Dog Food

"Are you okay? What happened to you?" asked Kenzie worriedly to Sabrina.

Kenzie was startled when she saw Sabrina suddenly entering the room. She was chasing her breath and her face was so red.

"Hey Sab, want me to call a doctor?" Kenzie asked again. Her tone becoming more worried.

Sabrina waved her hands, "I'm fine," she said and went to the water dispenser to have a drink. When she calmed down, she sat on the sofa and used the news paper placed on the table to fan herself.

Kenzie looked at her meaningfully, "Why do I feel like you've been hiding some things from me," she said while looking at Sabrina playfully.

"Where's Grey?" she asked, avoiding Kenzie's speculations.

"He went out to buy food," she answered, then, "Hey! Don't change the topic!" she said.

"When will he be back?" Sabrina once again tried to avoid Kenzie.

"I said don't change the topic!"

"What are you guys talking about earlier," Sabrina acted stupid in front of Kenzie.

"One more time and I'll kick you out!" Kenzie shouted. Sabrina zipped her mouth in response. "Now tell me, what's going on between you and CEO Grande huh?" she asked Sabrina, raising her brows on her.

"Uh..."

"I'm courting her," a voice answered. It was Alexander.

"OMG! Really!?" Kenzie covered her mouth due to surprise. When Alexander nodded in response, she screamed.

"Since when?" she asked Alexander excitedly, forgetting who he was.

"Few days ago," he answered.

"Omg! Omg! Omg!" Kenzie said and jumped up and down on her bed.

'Blag!'

"Ouch! My butt!" Kenzie cried.

Sabrina rushed to her side and helped her get up, "Look at you! What are you doing?" she scolded her.

Kenzie fell from her bed. She jumped up and down and didn't notice that she was already on the edge.

Sabrina helped her get back on her bed.

"Sorry I was just too excited," she said which made Sabrina facepalm herself.

This was the exact reason why she didn't want to tell her yet.

"How did it start?" she once again started to ask questions, not minding the pain on her body.

"Really Kenzie? You just fell off the bed! Shouldn't you be complaining about body pain?" Sabrina said, annoyed. The hell is wrong with this woman? She's always up for the gossip!

Alexander just stood there, enjoying himself watching the two woman.

"I'm fine! See?" Kenzie moved her body, "Ouch!" she suddenly said. Her body felt pain when she flapped her arms.

"See you're not okay!" Sabrina scolded her, "I'll tell you everything when you're okay," she said.

"Just one question more!" she said, "Have you guys kissed?" she asked wiggling her brows.

Suddenly, Sabrina's face heated up. She remembered how she kissed Alexander earlier.

How embarassing!

"CEO Grande is smiling, so it means..." Kenzie said teasingly.

Sabrina looked at Alexander. The man was really smiling!

"Can't you, FOR ONCE, stop being to nosy?" Sabrina glared at her.

"Psh! Okay fine!" Kenzie said, crossing her arms like a kid.

Grey arrived at the room holding two paper bags.

"Food is here," he said placing the bags in the table and prepared the food.

The four of them ate dinner at the hospital room. Sabrina helped Kenzie eat her food because her arms are currently wrapped with bandages and she can't fully use them for now.

"Sir you're flight tonight is already prepared, we shall leave by 12 am," Grey suddenly spoke. Alexander just answered him with a 'hmm'.

"You're leaving?" asked Sabrina.

"Mhmm," he answered, "I have things to fix back in the country," he added.

"When will you be back?"

"I should be back in two days," he said then looked at Sabrina, "Why? Going to miss me?" he asked while smiling at her playfully.

Sabrina's face turned red.

"Miss you're face! Who's going to miss you?" she blurted.

"You," he answered casually.

"In your dreams!" she shouted at him.

"HAVE RESPECT TO THE SINGLES!" Kenzie and Grey shouted at them on the same time.

They were displaying too much of their affection!

11:40 pm, all of them finished eating dinner. Grey cleaned up the boxes of the food they ate.

"Do you want to stay here for the night or do you want to go back to the mansion?" Alexander asked Sabrina.

"I'll just stay here. I don't want to be alone," she answered him.

"Okay then, I'll get a bodyguard to watch the both of you," Sabrina nodded in response.

Alexander was anxious about her safety. He knew the culprit, he's just around the corner.

"It's time to leave Sir," Grey said.

Alexander stood up and walked towards Sabrina and bended down.

He kissed her on the forehead.

"You take care, call me immediately when something happens. I'll see you tomorrow," he told her in a soft voice then left the room with Grey.

Sabrina sat there in daze.

She only snapped out when she suddenly felt a painful pinch on her shoulders.

"I'm so envious!" Kenzie complained.

Sabrina's heart jumped up and down. Did he really have to do that?

Inside Alexander's private plane.

"Get Brandon to look for Sabrina and Kenzie," Alexander instructed Grey.

While he's away, he wanted to make sure she was safe.

Alexander is about to go back to the country to confirm the culprit's identity. Although he already had a primary suspect in mind, he still wanted to confirm. There are things that didn't made sense to him.

Airport.

Grey and Alexander immediately boarded the car going back to his residence.

Upon arrival, Alexander didn't waste any time and went straight to the basement of his house.

"Boss you're here!" a man greeted.

"Did he talk already?" Alexander looked at the man tied in a chair. He was covered in wounds and bruises. His face was almost deformed.

"He did sir," the man said.

"What did he say?" he asked looking at the weak man sitting on the chair.

"He said that someone from her set paid him to do the job. On the day of the press conference, the person from the set was the one who helped him escape the security from the hotel," the man reported.

"As I expected," Alexander whispered to himself, "You know what to do to him," he ordered.

He almost killed her, he was just getting back. Tenfold. A life for a life.

Alexander Grande wasn't called the Demon CEO for nothing.
