The captain guard sighed before looking at Shrall. It was his bad luck to be the ones closest to this place and needs to settle the matter. "Young Master Shrall, I apologized but the law is the law"

Calter smirked evilly at the fuming Shrall as he will make sure that the youth will pay a heavy price. "Captain, if someone attacked someone inside the City, what would be the consequences?"

The captain guard can only scold Calter on his heart, this young man was really pushing him into a corner. "Ten years to lifetime of imprisonment depending on the severity" the captain replied

"Oh? It looks like someone's going to prison if he doesn't appease this Young Master's anger" Calter chuckled coldly, enjoying the anger of this Shrall that acted too arrogantly. If not for his Clan's influence how can Shrall act like this? He doesn't have any power and was just riding on his clan's back

Calter doesn't like this kind of person. If you want to be arrogant then do so with your own power! Even when Calter become a Rank 3 Mage, as long as people get away from him, he won't necessarily make things hard for them. Yet a Magic Apprentice thinks that he owns the world

"What do you want me to do?!" Shrall said through gritted teeth. Since the captain said it then he doesn't have a choice but to do what Calter wants if he doesn't want to go in prison. A young master from a powerful clan like him, how can he enter a prison? His pride won't allow that!

"Simple, just give me all of your belongings" since someone offended him and he can profit from it why will Calter insist on throwing Shrall in prison? If he really wants to throw Shrall in prison there were lots of ways to do that. For now, earning money is the priority

"A small Clan is really desperate for money" Shrall said coldly before tossing his spatial ring to Calter. It has a lot of money inside but it was better to give those up than to spend time in prison!

"Let's go!" Shrall said coldly and turned his back to enter the carriage but Calter's devilish voice once again entered his ears. "I said all of your belongings, why are you entering my new carriage?"

Shrall turned back and glared hatefully at Calter. "Don't push me too hard! I already gave you some face, you should be thankful for that!"

Calter was unbothered in front of Shrall's anger, in fact he was enjoying it. "If you won't pay for your actions then just go in the prison. Why waste my time here with your bullshits?"

Shrall clenched his fist as his anger was continuously rising from every word that comes out from Calter's mouth. His spatial ring he can give easily and not feel too much pain on his heart but the carriage and three Cloud Stepping Horse was much more expensive than all the items and money on his ring. It wasn't his, the carriage and horse belong to the clan. He can only give up the Clan's property for being free

"Then go get it! Just you wait, my Shan Clan will make you pay for the humiliations you brought to me today!"

Losing their horse and carriage, the pair of master and guard can only walk on foot. Bu they only managed to make a few steps before Calter once again spoke

"I said all of your belongings, why aren't you giving me your clothes?"

The people around gulped down a mouthful of saliva. Heavens! This is just too cruel and merciless! Not only Calter took the spatial ring, carriage and horses but he also wants to make the two go back in their Clan butt naked? This is just too much!

"Y-Young Master" even the captain guard wants to say something but it only took one glare from Calter to shut him up. He already offended the Shan Clan by siding with Calter, he can't afford to offend Calter too

"Do you need to push us too hard? You really are courting death!" If Shrall went back on his Clan with his birthday suit no doubt that he will become the Clan's laughingstock. Those who are more talented than him will bully him face to face but those who aren't as talented as him will gossip about him secretly and enjoying his misfortune

"It seems like the 'Young Master' Shrall doesn't agree with my demands. Captain arrest him now"

The captain can only look at Shrall with pity, who asked him to offend a cruel person like Calter? He was now reaping the consequences of his actions

"Young Master Shrall,I don't have any choice but to arrest you" The captain said respectfully in hopes that the Shan Clan will not make things too hard for him

"Y-You...!" Seeing that the captain would really arrest him if he doesn't give his clothes. Shrall gritted his teeth and started undressing himself. "Turn around, Kence" the innocent youth obeyed his master

Kence still hadn't seen him naked, how can Calter let him see other man's naked body? If Kence will see someone naked then it should only be Calter's body! Kence was prohibited from looking at other people!

The coachman/guard and Shrall took off their clothes amidst the many pair of eyes staring at them. Shrall threw his clothes on the ground angrily before leaving in a hurry. No normal person can take being stared at by a lot of people in the middle of the streets while naked

Calter sneered at Shrall before turning his head on the captain. "Captain, please take the carriage and horses back to my Clan. As for the idiot's clothes, you can sell or do anything you want with it"

Even just Shrall's clothes are expensive, if the captain sold it, he would make a small fortune. This can be considered Calter's payment to him for escorting the carriage and horses to the Sternix Clan

"Yes, Young Master" the captain replied before walking in the carriage

"[Dark Magic: Dark Sparks]" Calter shot small sparks of black flames on the Shan Clan's logo to burn it down. He doesn't want to see anything that will show off the Shan Clan's arrogance

'Shan Clan, wait for me to gain enough strength. I'll make sure you'll pay a lot of raising your descendants to be that arrogant' Calter thought to himself before throwing the matter at the back of his mind

Too bad that with the delay because of Shrall they need to speed things up. If not then they would only have a short time for each of their tasks. Calter can't enjoy Kence's hug for a long time

Arriving at the City Lord's Manor, the servants were already expecting them and took care of the horse for them. The two immediately arrived at the room, containing the stairs in the underground where Otto's Magic Tower was located

They wore the blue magic robes on top of the robes they were already wearing. Their strength was still too weak and without those robes, the temperature below was not something they can take

The two went underground and travelled in a few minutes in the ice and snow land before arriving at the City Lord's Magic Tower

As soon as they entered the tower, the City Lord sensed them and waited for them. Otto was already excited at seeing Kence, his new student that is a talented genius

The two knocked on the room and Otto asked them to come inside. When they entered the room, they saw the City Lord smiling at them

"Greetings, Teacher"

"Greetings, City lord"

The two bowed in respect while greeting the powerful mage. The City Lord nodded his head before looking at Calter

"I heard that a young master from the Shan Clan offended you" the City Lord stated but his true goal in saying it was to see Calter's plan for the Shan Clan. He won't say no if Calter exterminated the Shan Clan but it would be huge loss for the City. As much as possible, Otto doesn't want Calter to use the favor by asking him to exterminate powerful Nobility Clans

Calter know the underlying meaning why the City Lord opened the topic about it. "Don't worry, City Lord I won't exterminate them..."

'..... for now' Calter continued on his head. That one favor was too important while he was still weak. He doesn't want to waste it. Besides if he asks the City Lord to exterminate a powerful clan, their relationship would have some frictions. He doesn't want that to happen, at least not when he's still too weak

"I'll leave Kence here again City Lord. I hope you'll force him to eat today" Calter said and looked sternly at Kence who just pouted

"I'll eat today Big Brother"

Calter nodded his head "Good, I don't want to repeat what happened yesterday. City Lord, I'll go now. I'll come back for Kence in the evening"

"Don't worry, I'll take care of my disciple"

Calter bowed before walking away and opening to room's door. He was just in time when Caizha was about to open the door. As the two didn't expect that someone will open the door as the same time as them, they almost bumped into each other with their face being too close on one another

Caizha hold her breath as she was drawn in Calter's pitch black eyes. It was like a deep abyss that's seducing her to jump. Add that with the manly scent emanating on Calter's body, it made Caizha's heart to beat violently

Fortunately, Kence was already immersed on his study and ignored everything in the world. He was waiting for a long time when he can study again. At night he sneaked to study while his master was sleeping and it made his master angry. Although it was just a 'dream' but Kence was afraid that it would become a reality and decided that he will never study when he was at the clan. Of course, unless there's some special circumstances

Caizha's whole being was affected but Calter didn't feel anything at all. Aside from Kence, no one else can stir any romantic or erotic reaction from Calter. His eyes only looked at Kence and no one else

Calter step aside to let Caizha walk first. Normally, he would not become like a gentleman and just walk without caring anything but he needs to give the City Lord some face. Caizha was Otto's disciple and it was clear to see that their relationship was not just some normal teacher-student relationship

The young woman's cheeks turned a bit red and walked inside the room. She thought that Calter was a cold person but a gentleman inside. She doesn't know that Calter's action was just to give her master some face

Calter ignored Caizha and exited the room leaving the woman with complex emotions on her heart

"Caizha" The City Lord's voice entered her ears and she turned to looked at her master. "He is 'Kence's' master" although Otto said 'master' but his tone was saying something different

Caizha knew that 'master' meant 'lover' and the City Lord only used the word master because Kence was inside the room. "Master, I know" Caizha said but deep down inside her there was a desire to get close to Calter and knew more about the mysterious man

"Kence is your Junior Brother. I want you to help each other. Don't make anything that will make frictions in your relationship"

Caizha sighed heavily. The more time passed the more she became dissatisfied with Kence. Although it was not to the point where she was hostile to Kence.

After a long time of being with her master, this is the first time that she gained a junior brother. However, why does it need to be Kence?

She was supposed to be happily helping a junior brother but of all people that her master can take as a true disciple it was Kence! She already envied him for the man she is interested with was very close and caring to him. But now, her master also took him as a true disciple.
