Trick 4: Making No Smash a reality!

The creature appeared in a room with hundreds of gangsters who were all relaxing. They looked at the creature and paused before grabbing their guns as the creature roared angrily, soon bullets were flying around the room!

The people walking outside heard the gunshots and started running in fear as the army started rolling into the streets looking for the creature. Before they could do anything, the creature burst through a building and landed on top of an older man who seemed important, squashing him to meat paste in an instant.

The soldiers were stunned and shouted "General Ross!"

Ace was hiding in a tree somewhere else and sighed, "It's really not everyday you see someone squashed by a monster…" before rubbing his chin and adding "Although, this guy is too unlucky, right? Jeez…"

Suddenly, a portal opened up next to him and a bald headed woman walked out of it, looking at the scene in confusion.

Ace blinked and looked at the woman with wide eyes, asking "Are you part of the Eye too?!" The woman ignored him, muttering "The Hulk has come before Ironman? This isn't right…"

Ace was scratching his head and poked the bald woman's arm, saying "Um… Hello? Ms. Baldy? Who's Hulk and Ironman?" The woman turned to him and said "Ace Brand, a… Magician… Yes, well, how are you, Mr. Brand?"

Ace was stunned and said "You know me?!" Then he rubbed his chin and said "Well, I guess I am pretty famous. As the most amazing Magician in the world, I should have many fans, bald or not…"

He cleared his throat and smiled, "Yes, erm. Would you like an Autograph?" The woman gave him a classic mona lisa smile, replying "Not quite, Mr. Brand. To answer your question, no, I am not from the 'Eye'. Although, you are quite special along with your many… 'feats' of magic…"

Ace was just confused and asked in shock "You're… not a fan?!" The woman's lips twitched and she shook her head. Ace pouted and sat on the branch, sighing sadly. She looked at him and fanned herself, asking dubiously "Would you like to learn real magic, little fellow?"

Ace sighed, "I already know real magic…" as he flicked his wrist, a bouquet of roses appearing in his hand. The woman's eyes twitched and her hand tightened on her fan, "Not that sort of magic…"

He poked him with her fan, saying "Your body contains an inherent magic on its own, in my terms, I like to call this 'Reality Warping' although your capabilities seem to barely even touch the most basic level…" Ace wasn't interested, saying "So I have superpowers is what you're saying? I already know this."

The woman rolled her eyes, saying "You seem to think everything is as it seems, when in reality there are much more complicated factors in every minute detail of your life. You subconsciously exert your magical strength while performing your tricks and theatrics and yet you seem uninterested by the fact that you could be more than you ever were."

Ace rubbed his temples and said "What does that even mean! Ahh! If you learn more magic do you have to speak like that too?" The woman's lips twitched and she fanned herself, saying "Basically, you can help people with your innate talent. However, you seem to be uninterested."

Ace held his cheeks and said "I'm just a loser. How can I be a hero? Have you seen my apartment?" The woman stayed silent for a few moments before saying "Well, Mr. Brand. If you change your mind, and I'm sure you will, you can find me at 177A Bleecker Street. Don't forget." as she disappeared into a portal.

Ace looked at the burned address that was slowly reverting to normal in the bark of the tree and put the address in his phone just in case.

He turned back to the scene of the Monster and now there were two of them.

Ace shivered and looked at the monsters with a bit of fear in his eyes. Although, he could control himself in front of the Monster and what not… Thinking about it now, what a close shave! He really almost died just now!

He rubbed his arms and complained in his heart, the other bastards in the Eye surely don't have to go through this on a normal walk, right?!

He took out his phone and dialed a number, he watched as the giant green monster punched the fish monster flying as a woman ran around in the middle.

He was stunned and rushed out, holding his phone to his ear, shouting "Crazy woman! Get out of there!"

The woman in question was dazed as a building was dropping towards her!

Ace cursed and pulled out 6 cards, holding his phone in his mouth as he threw the cards into a circle around the woman and snapping his fingers. The cards exploded into smoke and Ace threw up a cloth next to him!

He hugged the cloth and ran off as the woman in question was revealed on his shoulder!

She was stunned, saying "What the!?" Ace said angrily "Crazy woman! Are you so depressed you have to rush into a Godzilla fight?! They have helplines, you know!" The woman retorted "No! You have to go back! Bruce needs my help!"

Ace shouted "Are you crazy?! I can assure you, Ma'am, this Bruce is meat sauce at the moment." the woman shouted crazily, "No! Bruce is the green one!" Ace froze and looked up as a green monster landed in front of him, snorting fiercely.

The woman was facing the back and didn't see it but Ace swallowed and patted the woman's leg, saying "Erm… Ma'am. Is this the Bruce in your mouth?" the woman turned around and said happily "Bruce!" as she climbed off and hugged the monster.

Ace pulled his collar and said to her, "You keep very… unique pets…" the woman said angrily, "He's not a pet! He's my boyfriend!" Ace felt his hairs stand on end as he slowly backed away, saying slowly "Oh… Right… Just like how wrecking balls fit into piggy banks… I believe you."

The woman froze and blushed angrily, explaining "No, that's not what I meant! This is Hulk. Bruce is the human that was infected with Gamma Rays, this is the Monster he turns into when he's angry." Ace swallowed and his mouth moved uncontrollably, "If he likes it rough, I guess you'll pop like a balloon?"

The woman shouted angrily "Can you stop?!" Ace said seriously, "Magic and Comedy go hand in hand, I'm sorry I am incapable of stopping." the woman rolled her eyes and turned to Hulk, smiling, "He saved me. He's a nice person."

Hulk looked at the woman and smiled childishly, saying "Hulk no smash." the woman nodded and patted his hand, replying "Yes. No smash."

Ace followed up, "No smash! No smash… Thank god for no smash…" suddenly Hulk roared and jumped away, saying "You protect Betty or smash!" Ace nodded fiercely, "No smash! No smash!" before grabbing Betty, saying "Ms Betty, please for the love of god, don't leave my side. I don't have a green giant fetish, okay?"

Betty glared at him and he pulled her along to watch from a distance, finally Ace heard, "Um, hello?" from his phone.

Ace flipped the phone and said "Dylan! You're not gonna believe what I just fucking saw!" Dylan was speechless and said "Dude… I'm in the middle of something here…" Ace waved his hand and said "Dude! There's 2 monsters fighting in New York like Godzilla and King Kong, and you're working?! Are you drunk!? I was almost smashed just now, you'd have to call me Meat paste Ace."

Dylan said in shock "WHAT?!" Ace shouted "Holy moly! He just threw a tank!"

Betty's eyes were twitching and Ace said, "I hope you and those little morons get into all sorts of wacky fiascos!" Dylan retorted angrily, "Don't you put that on me!" Ace said angrily "I'll put it on whoever I want! I hope you guys get minor inconveniences from small things that aren't an issue but scare you like I was scared today! Damn!"

Dylan seemed to be gritting his teeth and said "Damn you! I hope you see those Monsters again!" Ace gasped and shouted at the phone "Bastard! Don't let me find you! I'll beat you black and blue!" Dylan chuckled "Come on, who's afraid of you? Your little tricks, heh… Inconsequential."

Ace blew up and said "I'm gonna-oh shit!" before pushing Betty to the ground as the fish monster flew over their heads. Ace picked Betty up and ran off, saying "Betty, can you tell this guy that he really cursed me!"

Betty held the phone and cleared her throat saying "Um… Hello? Your curse really worked." Dylan was shocked and said "Oh! Ace's girlfriend? Which one is it?" Betty looked at Ace with disdain, saying "I'm not his girlfriend…"

Ace was stunned, what the hell is this conversation? He shouted at the phone, "What are you talking about, you creep?! This chick's girlfriend is the Green Monster!" Dylan fell silent and Betty retorted angrily, "I told you! They're different!"

Ace rolled his eyes and said "I bet you'll even say 'I can change him' next, yeah?" Betty swallowed her words and glared at him fiercely, saying into the phone, "Yeah well, you know. I heard this guy likes men so-"

Ace took the phone away, saying in shock "You're such a ruthless woman?! Who would like you!? I'll have you know, there's a super cutie in my apartment building! And! We even kissed! Three times!"

Betty slowly clapped, replying flatly, "Oh. Wow… Three times…" Dylan's voice was herald as well, "That's like… 1 more than two times!"

Ace choked and said fiercely, "Anyway! I forgot why I called you, distracted by monsters and all!" Betty suddenly asked "Ah! I forgot to ask. Are you Magic?" Ace grinned, "Of course! I'm a Magician!"

Betty was confused and asked "But you teleported me away?" Ace and Dylan fell silent before Dylan was heard clapping, "Wow, your illusion skills have improved! It even looked like Teleportation, maybe you'll get a show in Vegas."

Ace nodded and said in tune, "Yes, sweetheart, that trick was performed with a quick illusion in the smoke that came from the cards. You didn't actually teleport, it was your illusion. Actually I ran over and picked you up before running away. I'm just really fast, I was in track at my highschool."

Betty pouted and said "Oh… I thought magic was real…" Dylan and Ace both went 'pshhhh!' "How could that be? Just tricks and schemes, don't think too much…" Betty sighed and fell silent.

Ace wiped the sweat on his forehead, putting Betty down a safe distance, rubbing his back as he said "Damn, why are you so heavy??" She glared at him and he continued "Must be your explosive figure, yeah?"

Betty calmed down and snorted gently as Ace turned to the side, saying "Dylan. I just remembered!" Dylan cut him off saying "Hold on." before hanging up.
