Officially Married

Calla walked gracefully down the aisle with her Dad by her side. She had a beautiful smile on her face and looked forward at the man waiting for her at the end of the aisle.

He wore a well tailored black suit with a white tie. The suit fitted him perfectly and his beard was neatly trimmed. His gray eyes held no expression whatsoever, but he had a smile on his face. If they were in different circumstances, she would be happy to have this man as her husband and make him happy forever, he was the most handsome man she ever seen and she knew a lot of girls would die to have him, but under this circumstance, she swore he would regret their marriage forever.

"You look beautiful." He said in a low sexy voice.

She was surprised, she hadn't expected him to say that to her at all.

Seeing the expression on her face, he smiled, she had reacted like he thought she would.

She remembered the conversation they had the other day.

"This isn't going to be a marriage of convenience, so you better change your mind about it, cause once you are in, you can't get out until after a year." He had said in a cold tone, that was reserved only for her.

She had looked at him with fierce eyes, and said, "I am looking forward to this marriage Davis, but FYI I am going to make this one year of our marriage a living hell for you." With that, she had walked out of the restaurant that was owned by Davis mother.

"Thanks." She responded, giving him the fakest smile in the world.

The wedding procession went smoothly not until the priest said, "you may now kiss the bride."

Calla had been preparing for this from the moment she heard about the wedding, she thought she was well-prepared but she guessed not, because looking at his face right now, the face that hunted her in her dreams, she felt like slapping his it hard, but too bad she couldn't do that because of the guests and her family present.

She closed her eyes and waited for him. He chuckled lightly seeing her actions.

He moved closer to her, he placed one of his hands around her waist and used the other to support her neck.

Calla knew their faces were just inches apart, so she didn't dare open her eyes. She waited for his lips to touch hers, but nothing happened, she waited a little longer but nothing happened. As she opened her eyes and mouth to speak, he captured her lips with his. His actions shocked her, he tricked her into opening her eyes and mouth.

The guests cheered loudly seeing the trick played by Davis to make his wife look at him. The kiss lasted longer than any wedding kiss anyone there had ever seen, the groom kept digging into the bride's mouth like a hungry lion, he almost lost control of himself not until the priest cleared his throat as a sign for them to stop.

Calla's face was red from embarrassment and her lips were swollen from the kiss. Davis just looked at her and the look she saw in his eyes told her he wanted more.

She smiled inwardly, she had found another weapon that would use against him.

Soon, the wedding came to an end. They took lots of photos with families and friends, since Davis was a well known figure in the entertainment industry, they were a lot of celebrities present and most of the guests who weren't upfront tried their best to get a picture with them.

Everyone kept praising Davis for choosing such a beautiful wife and said she was a good match for him, anyone in the entertainment industry needed a beautiful woman like Calla.

If only they knew, Calla kept saying in her heart.

All the guests left after the wedding was officially over, so the couple went to the court to register their marriage legally.

Calla took a deep breath, she was now officially Mrs Williams. How sweet.

They drove in silence to Davis mansion. The driver kept wondering what kind of couple didn't have a conversation on their way home, especially after they just got married. Were they fighting?, he didn't think so, because they looked so happy together during the wedding ceremony.

He looked from the rear mirror and noticed Calla was looking outside the window, while Davis was busy with his phone. They didn't look like a newly wedded couple at all, someone who didn't know they were married, would think they were strangers, who couldn't stand the sight of each other.

Calla was amazed at the sight that welcomed her. She knew Davis was really wealthy because of his position in the entertainment industry, but this mansion looked like it belonged to a drug company or someone who was involved in something illegal.

The luxurious mansion's intricate architecture, elegant chandeliers, and ornate furnishings exuded an air of sophistication that left visitors in awe. It's grand entrance with sweeping staircase, high ceilings, and intricate details gave a sense of majesty and splendor that was meant for royalty.

Calla drooled at the sight of everything in the mansion. Did this her husband really live in such a beautiful place all alone?.

Davis was satisfied with the way she was staring in awe of his house.

He then asked her to follow him upstairs, so he could show her to their room.

The room was really spacious and it was decorated with luxurious furniture and a king size mattress was in the middle of the room. She couldn't help but notice there was only one bed in the room.

"Why is there only one bed?." She asked him coldly, as if they didn't just get married.

"Last time I checked, we're married." He responded, he knew what she was thinking, so he added, "not to worry, I wouldn't touch you."

She heaved a sigh of relief, but he face turned dark when she heard his next words.

"You aren't worth my body."

This man she called her husband just insulted her to her face.

She couldn't take that from him, back in high school she would just ignore him, but not now that she was a grown woman, besides her body was perfect, no man could ever resist her, she would definitely make him beg for her, but she wouldn't give in to his demands. She swore in her heart.

"We would see who isn't worth whose body, Mr Williams, we would see." She said, patting his shoulder lightly.
