Chapter 9

Akiyuki listened to his daughter tell him about the incident with Reiki. "not really the wisest decision to call you to his apartment," Akiyuki said, even though he knew about his daughter's reputation as a heartbreaker. "I know that's what I said," Sylvia said, packing up her stuff. "Anyways, I'm going over to Minerva's." That's when Akiyuki noticed the off-the-shoulder black flowy dress.

No wonder she's wearing something casual Akiyuki got back to his book after waving his youngest daughter off "Hey Dad, I'm going to a friend's house." Juvia walked down the stairs dressed in a black dress with a lace skirt, stuffing her phone in her bag. "Okay," he said, glancing at his oldest daughter.

Yukino walked down her floral sundress, flowing with her movement a few minutes later. "Dad, I'll be with Kagura." Yukino slung her tablet bag over her shoulder.

Akiyuki raised a brow. All three girls were going to be with a friend for some work; they were dressed so casually for work that's when it hit the infamous man, "Wait! Get back here, all three of you!" He stumbled off the couch, running to the door, only to see they were gone. "Damn, they even took the car," he cursed. Now he couldn't even follow them, which left him with one option: "Hello? Ichiro?".

Juvia looked back at her sister and said, "See you," waving at her. "Are you sure you'll be fine on your own?" Yukino asked, "Yep, I'm sure." Sylvia shrugged her shoulders before driving off to Yukino's destination to drop her off, glancing to the side mirror to check on her Juvia, only to find a pink-haired man walking up to her.

"Alright, bye," Sylvia waved. She chose not to say anything about the place, which obviously belonged to Sting Hisui, the businessman who's known at her workplace for his womanizing ways. "Remember, I get the car next time," Yukino reminded her before her sister drove off to wherever she was going. She was glad that her younger sister didn't, but little did Yukino know that Sylvia could see her with Sting Hisui.

Rogue opened the door to reveal a confused Sylvia, who blinked in confusion, trying to remember where she'd seen this guy. "Oh, hello, Onii-san." Of course, Rogue remembered his youngest sister Sylvia; after all, when they were children, she always insisted on being with either him or Ichiro, so of course he remembered his youngest sister, who he absolutely loved babysitting. "Did I come to the wrong apartment?" She pulled out her phone and checked the address. "What are you doing here, Sylvia?" He asked, "I'm looking for 264." The bluenette replied. The ravenette rolled her eyes. Of course, she invited his sister. "Minerva!" he called his roommate.

Sylvia looked confused as her best friend came out of a room. Rogue knew by the look that Minerva hadn't told Sylvia she was sharing an apartment with her brother—not that he thought she knew anyway since it took his actual sister a while to recognize him as her older brother—so he doubted Minerva Rolan knew him at all. "What?" he mentally prepared himself for the rapid fire of questions "Onii-chan, are you flatmates with Minerva?" Okay, that was a question he wasn't expecting. "I thought I told you I was sharing the apartment with some emo," Minerva said, earning a glare from the other ravenette. "I'm not an emo!" Rogue scowled.

The two began bickering again "STOP!!" Sylvia said, "Okay, let's start again, shall we, you two?" Reiki Bushida watched this from the doorway, raising a brow at the three: "Minerva, this is Rogue, my other brother, and Onii-san, this is Minerva, my best friend." Sylvia introduced the two as if they didn't already know each other. "What?" The three turned to look at the redhead, whom they hadn't noticed until then. "How can you be brother and sister?" Reiki pointed between the bluenette and the ravenette. "I thought you knew since Ichiro is our older brother." Rogue raised a brow, not seeing how this was so surprising. "Anyway, let's get to work on that magazine." The two girls walked away, leaving the two males alone.

Ichiro looked down at his phone to skim over the message he just got from Sylvia, which just told him that she'd finally met Rogue, the second oldest out of the five children of Akiyuki, a small curving of his lips before he continued talking to the others at the board meeting.

Sure Juvia and Yukino hadn't told their dad the whole truth when they said they were going to go meet a friend for work purposes but it wasn't a full-on lie The two were supposed to meet a friend for work purposes Yukino was decorating Sting's party venue, whereas Juvia was helping Natsu.
