The right

Satay was happy as he'd ever been, since coming to this school.

After getting advice from Prof. Hanson each student came into their own unique magic.

One youth held a sphere of swirling water in the palm of their hands.

Another student was controlling lava, careful to make sure it never touched the ground or his body.

A girl grew flowers on her head, like a veil.

Roach was coveted in coal.

That display aside Stay was envious of the skills displayed around him.

"Good job everyone, we'll wrap it up for today." Hanson said, cheerfully.

Each student let out a groan of disappointment. Andy whisked away his strings and reluctantly stood from his seat. The rest of the students did the same and made their way towards the door.

Before Satay could move Prof. Hanson appeared at his front.

"Satay." he said. Satay looked at his teacher, waiting for him to speak. Only to be met with awkward silence.

Hanson let down his head and began viciously shaking.

Satay and Andy were put off, their response was cut short however at the next development.

"I'm so sorry Satay, next time it'll be better, I"ll have something for you I swear." Poor Hanson said, his face full of despair. Guilt washed over him like a tide, as his laidback smile was now a scowl full of shame.

"No sir really, it's fine." Satay said frantically. He enjoyed himself throughout the whole class, it's not Hanson's fault he could not participate. what could be done? Satay couldn't use magic.

While Andy and Satay tried to console the teacher. Roach sat with his coal. He looked to the left and right carefully, as his back was to the students.

His coal crumpled and the stones were replaced with shards of diamonds.

Roach let them drop in his coat pockets and craftily made his way out of the room.

After calming down Hason, Andy and Satay went their separate ways to continue their day.

All the while Mitchell Roach built his vengeful thoughts towards the two.

"I won't be denied!" Roach declared, his diamonds tossing in his pockets. He titled his glasses and pressed his gaze down the hall. Two girls were coming his way. Roach smiled crookedly and walked ahead.

As the two girls conversed, they didn't notice him right away.

Hey, wasn't there a small guy here?

I don't see anyone.

The girls shrugged it off and continued on their way. unbeknownst to them, Roach was near. He kept pace with them, without letting his footsteps get loud.

He eyed their legs and inched closer right at the hem of their skirts.

Before he could move closer, a surge of electricity jolted into him and broke his invisibility. He collapsed a few feet away from the girls, dropping half his diamonds from his pocket.

What the!?

The taller of the two girls walked to Roach seeing him smoking and then saw his diamonds.

Are those real!?

"No way!" her friend screamed as she looked at the stones.

Her eyes shined like diamonds themselves, as she looked at them with greed. Then she noticed the incapacitated Roach.

"Are you okay?" the shorter girl said, as she loomed over him.

"Blegh!" was all Roach could get out.

"I think we should help him, Ann." the girl said to her friend.

"I totally agree." Ann said as she never took her eyes off the diamonds.

"Hey buddy are you okay!?" a voice called from behind.

Roach crooked his neck up to see Andy running down the hall to the three.

"What happened!?" he asked, in an almost concerned tone. While his back was to the girls, he smirked at Roach.

"(IT WAS YOU!)" Roach screamed inside his head, dumbfounded at what was about to unfold.

"Please, do you seniors have healing magic!?" Andy asked. The girls were convinced his facade was real.

"I mean I have some decent healing magic and Ann does too." the girl said shakily, while Ann tried to focus away from the diamonds.

"Please help him!" Andy said, grabbing the other girl's hand in fake desperation.

"Uh, sure, no worries." she said, caught off guard.

"Of course my friend would never have you do it for free, name your price!" Andy said, making Roach cringe.

The nice girl was about to deny him, but her friend levied her hand over her mouth, like tape.

"I mean if he really wants to reward us." Ann said with a hint of drool.

"Of course!" Andy said with a bow, hiding his evil smirk.

Ann's eyes loomed over to the diamonds, never letting her friend get a word in.

"(NOOOO! THAT'S HALF MY HAUL!)" Roach screamed inwardly, panicking at his predicament.

"I have to get to class. I'll leave him in your care." Andy said as a string removed itself from Roach. With a laugh, he exited the hall and made his way towards the classroom.

3 hours later, Roach was dragging his feet from the gym footsteps down in despair, his pockets much lighter.

"How does this keep happening!?" he wondered.

In one sequence after another Mitchell Roach was foiled at whatever antic he was doing at the time. After which something added insult to injury.

After those senior girls healed him, they made off with the diamonds he dropped. Replacing them would be no trouble, but the gall of those two taking Andy at his word, as they were his own.

Roach bore his teeth to the floor, he was so mad.

What was worse is after they were done, his next Teacher Ella Tarragon reprimanded him severely, for being late. He and Andy shared that class and didn't miss him snickering from his predicament.

Like Andy, he was assaulted with the bulk of the questions and criteria like on his first day.

"If I wasn't a smart guy I would've had it way worse." Roach said inwardly biting his cheek in frustration.

After that class, he barely had the strength to think.

When lunch came it was time to exact revenge. He was going to frame up Andy by making it look like he was trying to grope a female student's skirt.

But before he could even try, Satay launched him over, to the princes' table.

"What is this!?" he said.

"Wait, your highness, that's the guy who held up the gym yesterday." his lackey said.

"You!? Thanks to you we barely got to use it yesterday!" Matty said, angrily pointing his fork at Roach, an inch from his eye.

He had to beg and grovel for then until lunch was over. "I considered offering the diamonds, but he's royalty who's already loaded." Roach said grimly.

Lastly, the time for Lee's gym, was when he'd try to hang back and adjust to the flow of traffic to get a good "view". But of course, he couldn't use his invisibility or Lee would track him down, thankfully he was short and it wouldn't be a problem.

"Is what I would LIKE to SAY!" Roach yelled.

Andy was having none of it and forced him along by attaching a string to him and jolting him for every time he tried to rubberneck.

Mr.Lee thought he was putting in more effort and simply cheered him as he ran ahead of everyone else.

Mana or no mana it sucked to run like that. It was the hardest he'd ever run in years.

This brings us to now, Roach was exhausted and full of searing of vengeance.

"I'll get those two!" Roach thought as he ground his teeth. Andy was still inside waiting for Lee to set the rings back, all he had to do was wait for Satay to appear. So he activated his invisibility and waited by the door.

He watched and waited not even paying attention to pretty girls, and soon enough Satay came down the hall with a pep in his step, and barely glanced at where Roach was standing.

"(Does he still not get it?)" Satay said walking into the gym.

"There you are, I don't care if you did beat the prince, you're ass is mine! Time bring out my secret weapon!" Roach declared reaching into his pockets.

"Hey Andy, guess who's outside." Satay said with a frown.

"Is it Matty again?" Andy asked, clenching his teeth.

The sound of the structures being arranged echoed in the room before Satay could answer. They both looked to see the running track, was returned to the rings, and Mr.Lee dusting his hands off.

"Alright boys they're ready, have it out to your heart's content." Lee said. Walking past the pair.

Before they could do anything two small objects were thrown past their heads and erupted in a poof of smoke.

"What the hell!?" Andy said.

From the smoke appeared a pair of giant roaches.

"What do we have here?" Lee asked, looking back and forth between the creatures.

Satay heard footsteps and looked below to see a shadow run past him. The shadow hopped to one of the rings, and shimmering in was Roach.

"The name's Mit Roach! You both have crossed me one time too many!" Roach yelled. The two oversized roaches barred the path to the exit.

"Oh, it's you." Andy said flatly.

"What is he doing?" Satay asked.

"Oh, a 2-on-1 challenge! Something's lit a fire under you today Mr.Roach!" Lee said ignorant to the circumstances that led to this.

"What do you boys say?" he asked, his arms muscles pulsing for their response.

"Let's shut him down." Andy said, extending strings from his fingertips surging lightning.

"Yeah, before he fills the room with bugs." Satay said, worried someone would scream seeing those conjures.

"WE'RE IN!" they both said, making Lee flex in excitement.

"Alright get in there!" Lee said, as even his mustache was twinging in response.
