"What are you talking about, Lu Yi asked with confusion written all over his face.

"Nothing, let's go home, Xiaoyi said when she noticed Lu Yi's expression.

Xiaoyi made her way to the door while Lu Yi followed suit.

Li Yan just clenched his fist tightly.

"Lu Yi, just you wait. I will be the first to learn anything we are taught in the next class. I won't let you get nearer to Xiaoyi, Li Yan thought with a smile on his face.

Lu Yi was about to enter his room when Xiaoyi stopped him.

"Are you really a mortal, Xiaoyi asked.

"You asked me the same question earlier, what's wrong, Lu Yi asked.

As Xiaoyi was about to speak, Fairy Zhen appeared.

"Xiaoyi, I have something to tell you, Fairy Zhen said to Xiaoyi and pulled Xiaoyi along with her.

"Xiaoyi, don't tell him anything about the sword, Fairy Zhen instructed seriously.

"Why, Xiaoyi asked confused.

"Just do as told, don't tell him anything, Fairy Zhen said emphatically.

"Ok, I got it, Xiaoyi said reluctantly and left while Fairy Zhen heaved a sigh and also left.

When Xiaoyi got back to where she and Lu Yi was standing she assumed he has entered his room so she went to her room.

Lu Yi settled down in his room while Liu Jin reported in.

"Young Lord, Chen Weinan made a move, Liu Jin reported seriously.

"Is she pregnant this time, Lu Yi asked.

"No, but she brought a prince 3,000 years old and claimed the child is for the Devil King, Liu Jin said and watched Lu Yi's expression before continuing.

"The Devil King had it tested and it turned out to be true, but when the Devil King asked which reward she wanted, she asked for you to become the Crown Prince which Devil King consented.

Lu Yi just smirked while Liu Jin was confused.

''This is a world of chess. She is trying to use me, Lu Yi said and quickly changed the topic.

"I didn't dare to ask about it openly. I was able to ask a guard but he said he had never heard of it.

"It seems that Old Feng tried in keeping its existence from everyone, Lu Yi said.

Lu Yi then decided to go out for fresh air when he saw Xiaoyi lying leisurely on a peach blossom tree with her eyes closed.

Lu Yi walked stealthily and finally moved near Xiaoyi.

''What are you doing there, Lu Yi asked curiously which startled Xiaoyi. Xiaoyi lost her balance and fell from the tree yelling.

Luckily, Lu Yi caught her quickly which prevented her from falling to the ground.

"You do your work pretty well, keep it up, Xiaoyi said and nodded her head in approval but regretted her word in the next minute.

She landed heavily on the ground.

"Why did you save me if the outcome was going to be the same, Xiaoyi asked while Lu Yi just continued staring at her.
