Berverly clenched her fist at this, but she faked a smile clapping her hands "You think your little plan would work out with that naive little girl don't you? It seems you have forgotten how much she hates you!" Berverly mocked back.
"Let's take it this way!" She raised her hands in the air as if seeing the video of the future flash before her eyes. "Hazel I made you marry that man, to extort money from him and destroy him!" She paused, "How ridiculous does that sound? Ah... I can't even imagine that!" She smiled looking at the face of the man before her.
"For the first time in a long time Mr Xavier Gale is rendered speechless which makes me wonder, did you even analyze your stupid plans very well before putting it to place? Hahaha!" She laughed sardonically.
"What made you think your stupid daughter can exhibit your plans?" Berverly said irritated. "False daughter!" He corrected. "False daughter?" Even berverly did not see this coming. "Vanessa was already two weeks gone before we had sex, she thought I was stupid, and that she could impose another man's child on me!" Xavier said calmly.
Berverly was agape by this shocking revelation, this man was really evil. "Then why did you let her get married to Alex if she's not even your daughter?" Berverly asked sternly. "You think I'll let my daughter's marry my enemies? They're as greedy as their father and besides what if they get caught? That man will not waste a minute without killing them!" He said unhurriedly
"But Alex is blinded by love!" She said. "That doesn't make him stupid, you know how dangerous he is. I don't have the time lecturing you about my life, you've known more than you should. When you come up with a plan b let me know!" He got up and arranged his suit.
"Concerning Hazel, there are so many ways to kill a rat isn't there?" Xavier left unhurriedly leaving berverly speechless.

"Zel!" Carie placed her hands on Hazel's shoulders to make her turn around. "Are you alright?" Carie asked. "Yes I'm fine!" Hazel smiled. "It's time to go mum's waiting for you!" Carie said calmly I guess she could see how upset I was. "Alright!" Was my short reply as I followed her.
We got into the black mecedes van parked in front of the mansion, Mum was already sitted in the car. We were excorted by some convoys. We spent a long time in the car, it could be a five or six hours drive before arriving at an old wooden house with a massive yard.
The yard could even be turned into a village containing not less than a thousand people or more, that's how large it was. The house might look so old but it doesn't mean it was not beautiful.
We all got out of the car and walked towards the house.
