Enough (Edited)

Amy threw her fork on her plate and pushed her chair back roughly as she got up, placing both her hands on the table for support, she glared at the woman across. "I have had enough of this! Look here woman, you're nothing to me and if you want to act all bossy just get out of my fuckin sight!" She drew a long breath. "And for the record, I hate having you and just the sight of you disgusts me to the core, if you haven't noticed, nobody really likes your presence. If you have any dignity left, get up and leave." Rolling her eyes, she sat down and took a clean fork, and resumed her meal calmly, ignoring the fact that everyone had stopped eating and were all looking at her.

Amy looked over at the she-devil and she was sure her face was flaming. "I can't stand this Jeff!" She snapped.

Her head tilted to Jeff, her husband appears. Eager to see what he would do, then she would judge him, blame him and throw needles at him, in her head of course. Jeff surprisingly was calm, making her shake her head a bit as he took a wine glass sipped a bit of red wine, and then looked ahead to his aunt.

"I am afraid with that kind of attitude; you can't be in my villa."

The she-devil blinked as if she couldn't believe her eyes as Amy gave herself a thumbs up in her brain. "Jeff."

Jeff took a deep breath as if the dinner was just tiring him off. "Aunt Imelda, this is my wife Amy, I love her, she's married to me and I won't tolerate anyone disrespecting her, whatever the relationship is." He placed his glass down and looked at Imelda with that look that just made Amy grin but not before she blinked twice.

"You're siding with her; I prefer Stephanie over this thing," The she-devil spoke as she pointed at her with a thin long forefinger.

That was the final blow. Amy picked a cold bowl of soup from the middle of the table and threw it at her, landing on her face. The reddish soup dripped on the pure and brilliant white wear before slowly trickling to the white marble floor. "Trust me I also prefer my stepmother over you."

Imelda got up and took a whole bowl of noodles and threw it in her direction only for it to land on Jason. Amy gave him an apologetic look. The brothers must die for their sisters, she thought silently as she ducked a whole jug of juice. She was about to duck another one when a cold, icy voice echoed in the room.

"Enough of that Imelda!" His voice rang out clearly. They all froze in place. Jeff took a deep breath before turning to Amy. Jesus, I am so screwed today, she thought as her widened eyes met Jeff's angry ones. "Leave my house right now." He said while looking at her.

Amy wanted to die, was he talking about her? Think Amy, think, Lucy wasn't going to be home, there was no way she was going to her parent's house. "Jeff, hubby, me?" Her voice was shaky, her knees weak and her eyes were stinging from holding back tears.

Her question made Jeff blink as if in confusion, then he shook his head and glared at Imelda. "Imelda get out of my house right now. And please, do us the favor of never coming back."

Phew! That was a relief. "Wait what, Jeff?" Amy didn't know why, but she felt she should just confirm things. It wouldn't hurt to be sure.
