Once I was done with my bathing I went to check on my schedule damn to my surprise there was nothing from my manager . I tried calling her but I couldn't reach her . What's going on?? This is so unusual of her.

I received an email that the booting ceremony of the weird princess was to be held next week on Monday and that's when the Hero was going to be announced. I felt waves of excitement rushing through me.

For the first time I was going to be a protagonist in a series. I started dancing to the beat in my head.

She abruptly stopped dancing turning around she saw Feifei smiling at her warmly standing at the doorstep . I rushed towards her flung my arms around her neck .

When we made eye contact I noticed she had black holes on her eyes though she tried to hide them with the light make-up she had coated on her face . Even her smile wasn't that warm . I felt as if she was just forcing herself to appear okay in front of me . Her usual sparkling eyes were too dull .

Feifei and I were so much closer that one could sense the other silent screams . I knew something was bothering her .

Me: oh oh girl ! Tell me what's going on?? ( she said looking at her intently)

Suddenly she started sobbing I hugged her quietly till she was calm .

She took my hand leading me to the couch . There was sudden fear in her eyes .

Feifei: Ruyi ...

Me: yes ...( she said giving her an assuring look to pour out her sorrow)

Feifei : do you trust me ??( she asked )

Me : yes I do ...and it's something I can't say ...you know it ..

I said cupping her cheeks

Feifei: we are leaving to city A .....we will be staying together...

Me: o...okay ( she said giving her a questioning look)

Feifei: pack up your things now .....just clothes and important documents

She said already fumbling with Ruyi's clothes. I remained rooted on the couch . That was so unusual of her . She was doing everything hastily . She looked scared as if she just colluded with a ghost. Thinking about that made me recall that scary dream of mine though the appearance of Jung wiped away all my fears something wasn't adding up .

Feifei: why are you still sitting ....??

Me: what about work??

Feifei: city A is where the drama going to be acted in

Me: and my mom??

Feifei: please Ruyi leave her alone for the meantime ...I will tell you everything ( she said already heading out of Ruyi's fully packed bags Ruyi was following behind wondering if Feifei saw Lucas as well )

There was a car already outside ...
