When Did You Know?
Fu Chen spent almost an hour with the people with the management. When he came out of the office again, Fu Chen found that the basketball practice had ended.
As he was leaving to return to his room, Fu Chen remembered that Bai Xi Xi had called him while he was in that meeting room.
He went to a quiet area before taking out his phone to call his girlfriend.
The dial tone could be heard on the other line. Fu Chen leaned on the wall behind him and inhaled a deep breath.
Fu Chen did not know the reason Bai Xi Xi was looking for him. But whatever it was, he could not tell Bai Xi Xi what was going on on the internet.
The phone call was connected. Fu Chen inhaled a deep breath to compose himself. Then, he heard his girlfriend's voice on the other line.
"Fu Chen?" Bai Xi Xi spoke as soon as the phone call was connected. "Are you busy?"
"It's alright now." Fu Chen smiled. "The basketball practice has ended."
