Chapter 40: Meeting Yamato.......

Please don't worry about his rest of the crewmembers, because it's not the last time. He will visit Wano once again with his whole crew in the future.

Hours later outside of the Flower Capital. . .

" So, can you please tell me again where are you leading me Komurasaki? " Luffy asked her while following behind her.

" I'm showing you the quickest way to Onigashima, though I cannot leave the Flower Capital I can still point you in the right direction. " Komurasaki responded with her signature smile.

Luffy grinned, " Hmmm, with your help Komurasaki i will be able to be in-and-out of this country much faster, Thanks a lot! " Luffy told her sincerely, as a slight blush appeared on her cheeks because of his words.

They had stopped at the beginning of a new road which by looking at, it lead to another shore that appeared to be a couple of kilometres away. Far off in the distance however was an island that contrasted the beauty of Wano no kuni.

By a little inspection by the duo he was able to put it together in his mind that it was Onigashima, the scare of Wano country where the Yonko Kaido resided.

" Well, this is where our journey together ends, though it was very short it was nice to meet you. Now if you follow this path you should come to the shore where you can board one of Kaido's boats and sneak your ways onto the island. " she explained while looking at the handsome man following behind her.

Luffy walked up to her side and caught her attention to him. He smiled as he looked at her which she had returned, " Everything you've done for me has been greatly appreciated Komurasaki. It was very honourable of you to do all of this for me and I can assure that we will meet again in the future. Thank you very much." After he had finished talking he then turned away to start his journey, only to be stopped by Komurasaki.

Without a warning she got onto her tippy toes and landed a kiss on his forehead. "Good luck on your quest, Luffy-kun. " She told him with a slight blush as Luffy was surprised by her sudden kiss. Then he laughed a little and conjured a space crystal and gave it to her. The crystal was the same colour as her hair.

" This is a space crystal, one of my magical powers. Wear it as a pendant and if you ever need my help then just crush it. I will immediately appear before you. " Luffy explained her patiently and added, " You don't have to worry though, no matter what type of trouble, you can rest assured i can definitely help you. " After finishing his speech he started walking away.

Komurasaki could only look on at the crystal in her hand and smile at the mysterious man who made her feel safe around him. As his silhouette completely faded in the horizon, she also turned back and headed towards her mansion.

After Luffy bed his farewell, he was thinking about all the possible way to infiltrate the mansion. He knew it would be a easy task to convince Yamato for joining his crew, so he was not worried about that.

Instead he was worried about encountering Kaido, although he could fight him for now he had no such intension. But if push comes to shove then he won't care anymore and would fight him without backing down.

So Luffy first warped himself in a ' Void Cloak ' to prevent anyone sensing his presence and started traveling through the ground.

Soon Luffy found out a sake carriage, so he immediately followed it.

After entering the castle, Luffy extended his haki and to his surprise he didn't found any horribly strong presence except one. Luffy stopped paying attention to him and started searching the whole castle.

Finally after searching the whole castle, he found the person he was searching for.

Currently Yamato was reading a thick but old book while laying on her back. Yamato's current outfit was a sleeveless white garment with a diamond-shaped design on both sides and an indigo, wisp-patterned bottom half. Luffy immediately recognised this book as the journal left by Oden.

He immediately started performing his act he had been prepared beforehand.

After confirming there was no one around the room except him and Yamato, he undone his ' Void Cloak '.

She instantly sensed him but upon seeing his face, she felt both surprised and confused. She knew this face very well, the Captain of the Devil Dragon Pirates Monkey D. Luffy.

Luffy immediately rushed at her and grabbed her by her neck to immobilize her and said, " Don't shout and tell me the location of the treasure room. Don't try to alert anyone if you do, the consequences will be fatal. " But the funny thing was Yamato immediately nodded and told him the location without batting an eyelid.

Luffy nodded and started walking away but she stopped him, " Might I ask what it is that you want from Kaido-sama's treasure room? "

she asked immediately.

" What does it look like. I have come here to get a copy of the Road Ponoglyph." Luffy simply explained to her.

" I need your help Monkey D. Luffy. I know that you may see me as one of Kaido-sama's goons but trust me I'm not such thing! In reality I plan to bring down the monster that is Kaido and help save all of Wano no kuni from his and Orochi's rule! " Yamato spoke with determination.

Luffy raised an eyebrow, " Heh, who might you be? " Yamato hesitated for a moment but still told the truth, " I am Yamato, Kaido's son but i hate him for what he have done with Oden, my idol. So i don't care about him whether he lives or dies. " she said with a hateful look in her eyes.

" Do you really expect me to believe those lies! You just told me that you are a boy, but in truth you are just a girl and secondly you have been addressing him as Kaido-sama. Now tell me how the hell will i believe you? " said Luffy while holding his hand up to his chin.

Yamato sighed, " Yes, you are right about that, i am a girl. But i don't want to be a girl, so i have introduced myself as a boy and about the honorifics...well that's just a usual habit of mine. " she replied calmly.

Luffy asked surprised, " Why do you even want to be a boy instead of a girl? " she replied hurriedly, " Because i will fulfill Oden's dream and open Wano's border for the rest of the world. "
