That Forbidden Skill Has a Name

Dana didn't need to command her twice as Louisanna was already in beside her mother in one swift. It was so fast to the point that Dana couldn't follow her movement using her eyes.

She moved faster than the wind, making Dana's lips parted while staring at Louisanna who had her brows furrowed when she noticed that her mother was making a weird reaction.

Sprint.

Louisanna knew that the movement she did earlier was sprint. She knew she wanted to ran so she could sit beside her mother as fast as possible, but what she didn't expect was for her body to feel like it was almost in sync with the wind as she can move her body lightly.

There are some weird things that happens whenever she was in this dream, but even what happens in the reality was weird as well, especially when she encountered with Domhall who introduced himself as the demon king.

What else should be afraid of? Especially if this place was under her territory and only she was able to control it?

"Did I scare you, mom?" Louisanna asked, worried, which made Dana snapped out from her thoughts.

She slightly flinched because of shock, but she was able to maintain her composure a little later.

"No. Not at all."

Dana shook her head as her gaze traveled on the mansion in front of them. Never in her wildest dreams she did expect her daughter to take their unrealistic dream so seriously.

Like, who would like a house made of different orbs?

Aside that it was so luxurious, it was so eye-catchy, and it was something she wouldn't like in the first place. Dana did her best not to gain attention from anyone.

But it was impossible as the higher ups always laid their eyes on her. It was for a reason, after all.

"Lean here," Dana said before she tapped her shoulder. "I know you always love doing this, right?"

"You have such a sharp memory, mom..." Louisanna whispered happily yet a sad smile showed onto her face.

'Even though you only exist in my dream.'

She replaced her sadness with a grin as she moved closer to her mother. She felt warmth as soon as her head started to lean on her shoulder.

Dana's hand quickly moved to her daughter's forehead as she massaged it a little bit. She could feel the immense amount of energy coming from her soul.

"How are you?" Dana asked her in a worried tone.

"I'm fine. I'm more than fine," Louisanna answered in a low tone as another tear fell from her eyes. "It's been a while since I did this. It still feels surreal being with you like this," she even added as she moved closer even though they were already close.

She was pertaining to her lucid dream.

"Because it is, my child," Dana told her as her one hand travaled onto hers. Dana caressed the back of her palm like she was trying to console her.

"What?" Louisanna's eyes widened as she realized what her mother was talking about.

'She was someone I only summoned in this dream, but how could she be able to speak so freely, and on top of that, revealing some sort of secret I didn't expect?' Louisanna asked herself as she didn't break her eye contact with her mother.

As much as she wanted to tell herself that everything was a lie, she could see it in her eyes that what she's saying was true.

"Does it mean that you're really healed and you're just pretending?" Louisanna couldn't hide the anger from her voice when she asked that.

"No— No. You're only talking to my soul," Dana explained as she pointed onto her body. It wasn't hers, anyway. "My body was in the hospital. It was paralyzed like you've always seen."

"Are you dead, mom?!" Luna stood up in shock as she pointed at Dana using her index finger.

"I'm alive! Can you even talk to me if I'm already dead?" Dana answered back. Annoyance was evident on her voice as she watched Louisanna held on her head using both of her hands and slightly pushed the strands of her hair.

"Mom! I can't understand anything!"

Louisanna couldn't get more crazier as she thought about those things.

Dana understood her daughter's reaction as she would also faint knowing this kind of information, especially Luna hasn't have any glimpse of memories from her previous lifetimes.

Unlike Domhall who may not also have his memories back as well, but he has enough power to protect himself. It's not a long time since he was throned on his real ranking— The demon king.

While the only thing that's protecting Louisanna was Dana, Gianna, and her unconscious alter ego. Without that, she would die from the hands of the people who's interested with her mere existence.

It doesn't mean that she's not powerful. It's just that she's not yet aware of it.

"Then, listen to me," Dana commanded and in one snap, Louisanna was sitting beside her again.

"We don't have much time. This should be the last time you should enter this place," she warned her in an intimidating tone.

'It will be dangerous from now on,' Dana wanted to add but she don't want her child to freak out.

Louisanna may think that her mother beside her was a product of her so-called imaginary power, but little did she know, it was her real mother she was talking to. That's why Louisanna always felt the kind of warmth like everything was real.

It's because everything is real.

Even one of the portals she mistakenly think as a part of her lucid dreaming was a real one. Lucid dreaming was only applicable to travelers— humans who were given a special gift who had obtained a great amount of good karma in their past lives.

And like some of Louisanna's classmates, travelers were only able to use that skill occassionally. Louisanna's skill was a different case— as it wasn't lucid dreaming in the first place.

Scene manipulation.

It was a power where Louisanna controls over the place. Her territory, her rules, her power, and as long as the other races are within the scene she can created, no one would be able to defeat her.

"Discharge me from the hospital after this dream," Dana told her as she place both of her hands on Louisanna's shoulders. "I wasn't sick. That's the only thing I can say for now, but I need you to trust me."

Dana wasn't sick, that's why doctors were unable to diagnose her.

Like what the demons did to Achyls, the Angels casted her a spell that would make her unable to use her powers. She was just an ordinary angel. There was nothing special about her. She's not even as powerful as the high-leveled angels who were assigned to protect the throne where the king resides.

Except for one thing.

Even though she was comatosed in a hospital, her mind was still conscious.

'I can feel it. Luna's opening a portal,' Dana thought as she felt a strange power near her. It was the time where her daughter was creating her replica so she could spend time with her, even if it was only on her dreams.

She prepared herself as a white light succumb to her, waiting for the right moment to come.

"Exchange."
