"Hello?" Daisuke returned the call.

"Daisuke-san! Good thing the call connected. I just logged out of the Lucid Dream Server." The person from the other side of the line urgently said, his voice sounding a little hasty. "I've detected a missing Minth signature in the World of Lucid. But just like before, they know what they're doing and they purposefully spawned in a place without any Dreamer nearby.

"Who's the nearest Dreamer on patrol in the real world? Would he get there on time?" Daisuke asked, gritting his teeth. Here he was, trying to enjoy a sumptuous meal with his family and Yuuta, but fate just won't allow it. Talk about unfortunate timing.

"Sir, the Minth signature disappeared near the City of Aznith. That's right by Tokyo in the real world if he were to spawn in our dimension. If that's the case, then the nearest Dreamer on patrol in the real world is five hundred kilometers away, right by Kyoto."
