Chapter 5 : Ruo
The Second day
"Wake up handsome brother! Rise and shine!"
Xu Zhiruo entered the room and opened the curtain, making the room showered by the sunlight.
"Urghm" The sleeping Xuanyuan De groan as the sunlight disturb his sleep.
"Wake up! It's time for breakfastttt!"
Slowly opening his eyes, the ponytail girl entered his sight.
"Morning handsome brother" Xu Zhiruo gave him a big cheerful smile.
"Morning" he replied. His voice was gravely deep as he just woke up.
Xu Zhiruo felt her face burning the moment she heard that voice.
"I-I brought you breakfast"
She pushed in a smaller trat than yesterday.

After breakfast, the doctor came to change his bandage.
Xu Zhiruo stayed with him all the time. When the doctor left, she help him change his clothes.
She literally stayed with him 24/7.
While she was accompanying her handsome brother, her twin brother was left negelected.
Well, he also didn't really mind that since he was busy. He left for ShengXu Corp. Early in the morning and only came back late at night

Just like that, a week had past. Tonight was the last night they spent together.
"Handsome brother, the woman acted the female protagonist really well, right?" Xu Zhiruo question Xuanyuan De when they were watching movie.
"Yes, she acted well" Xuanyuan De nodded in agreement.
They had became really close after spending time together for a week, though they had not known each other's name.
"Then, do you think I will be as great as her when I acted in a movie?"
"You wanted to be an actress?" He turned to her slightly shock. He never thought this little girl would wanted to enter a dirty place such as the entertainment industry. There was no one innocent in that so called industry.
"Yeah, but it'll be hard to pursuade daddy for his permission"
When she thought about this, she looked down and slightly frown.
"You will be a shining actress in the future" Xuanyuan De patted her head and smiled gently.
'She wanted to enter the entertainment industry? Why not? If that's her choice then he would stand behind her to protect her'
"En" She looked up at him, before continuing, "Handsome brother, when I become a shining superstar, then I will make you my husband" she smiled.
Facing her sincere smile, his heart skipped a beat. "I'll be waiting for you then" he said looking directly into that dark black eyes of hers.

The next morning when Xuanyuan De woke up, he found it unusually silent. Normally, that girl's sound would be all over the villa, telling him to wake up.
"Little girl?" Xuanyuan De called out before noticing a piece of paper and a jade ring on his bedside table.
'Handsome brother, by the time you read this, I will have left. I'm sorry for leaving without saying goodbye… but handsome brother you must believe that we will meet again since I have said before that I'm going to make you my husband. So, I will definitely come back and look for you again! Oh, as a token of our promise, I'll leave you my ring. You have to take care of it! You have to wait for me! You have to!'

Holding the jade ring in his hand, Xuanyuan De was left in a deep thought. 'So she has left…. Wait, 'Ruo' , is it her name?
Xuanyuan De don't know why, when he knew she left, he felt empty inside. But when he realize she gave him her name, he felt restless inside. His chance to find her is greater now that he knew her name.
TUMP TUMP TUMP
Sounds of footsteps could be heard from the outside, and they seems to be directing to him. 'Who is it?'
BANG
"Your Highness!"
"Your Highness, are you alright? This subordinate failed to protect you"
It was Liu li, Xuanyuan De's loyal subordinate that had followed him since he was a child.
"I'm fine. This time is not your fault, you're on another mission."
"Right, how do you know I'm here?" Xuanyuan De turned to his subordinate.
After knowing Xuanyuan De was attacked, they immediately went back but when they arrived, he was gone. They have used every possible way to locate him, but failed.
It was not until last night, Xuanyuan De called them, but the one answering was not him. That person gave them his location before hang up. That's how they knew.
"Last night, you called us, but it was not your voice, rather it was a young woman's voice telling us you location. Before I could say anything, it was hang up"
Xuanyuan De nodded in understanding. 'So it was her'
"Let's go back"
After saying that, Xuanyuan De changed his clothes and left the villa.
Before entering the car, he gave the villa one last glance.

In Xuanyuan De's Bungalow
"Liu Li, investigate someone for me"
"Yes, your highness"
"Help me find a woman named Ruo around her 18s, she has a brother whom she called Xiuxiu, she's also the owner of that villa just now"
"Yes, your highness"
After Liu Li left, Xuanyuan De sat at his desk holding Xu Zhiruo's ring and stared at it. Who knows what he's thinking about.

"I'll be waiting for you then"
Hearing his word made Xu Zhiruo wanted to tear up. After spending a week with him Xu Zhiruo was reluctant to leave him, but her time here is up, she had to go back and it'll be really hard to come back again.
Later that night after Xuanyuan De went to sleep, the Xu twins had finished packing and was ready to leave.
Xu Zhiruo was unusually quiet, at least not until the last step out of the villa did she voiced out "I think I left something upstairs, wait for me"
After saying that, Xu Zhiruo dashed upstairs and went into Xuanyuan De's room. She walked quietly until she arrived beside Xuanyuan De's bed and watch him sleeping soundly.
She stick a note on his bedside table, took off her ring, and put it on top of the note. Walking towards him, she gave him one last glance before going out of the room and rushed downstairs.
"Let's go"
Xu Zhixiu glanced at his twin before nodded his head as they set off.
