Chapter-2

"A message, from whom"

It was from his elder sister. It was true as he usually would be asleep around this time but the thought of those dreams kept him up till now. Feeling like facing tens of thousands of enemies like its real every day was quite a terrible feeling. He couldn't control how the fate would change it was the same every time in the dream. It was not like he didn't want to change it but it was like when he was that person, his knowledge of him being Lucas Asquith would not be there like he would only have to the knowledge of him being that person and act everything the same as seen in the dreams which he would accept as when he woke up. The feeling of getting hurt so many times even though he didn't feel it physically, it was still quite a feeling to feel like mentally or spiritually. He could only remember partly of the dream and the rest were blurry but as he had these dreams more often, the blur seemed to be going away some parts he could remember even after he woke up.

He removed those thoughts and replied to his elder sister.

Olivia: |Can't sleep|

Olivia: |Well, you wouldn't be up at the balcony if you were asleep|

Lucas : |How do you know I am at the balcony?|

"Look to your right"

A voice was heard and he looked towards the right, to the balcony of his elder sister and there he saw her. She looked beautiful with her silver hair which reached to her waist and red eyes which were both inherited from her mother. With her hair blowing with the wind and her beautiful red eyes shining in the dark night, it looked like a picture which needed to be shot that Lucas accidently raised his phone and took a shot.

"Why did you do that"

"Umm, I didn't do it on purpose, you looked really beautiful under this dark sky so I just wanted to take a picture"

Olivia smiled at his reply, realizing it was just her brother being playful. Her ears turned red which went unnoticed by Lucas as they were hidden beneath her hair.

"Haha, just think of it as a faring gift as we will not see each other that often after I go to the academy"

"So, did mom lied that you would be visiting very often", Lucas inquired

"…..Yes"

Silence regained in the dark night as they breathed in the fresh air and looked at the cloudless night sky.

"Did the news make you sad" Olivia asked,

"A little"

"Humph"

"What"

"Nothing"

He thought it was because they were going to part ways for some time and he didn't react enough with emotions that she wasn't satisfied.

"Cheer up, its not like we won't be able to talk or see each other, we can do video calls if you like"

Lucas said as he waved his phone.

"You know, I should be the one saying that"

Silence regained and then a small laugh came from his elder sister and then he also started to laugh.

"Hahaha"

"Lucas, do you want to see a secret place"

"Uhh, sure" Lucas agreed.

Then atmosphere around Lucas started to feel breezy. He looked towards Olivia who was drawing a green symbols in the air and when she stopped a line started to form a circle and the symbols started to go into place as some became bigger and some smaller and went to their places inside the circle. He blinked and she had already arrived near him neatly with her night dress.

"Hold my hand"

She said as she held out her hand. He grabbed it. It wasn't like it was his first time doing it but her hands are soft, Lucas thought.

"We are going to jump down, don't scream ok"

"We don't want to wake up the others"

"Ok", Lucas replied to her.

They then jumped down. The wind fluttered as they neared the ground and then they suddenly slowed down as they were reaching the ground and then touched the ground with their feet and the magic seemed to disappear.

"Let's go", Olivia said

He followed her through the back woods from the palace. After going for a while, they went through some bushes which Lucas pushed through with his hand, he was surprised such a place. The place was a small hill which was separated with a small stream. It had a small round building like a breeze house. There were also small flower beds everywhere as the moonlight shined on it, it made the place look more beautiful. As they reached near the stream, Olivia stopped so Lucas stopped as well. Then cold air started to flow as she conjured an icy blue magic circle and the stream seemed to freeze just above the surface enough for them to walk on.

They went across the stream and arrived at the place and sat inside the breeze house. It had vines everywhere but it complemented it rather than making it look and it made it look aged.

"Maria wouldn't let go of me after she woke up in the afternoon" Olivia said.

Lucas chucked in response as he thought of it. She probably had to be coaxed for some time by her.

"When will you leave for the academy"

"Probably tomorrow early morning"

"So fast"

"Yeah, the academy is going to open soon and I would be late if I spent any more time"

"What do you think of this place"

"Did you like it"

"It's a very beautiful place"

"Well, its the place I come when I want to relax or do some training"

"You can also come to this place so this place wouldn't be lonely"

Silence came as they spent the time in the place.

'I wonder how many hearts she will break in the future'

Lucas thought as he looked at her face which the moonlight shined making a picturesque scene.
