. With sending many to mining operations and defending safe houses, I have had to increase the production of the adaptable learning scouts.
Before I could start a sparring session, I get a call from a panicking George Stacey
George- Charles, I need you in the city with all your droids! We are under attack! "BOOOOM, TATATATAT"
Charles- George I will be there but what is happening out there?
George- hundreds of robot men armed to the teeth started killing people, the police departments don't have enough people or B1s to do this, I need your help.
Charles- I will be there; buy me 10 minutes I will come with all the help I can.

Hanging up, Charles went to work
Calling the immediately available CHAPPIES of 50 he called up all of the scouts available, working out to 15 scouts per Chappie
He then got all available Droideka-spiders which equaled 52
B1=130 B1-H= 100 and B1-F=50 and Baymax=30
He would bring the B1-F and the Baymax to help the injured and to put out potential fires.
Donning his upgraded suit, he calls up all of his Transformers
Clint the Torino
John the Dodge Ram
Milo and Otis the Harley Davidsons
And
Finally
Megatron the Lockheed f-35 lightning II.
These transformers had many different armaments, which would be on display tonight.
Hopping into Clint, he races into the city with Droid carriers flying in the sky.
Sending the Droids to the specified location from George, I break off towards the high school where many hostiles are recorded
Getting there I am shocked to see that these attackers look like Astartes, but are probably just Cyborgs.
Jumping out of Clint I activate my backpack gatling guns and start laying waste to these robotic disgraces.
There must have been 3 dozen of them hiding behind overturned cars.
After shooting 5 I join the 8 police officers defending the school.
While I get an update Clint goes Berserk, activating an energy sword and slicing these bastards like they were younglings.
Seeing Charles an officer spoke "Bastion, thank god you came, we have already lost 25 other officers before you got here"
Another officer was pissed "where the Fuck have you been, people have been dying out here while you've been off to god knows where!"
His fellow officers tried to calm him down.
Bastion put his hand on the man's shoulder and spoke calmly.
"I only found out 10 minutes ago when Captain Stacey called me, it takes me 10 minutes to get here, you should not get upset at me but whoever ordered this atrocity."
After calming down the officer stood back.
Charles does some fiddling with his radio before speaking.
"Alright I want you 8 to stay here and watch out for hostiles, I have sent a call for B1-Hs they will be here in 5 minutes, I will be contactable through the dispatch line."
Saying this Clint flies away using his repulsors followed by Clint.
Their task was to mop up the bastards that the police can not hold down.
Alleyway and street each time they came across these human robotic abominations, Clint would slice them in half or Bastion would unleash an over powered canon blast.
Getting towards the queens' area, Bastion saw a few apartment blocks laying on the ground in ruin.
he could hear babies wailing, and people crying in pain, ignoring the cries he sent a signal to send medical aid, making his way he soon finds a group of Cyborgs being taken down by Batgirl and Nightwing, but unfortunately, they do not have any tools to put them down permanently.
Approaching I unleash blasts into their opponents' heads.
Seeing what I did the two nod their heads in thanks, but before they could run off bastion stopped them.
"Stop! You two are not prepared for this kind of situation. You would be of better help rescuing the civilians trapped and injured. These enemies have to be killed not simply knocked down." Declares Bastion.
Batgirl goes to argue, but Nightwing stop her and nods at Bastions words before he turned away to go help the injured with Batgirl following.
Seeing this Bastion goes off
Off in the distance he could see Spider man swinging and hear repulsor blasts that were probably from Iron man.
Approaching a group of 72 Cyborgs that were on a face off against what seemed to be Geroge Stacey and a mix of 8 B1-H, 3 droideka-spiders 13 officers and a decimated platoon of scouts lead by 2 CHAPPIES.
Looking at the area he saw close to 300 corpses of humans, cyborgs and droids littering the street.
Sending in Clint first, he attacks from behind catching the CYBORGS unaware.
Seeing the reinforcements Georges side pressed the offensive.

After 2 more hours of sweeping the streets, it was confirmed that all Cyborgs have been eradicated.
But the work was not done.
Well into the night and the next day, recovery projects commenced, pulling bodies both alive and dead from the rubble, Families confirming a deceased relative.
Seeing this trauma many felt a hatred boil in their veins, planning to torture the masterminds of this attack.

Bastion taking a break ended up going to check on Gwen.
Getting to the Stacey residence he heard sobbing inside.
Going in he sees Gwen holding her mother who is sobbing on the ground/
Gwen gets up from the ground with her mother and hugs Charles tightly.
"Arthur's bus was attacked by those Cyborgs; they found his body missing the lower half." Whispered Gwen sadly
Hearing them Charles clutched them tightly before asking. "Does George know?"
Helen shook her head "We didn't want to distract him while he is out helping the rescue efforts."
Charles nodded, "I will go relieve him of his duty."

Quickly finding George he approaches his sergeant and gives him a rundown of what has happened before approaching George.
"Captain Stacey, you should go home now." Said Bastion.
"I won't go home until this rescue is done." Denied George
Putting his arms on the mans shoulder Bastion repeats "George, I am ordering you as your friend go home, your family needs you. your sergeant and I can lead the efforts here. Again, I am so sorry about what's happened."
The man understanding the seriousness of Bastions words starts to head home.
Seeing George leave, Bastion starts giving orders and asking for the status of search zone.

After a total of 3 days all rescue efforts were completed.
There were a total of 5000 civilian deaths, 1500 dead paramedics/firefighters and 3200 dead police officers.
These counts were devastating to the moral of those who survived.

For Aid efforts, Charles sent hundreds of WALL-Es to clean up the destruction
He also donated 300 million alongside Tony starks donation of 1 billion.
Taking advantage of the scenario, Charles also bought the plots of 3 destroyed highrise apartments.
These he planned to rebuild into affordable apartments including an emergency bunker below each one for such cases in the future.
During this time many funerals were held and hateful rhetoric was spoken on the news both at the mastermind of the attack and at those who protected the city for not doing enough.
Charles new that Gwen was hit hard by this attack along with the death of her youngest brother, the only thing he could do was be there for her and offer words of comfort and training to become stronger

Unknown to Charles and to many but during the attack Norman raided the Prison taking captive many prisoners for use in future experiments.
One such man was a man who only wanted his daughter to live.

With Batgirl and Nightwing
"I can't believe we were so useless! All because we did not have lethal tools!" growled Nightwing in anger
Batgirl tried to soothe him "calm down Dick, we did all we could do, what we need to do is ask Bruce to give us something for future scenarios."
"Hah, Bruce giving us something to kill with?! That's such a joke! He will never agree with us!" shouts NIghtwing.
Suddenly the tv in the background came to life showing Batman, scaring the crap out of the two.
Batman- you are right, killing is wrong, if we do it, we are no better than the criminals.
Nightwing- Come on Bruce, that is horse shit, civilians were dying and if those abominations were not killed, they would still attack even with broken legs!
Nightwing then storms out.
Batgirl- Bruce I admire your morales but there are certain times when you need to alter them for the bigger picture.
She then unplugged the TV and went to find Richard.
She soon found him pacing in front of the window looking at the city below.
"I think we should join forces with this Bastion, he was calm and prepared for this situation. I do not want to be caught with my pants down next time." States Nightwing
"Next time? I for gods' sake hope that there's not a next time." Says Batgirl.
"I did some hacking after talking to Gwen's boyfriend, and it seems that there really are aliens, back in the 80s there was even an attack. Plus if someone could supply an army to attack New York for no reason who says it wont happen again."
Hearing this Batgirl could only let her head fall in despair.
Turning around Nightwing made his way for the door
"Where are you going?" asks Batgirl
"To find Bastion" says Nightwing.

Bastion was found near the police station.
Approaching the man that was talking to the Captain, Nightwing waited till their conversation was done.
After a few moments Bastion turned towards him.
"Bastion, I am Nightwing a Vigilante from Gotham, we met earlier during the attack."
"Nice to meet you what can I help you with."
"I want you to train me on how to handle similar situations in the future."
"I will train you but I will not supply your weapons. I am to busy now but meet me at the Harbour in 2 days time, bring your friend if you want, but if I find out you have been sending information on me to that paranoid Bat, we will be done." States Bastion.
Nightwing agreed before Bastion made his way off towards Tony starks home.

With tony Stark
After the Cyborg attack Tony spent every moment making improved designs for his Arc reactor and his suit.
But as he was working flashes of dead women, children and indistinguishable corpse appeared before his eyes.
As he was inserting the pladium into a new reactor, JARVIS spoke
"Sir, a Man stating he is Bastion is at the door. Would you like me to let him in?"
"Yes, Jarvis can you direct him to the living room."
After finishing up he goes to the living room.
Walking in he sees a man covered in a metallic suit, and based off of the appearance, no weapons.
This calmed his nerves slightly.
"Good day, Tony Stark. We have never met but I am Bastion" he then stands up and shakes Tonys hand before sitting back down.
"I have heard of you, a vigilante that works for the police. Why are you here?"
"For all of my abilities with technology I have never spent much time in hacking, I was wondering if using your AI, you could find out who ordered the attack. I have a bone to pick with many lined up behind me."
Tony frowned "No I was unable to find anything."
"Could you find where they first appeared?"
Tony instructed JARVIS to bring up a map showing the starting points of the attack.
JARVIS Spoke "the Cyborgs all seem to come out of the sewage system Sir."
"Jarvis that looks like a circle to me, can you tell me if there is any wealthy businesses in that circle?" asks Bastion.
"In that that area there seems to be the new Wayne Enterprise tower and the Oscorp industries." Jarvis said.
Hearing that Bastion froze. "did you say Oscorp?"
"Why? Do you think this was them?" asks Tony
"You might have noticed on the news not too long ago the green goblin? Well, I think that is Norman Osbourne. Worst yet, I have a feeling that they are attached to a shadow organization."
Tony frowned hearing that. "Alright I will have Jarvis do some searching into their secrets, hopefully that provides us with an answer."
"Good, now I would like to propose us working together to defend against future threats." Bastion says.
"I will consider that if you remove that mask. I do not want to work with someone that wont let me even see their face." States tony
After considering the ramifications, Bastions helmet retracts revealing Charles Woods the upcoming Tech Genius of Woods enterprises.
Seeing this Tony Swore. "Really, I should have known, especially with those robots of yours. Impressive those are I might say."
"Alright I will team up with you but our Tech stays separate, I will not part with mine and even though I want to study yours I don't want to rely on you for improvement." Says Tony.
"That sounds good to me, but I would suggest you start looking into a better element for your Arc reactor, Palladium will end up killing you. and by my calculations if you do not have side effects yet, you should have 3 years to live, might be more or less."
Hearing this Tony starts to panic "How! I have looked at all possible elements there will be nothing better to use."
"Since it was your father that made the original Reactor, why don't you go back in his notes?"
Tony grumbled a bit at hearing this before agreeing.
The two then cheered with some scotch before they ended up parting ways.

At home Charles began going through his losses
Out of 750 scouts he lost 300
Out of 50 CHAPPIES he lost 3
B1 both regular heavy and firefighters he only had 2 or 3 left each.
And no Droideka spider survived.
But the Transformers were no less for wear.
Looking at the inventory listed on his tablet that records the holdings of his storehouses at all safe houses, Burnt islands and on Mars, he found his stock of droids severely lacking only finding a total of 750 split between the Scouts, and the B1 variants.
Placing an order for a new factory to be built underground he places these droids on priority minus the CHAPPIES which will be receiving an updated frame soon.

With this check done Charles started to think on how things changed so much, but could only come to the conclusion this was an effect of the DC world and his being here changed things.
Realising the possibility of changes in outer space, I complete purchases for a few different universes Space probes. Currently I can't go exploring space, So I need to find who is the closest planet with life, since Mars has no life even though in DC there were Martians.
Hopefully there is nothing too dangerous, but just thinking this must have jinxed me.
