Chapter three

I walked along the palace and admired everywhere one last time. Soon we got to the banquet.Immediately I got in,all eyes were on me after all this is the first time am being announced publicly as the princess of the kingdom.Tia led me to the sofa on the podium and I noticed a prince whom I was sure was Prince Leon or let me say tempest in the evil way.I hated him because all books I read about him portrayed him wicked,devilish and cold blooded and I can't imagine myself getting married to such a man.He was wearing a goldish mask which made his face unrevealed.

Soon the wedding started,rings were exchanged,marriage chants in the air and soon it was over.Everything was over.My father had succeeded in selling me to get more power and wealth.I hate the way he acts.

After all the gifts were presented to me,a knight was send to fetch me for Leon.

My lady,it's time to leave the palace.My prince is waiting for you in the carriage.

I stood up and sighed,I was gonna miss everyone. I felt hot tears run on my cheeks,I took Tia's gift,bowed to my father and entered the carriage. Everyone waved and wished me farewell.Farewell to the devil's home.I knew I was in dead and hot trouble.Medea meant peace and joy but i am going to start living with a devil.

After crying for sometime, I stopped and after six hours,the carriage stopped ablabig place.I learned we were just resting. I got down from the Carriage thinking of what to eat because I was hungry then suddenly the same man that came to fetch me when I was in the palace gave me some sandwiches.

My lady,the prince said I should give you and you must eat it.That's his command.

After he said that he left.I threw the sandwiches away.I am Medea and I won't eat the food of a devil.How dare him command Medea.

After sometime the man came back with water then he noticed I didn't eat.He went back and I guessed he wanted to tell his boss after all.

My prince,the princess didn't eat.

What did you mean she didn't eat,didn't you watch her.

Am sorry my prince,I thought.....

Keep shut,he said in a very cold voice.How dare you disobey me.Now take the knife and cut your fingers.

The man cut his fingers,the scent of blood was in the air.

Next time I would remove your eyeballs after that he left to seestaring

I kept on staring and waiting for the carriage to move then I saw Tempest coming.His presence made me scared because I saw blood in his hands.

Princess,he whispered in a scary voice.Princess I would only spare you today but next time I order you to do anything you obey and do you know what you caused that poor man,he lost his fingers. Now take this and eat.I was so scared I collected the sandwiches and ate it,after he was satisfied at staring at me,he left.

Soon,the carriage started.
