Contract Achieved.

Once Azazel and Alexander had agreed to work together had been reached, they still needed to find ways for both to benefit. At the moment, Alexander held his unique racial traits, a unique energy source, and new inventions.

Azazel on the other hand held the knowledge that came with millennials of being alive. His research on Sacred Gears, his organization, and the strength that the current Alexander lacked. Alexander was strong, but with only three tails and less than a year of training, he would lose in a direct fight.

He had more potential than Azazel, but the potential was future strength he did not have. But why fight when you did not have to?

"So, Azazel, let's begin writing the contract."

Ingrid pulled out a chair for Azazel and set it across from Alexander. The leader of Grigori sat down and pulled himself forward.

"Yes, I came prepared for such a thing."

He reached into the air, pulled out a parchment, and set it on the table.

"This is a magic parchment. We both place our hands on it and use our magic to put our intent. It will bind both of us to what we agree. Including the punishment for breaking the contract."

Alexander looked at the parchment which glowed in his unique sight with magic. Both spoke at the same time as if in agreement.

"Let's begin."

Both men placed their hands on one end and sent their unique magic signature into it. Alexander's was a mix of Dark Purple and Red, while Azazel's was a light green mixed with holy energy.

Once their magic flowed through the paper, Alexander sent his will into it and spoke first.

"I want you to share your Sacred Gear research with me."

Azazel agreed.

"This I can do, but in exchange I want you to research your unique armor and sword."

As a researcher, Azazel wanted to study something he had never encountered. Meanwhile, Alexander as an inventor wanted to create his own Sacred Gears. This was something of equal value that both needed and wanted. However, Alexander could not allow this for free.

"I can agree to this, but there must be a punishment if we sell each other out."

Azazel smiled as Alexander was not a fool.

"I agree, my research too centuries to amass, and I would not like it to be shared out."

Alexander spoke in turn.

"While I would not like my armor or sword's powers to be leaked. If we share out each other's knowledge, may the other lose their magic."

Azazel and Alexander looked each other in the eye as they agreed. This agreement was written in their magic on the contract, but they were only beginning. This time Azazel spoke.

"I have never heard of a 9-tailed Wolf before, I would like to study you. Does everyone know 9 tailed Foxes hold a connection to the magic? Do wolves have the same connection?"

This was much more serious than before, but Alexander had something he wanted in equal value. He looked at Ragnarok who looked into his eyes and nodded.

"I can't agree with myself, but you may research by a friend, Ragnarok. He is also a 9 tailed wolf like myself, but there are conditions. You may not cause him pain, harvest any of his materials or use the knowledge you find against us.

In return, I want you Azazel to, in turn, allow me to research the man behind you. The big one. I want to know more about Fallen Angels for my own research in turn."

Azazel paused as Baraqiel was his friend. He had just had a daughter a few months ago. To Alexander, Ragnarok had a value higher than Baraqiel, but the same went to Azazel who cared more for Baraqiel.

However, the one to speak up was Baraqiel.

"I accept the trade. I will allow you to research me, but I want something in exchange for myself."

He walked forward and placed his hand in the middle of Azazel's and Alexander's hands. His magic flowed through the paper connecting with Alexander's and Azazel's wills.

"In exchange, I want you use your power and knowledge to keep my family safe."

Azazel and Shemhazai looked at Baraqiel without speaking. Alexander broke the silence with a question.

"How many are included in your 'family'? You could mean all of Grigori, you could mean, a hundred. I need details before I agree to something like this."

"Just two. My wife and daughter. She is younger than the child in your arms."

Alexander paused and nodded.

"I agree. However, you must move them here to Tokyo. I plan to take over this whole city in time so I can easily protect them here. Do you agree?"

Baraqiel knew his wife loved the quite country, but it was better for her to be safe.

"Yes."

Azazel nodded as he was part of this as well.

"I also agree."

The magic and will of the three men fused into more writing. Azazel would get to research Ragnarok, but Alexander would analyze Baraqiel. However, Alexander would also have to use his expertise to protect the wife and daughter of Baraqiel.

He agreed as Shina needed a friend and he felt it was a means to atone for losing Miki and Gorou. Once this was done, Baraqiel pulled his mana and hand out and walked back. Now, it was once again just Alexander's and Azazel's wills.

Two agreements were already come to, but they were far from done. This time Alexander spoke.

"I want Grigori to support my company Canis Tech is expanding. Cleria is a big help, but she is just one Noble Devil. Grigori is a whole faction, and the support will be leagues higher."

Azazel thought of a way to benefit and he already found one.

"This is more reasonable. I want to be a partner of Canis Tech. Like humans who buy different stocks of a company. I will help with your inventions and even give my own ideas. In exchange, I want to have access to them first."

Alexander nodded.

"Yes, this can be done, as punishment for breaking this clause, the breaker will have to compensate the other monetarily."

This one was a business agreement so, the punishment did not have to be as extreme. Monetary compensation would be enough, but it would be in the millions or billions depending on what would be leaked or stolen. Plus, it would not just be in the money. Precious magical gems and metals would be included.

In the end, Azazel agreed to this clause.

"Agreed."

A third clause appeared on the parchment and onto the fourth one. This time it was Azazel's turn.

"I want access to your unique purple energy. I want to study it, I want to use it. I want to know how it works."

This one was more serious as Dark Energon was unique to him. Only he could produce it, only he knew what it did, how it worked. Giving that away would be foolish if what he got in exchange was not as valuable.

"Azazel, this is more serious. My energy only comes from me, you must offer something of equal value to it for me to consider this."

Shemhazai squinted his own eyes.

'It's a test. If Alexander feels what Azazel offers is less, he will never agree.'

Azazel did not speak for several moments until he offered something that even Alexander did not expect. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a purple orb.

"This contains the Dragon King Fafnir. In exchange for allowing me to research your unique power, I teach you how to do this."

Alexander looked at the orb that contained the Dragon.

"I will only share my power, once you give me an actual dragon. I have no need for something that I can't touch now. Meanwhile, you would be able to have access to my Dark Energon before I get my dragon."

Azazel sighed as they did not agree. This time he felt regret, but it would have to wait for the future. He wasted his turn. Now, Alexander spoke.

"This one will be easier to make up for the turn you wasted."

He looked at Shina who was asleep in his arms.

"Teach my daughter how to use her Longinus. In return, you can do your research on it if I can see you do it."

Azazel nodded as this was more than worth it.

"This I agree. Any punishment you want for this being broke or abused?"

Alexander nodded.

"Death."

It was simple and to the point, but Azazel nodded. He had no intention to harm Shina. Far from it, he wanted to help her grow.

"I accept."

Now, it was Azazeel's turn. Probably the last big agreement they needed as the rest would be smaller agreements. Azazel pondered on this until something popped into his mind.

"If Canis Tech has my support and I am becoming a partner, I want the reverse. I want you to be a partner to Grigori. I want you to help me with my own experiments. If I am helping in yours, you should help with mine."

Alexander nodded as it was fair.

"You pick the punishment."

Azazel went back to the one they had already chosen.

"Monetary compensation."

"I accept."

The words appeared on the parchment showing they had come to an agreement. Once this was done, Alexander handed Shina to Ingrid and had her leave with her. He and Azazel would take more time to finish with the smaller more binding agreements.

This went on for the rest of the day and once they were done, the parchment was full of many agreements, punishments, and counter loopholes. Once they had finished, they pulled their hands, will, and magic out of the contract.

The contract floated in the air before breaking apart into magic. The magic flowed toward Alexander and Azazel quickly binding them to their agreements. This was not painful, but in the back of their minds, they knew they were bound.

Until they wrote a new contract breaking their contracts which might take some time. They still were in the beginning stages of their partnership. They needed more trust before they would break their agreements. If that ever happened.

Alexander and Azazel stood up and shook hands. Alexander spoke first.

"Now that we have an agreement, I say we celebrate our new partnership. Any place you know of where we can drink?"

Azazel flashed a grin as he knew just the place.

"Why yes, I know just the place for us."

Baraqiel immediately backed away as he knew what Azazel meant.

"I shall return to my family."

Shemhazai nodded.

"I will return to my wife."

Both teleported away as they did not want to join what Azazel had in mind. Their wives would kill them. Meanwhile, Alexander and Azazel were free of such bindings as wives. Alexander did not know what Azazel meant, but he could feel his intent from his smell.

It was going to be something men of their standing would surely enjoy.

"Ever went to a Strip Club with just Fallen Angels?"

Alexander grinned as he thought of the idea.

"No, but you got my interest. Ragnarok, you are free to do as you please."

The wolf got up and teleported away. He did not have any interest in what Alexander was about to do. Azazel first explained what he meant.

"Fallen Angels are creatures of sin. Not all of them are strong, and quite a few female ones do not care about power. As such, I opened such an establishment for the ones who were willing to work in such a way.

So, want to go?"

Alexander patted Azazel's shoulder and smiled.

"Let's go."

Azazel teleported them both to the Underworld where he had opened the secret Strip Club. Quite a few magical beings frequented the place as a place to have fun and mingle.
