Xyrus academy)- A few hours after the fight.

"You sure know how to surprise people" Said Tess who was sitting beside Madara.

Currently the two of them were taking a break from a little train they had inside the training room.

"Mm, I just want to try something new but the results were more than I imagined. So how is your assimilation going?".

"I'm getting closer to fully assimilate with it. Things are going pretty good".

"I see. Then I must go, I gotta do some patrol tonight" Said Madara as leaned towards Tess and kissed her forehead.

"See you tomorrow" Said Madara as he walked out of the training room.

"Mm, I don't sense anyone around here" Said Madara who was walking on the side of the wall of the school building.

Currently, He was on his patrol post walking on the walls while looking around for any of those brainwashed brats.

Suddenly the knife on his shoulder started shining in yellow color.

"Kill them all…let's go Kurama" Said Madara as Kurama jumped on his head while he started running on the wall.

I stood on top of the building looking down where Arthur, Curtis and Doradrea were asking Theo what happened to him.

~I'm sense some high negative emotions on that direction~ Said Kurama who was beside me.

"Just absorb them"

I slowly walked down on the wall towards the latter.

"Why did you call me?" My voice caused all of them to jump, they weren't expecting to hear me or see me standing on the walls.

"How do you do that?" Both of them said at the same time, the only one who tried to maintained his cool was Arthur who was looking at me with questionable eyes.

"Why did you call me?" I asked Theo again while getting off the wall.

"Theo here was ambushed" Said Curtis.

"And did you find who attacked you?".

"No I didn't".

"mm, then I'll return to my post and see if I can find anything" I said as I started walking away followed by Kurama.

After walking for few minutes. I took a left turn and heads towards the direction of my post

"Sigh…Since you're so eager to know me then so be it"

I disappeared and reappeared on the rooftop of the building that was beside me. The first thing I did was grabbed the neck of the person I found on the rooftop.

"I wanted to prolong our talk but it seems like you're too impatient…Kai"

"I'm spying on you because I want to know if you will cause us trouble on the day we attacked the school. And if you were a trouble then I was going to kill you. As for Lord Draveen, He doesn't have a permanent base for now but he can be found in one of the Ravenpor Mansion" Said Kai in a monotone voice.

I didn't ask him his main mission because I was sure he die by the curse inside of him.

'This guy…should I let him live or just kill him? But he said he was going to kill me so I'm just getting rid of a bed bug that was going to suck my blood in my sleep '

"Kill yourself"

My order was absolute. His will was weak so there's was no way for him to break my control.

Kai raised his left hand placed it on his chest right where his mana core is supposed to be. It only took a second for his metal strings to cover his hand and without hesitation he thrust it on his chest.

His whole hand sunk deep inside his chest until it made it's way to the other side.

*Sound of body dropping *

Looking at Kai's body with his own hand inside his chest. Madara used a jutsu to disappeared from the scene.

After the death of Kai. News spread all over the school in just a short time.

"They found him on the rooftop of the building"

"They said there was a fist sized hole in his chest!"

"It's only been three days since Marcos died and now we have another death"

"I'm starting to get scared"

"Me too. What if the killer come after us?"

Students all over the academy were talking about Kai's death which was more brutal than Marco's.

'Who could it be? Does that mean I was wrong yesterday? It wasn't Kai but someone else who attacked Theo?' Arthur was in deep thoughts. His mind was trying it's best to process about the death of Kai.

While he was still thinking. He saw someone with the same uniform as him walking on the other side of the hall but it seems his destination was the same as him.

'it's Madara. I wonder if he know anything since his patrol area was close to Kai's' Thought Arthur while looking at Madara opening the DC office door.

Opening the door, Madara walking to the meeting room where the rest of the DC members were.

The atmosphere inside the room was quiet. No one said anything even though they saw Madara walked in. It only took a few seconds for Arthur to walked in as well. He also noticed the quiet atmosphere so he quietly walked towards his seat and sat down.

Kathylin, Curtis, Theo, Droadea, Fey, Claire and Arthur were all quiet. It was like they were muted. On Madara's side, he was looking at Kurama who was sitting on his lap.

He was sensing the chakra inside Kurama was being collected at one single point.

~oh I'm trying to form the core that the people around you have been talking about and it seems like I'm almost there ~

Obeying his master's words Kurama's chakra returned to normal.

The conversation between Madara and Kurama was cut short by the sound of someone hitting the table with his fist.

"Why and who? Someone is just walking inside our school and kill students. First Marcos and now Kai" Said Theo with visible tears on his face.

It wasn't just him with visible tears, Some of the other DC members were also tearing up. They just lost a member, a friend. Sad expression covered their faces except Madara.

'what Idiots, you're lucky he was planning to kill me so I killed him first otherwise I would have just let him fucked you up' Thought Madara who was resting his chin .

"What really happened to him?" Asked Arthur.

"No one saw or witness his death. His body was found on the rooftop not far from his patrol area. They found a hole on his chest and It was made by his own metal strings fist" The words of the sad Claire made everyone shocked except for Madara.

"But that doesn't make sense!"

"Yeah how can Kai killed himself?"

Curtis and Fey added their thoughts on the matter. They were right in every way but they still didn't know.

"What if someone controlled him to do that on himself?"

Everyone looked at Madara who said that. This was the first time he added something to their meeting and it was a direct hit to the point.

"Even if it's true, we don't know that"

"Your area was close to Kai's. Didn't you saw anything or noticed someone?" Asked Kathylin while looking at Madara.

"No I didn't"

Kathylin looked at Madara and decided to say something that she always wanted to ask.

"Even though Kai died you haven't shown any emotions. He was a fellow member and a friend but you didn't show any sad or worried expression to his death, why?"

"Emotions are memories. And my memories of him are nothing to make me have any emotions for him…that's why I don't need to force myself on putting a sad face" Answered Madara.

"But he was a friend" Said Kathylin.

"He was just a fellow member and not a friend. I never said we were"

"That was a little harsh" Added Arthur who was facing Madara.

"ENOUGH!!! This is not the time to talk about those things" Yelled Claire while looking at everyone. She was angry and sad at the same time but she was doing her best to calm down.

"We don't need arguing, we need answers"

Inside a single room, a boy could be seen moving back and forth while holding his chin. But suddenly he stopped and walked towards his tablet and pulled out a transmission scroll.

The moment he opened the scroll, a face of a hooded figure appeared.

"Why are you calling me now Charles?" Said the hooded figure.

"Bad news Lord Draveen. It's Kai…he's dead"

"What!! How? That impossible. What happened?"

"Not much is known but from what I heard is that his body was found on the rooftop, his fist was right inside his chest. It was like he killed himself"

"He was a clever guy and a caution one. Just who killed him?? Can you come to the mansion?"

"I don't think I would be able to that. The whole school is under lockdown, Maybe next week"

"Then listen to what I'm going to say because starting now I'm going to change our plans".

"Yes"
