83. Future Shock part 3

In an old part of Great Lakes City, Ms. Appear is walking down the abandoned city and looks around. "Where are you Mags?" She asked herself.

As she walked she sees old abandon buildings, nearly destroyed, like a hair salon, a lifeless park and the old Casagrande bodega or what's left of it. "I thought this would be her location. But I guess I was wrong." Ms. Appear sighed.

She hears a meow coming from nearby and she sees a small kitten hiding under a car. Feeling pity for the poor thing, Ms. Appear picks it up into her arms. "Seems like you're the only one here." Ms. Appear sighs. "Well I guess that's better than nothing. Maggie where are you?" With a heavy sigh she pressed a button on her watch. "Lori I'm coming back. There's nothing here."

"I wouldn't be so sure Ms. Appear."

Ms. Appear turned around and sees a hulking monster with grey skin with patches of purple spots on the top of it's head, shoulders, calves, three claws on each feet, hind legs that resembles an animal, a grey-purple tail, and what looks like ears on top of the head.

"Vector." Ms. Appear glared. "What are you doing here? This city is lifeless thanks to you!"

"Lifeless?" Vector repeated. "If anything it's cured of the disease that is humanity. As for why I'm here, I sensed life coming from here and decided what virus I failed to destroy only to find you." He begins to walk around her with his hands behind his back. "It's been a year since you and I last met Ms. Appear."

"Yeah since you almost killed me." Ms. Appear said with a shudder as she rubbed her hand just above the hip. "But you failed and I'm still breathing."

"This time I will not fail." Vector said and shot an energy blast at Ms. Appear, but she summons a force field to protect herself and the kitten.

"You won't win!" Ms. Appear shouts. She sets the kitten down and charges forward with her fists covered in forcefields. When she gets close, Vector flicks two of his fingers and sends her flying towards the right into a destroyed car. Vector then raises his hand which lifts Ms. Appear off the ground and sends her flying into the destroyed Bodega.

Ms. Appear gets back up and sees Vector walks up to her. "I have spent years trying to cure this planet from your species. By reducing your countries' populations." said Vector.

"You murdered millions!" Ms. Appear shouted and shot a force field spear at Vector, but the monster dodges the attack.

"It had to be done." Vector said as he casually dodged another spear. "And I plan on continuing."

Ms. Appear turns herself invisible to sneak away from Vector. "You can't escape from me Ms. Appear." Vector said. "I can sense you, and I will find you."

Vector closes his eyes and he suddenly senses movement nearby. He suddenly opens his eyes and fires an energy beam. Ms. Appear goes visible and rolls out of the way.

"Damn it." Ms. Appear growled. "Not getting out that way."

"The only way out is death. And I am the one that shall deliver you to death's door." Vector said.

"Not happening." Ms. Appear said before forming two forcefield blades. She charges towards him but when she slashes at Vector, he blocks it with his energy blade. With s thrust he pushes Ms. Appear back but she lands on her feet. With a growl Ms. Appear rushes forward and once again swings her blades at Vector who casually blocks them with his one blade. On the final swing, Vector sidesteps and wraps his tail around Ms. Appear's arm and swings her into a building. He swings her again this time into a lamppost. He drops her to the ground and aims his blade at her chest.

"Another one off the list." Vector said. He goes to strike but suddenly, Ms. Appear is then surrounded by shadows and disappears. "What is the meaning of this?"

Vector looks around for Ms. Appear and doesn't see her anywhere. He growls as his energy blade disappears and lets out a loud scream.

He flies off in rage and once he's gone, a shadow portal opens up and Ms. Appear steps out followed by a thirty-three year old woman with short Black hair wearing a black cloak with a hood and black pants.

"Thanks for the help Maggie." Ms. Appear said.

"No problem. It's good to see you again." Maggie said.

"Ditto. Any second I could have been a goner." Ms. Appear said. "You're wondering why I called you?"

"You said something about fixing the past." Maggie said. "What's that about?"

"My siblings, in-laws, Soothsayer, Mr. Cuddles, and I are making a time machine." Ms. Appear said.

Maggie blinks and then shakes her head. "Is that even possible?" She asks. Ms. Appear shrugs.

"Honestly I don't know but we don't have many options." Ms. Appear tells her. "We have to fix this. Carol was killed yesterday by Vector."

"Carol's dead?!" Maggie exclaimed, and Ms. Appear nods. "I can't believe it!?" Maggie sighs as she sits down on the curb. "She was like the big sister I never had."

"Lori and Timmy are devastated the most." Ms. Appear said.

"I'm not surprised." Maggie said. "I'll help anyway I can."

"Good." Ms. Appear said. "Let's get to base." Ms. Appear grabs the small kitten and lifts it up. "And you are coming with me." Maggie and Ms. Appear start to make their way out of the city when an energy blast hits the ground in front of them launching them back. The two look up and see Vector.

"You think you could escape me that easily Ms. Appear?" Vector said. He then looks at Maggie. "And I see that this city needs more cleansing as I seemed to have missed another vermin."

"You mean destroy!" Maggie glared.

"Time to make our leave!" Ms. Appear said.

You will be going nowhere." Vector says. He raises his hand and lifts Maggie off the ground.

"What the hell?" Maggie gasped. Vector pulls his hand back causing Maggie to come towards him. He forms a energy blade and once Maggie gets close, Vector thrusts the blade right through her chest.

Maggie begins to gag a bit as blood came out of her mouth, as Ms. Appear gasped in horror, as Vector drops Maggie's body to the ground. Ms. Appear runs towards Maggie and lifts her up.

"Stay with me, we can heal you up." Ms. Appear said.

"I don't think, I'm gonna make it." Maggie groaned in pain. "But I will say this. You were a good friend."

"No don't say that." Ms. Appear begs. "We can get help. Soothsayer can heal you. Just please stay with me! I can't lose another friend."

"Death is all part of life, it's not in our control. We just need to accept it and move on." Maggie said as she placed her hand on Ms. Appear's cheek. "This is not the day for a clown to cry."

Maggie then closes her eyes and the hand falls off Maggie's cheek straight to the ground. "Maggie? Maggie? Maggie!" Ms. Appear cried. "MAGGIE!" She then hugs Maggie's body as tears flow down her face. "Thank you for being my friend."

"Pathetic." Vector growls causing Ms. Appear to look up at him. "Humanity and their emotions are the reason you are a disease that I will cure." He goes into the air and holds his hand up where a giant orb of energy forms. "This is the end." He prepared to throw it and Ms. Appear grabs the kitten and holds Maggie's body close to try and create a forcefield. But before she can, Soothsayer appears before her.

"Take my hand!" Soothsayer ordered. "We must retreat!" Ms. Appear nods and touches Soothsayer's hand where he then teleports away. Once he sees they're gone, Vector cancels his attack.

"So she escaped." Vector said. "Doesn't matter. She won't escape."

Ms. Appear enters the base while carrying a lifeless Maggie in her arms and placed her on the table. She then pressed a button on her watch and switched back to her street clothes. "I never got to tell you that I'm engaged to Benny. You would of been happy." Luan said as she broke down into tears and cried for her dead friend.

She feels something rubbing against her leg and she looks down to see the little kitten rubbing against her. She picks her up and holds her close. Soothsayer walks up behind her and places a hand on her shoulder.

"My condolences Luan." Soothsayer said.

"Thank you Soothsayer." Luan said as she wiped her tears.

"She will be avenged I can promise you that." Soothsayer said. "Come. Lori has called a meeting to discuss our next plan of action." With that, Soothsayer began to gently lead Luan to the living area where she saw her family already gathered. As soon as she enters, Lori immediately stands up and pulls her into a hug.

"We'll make him pay." Lori whispers into her ear. "I promise you that."

"I know Lori." Luan whispered back, she then walked to her seat as Lori begins the meeting.

"Ok listen up, if you haven't heard, Vector killed Maggie not to long ago." Lori began. "However her death will not be in vain. Vector is on his own now since we defeated Gorron, Torron and Viron. But that doesn't change the fact that Vector is dangerous."

"Yeah and he can still sense us, whenever we're getting the last pieces." Sam said.

"We can't distract him while the others are getting the final part. He'll wipe us out in seconds." Lily said.

"But we have to take our chances." Lynn said looking down. "Vector needs to be stopped and the time machine is the only option."

"Some of us could end up dead!" Lola exclaimed. "And we're down one member since Ronnie Anne is pregnant."

"Well we gotta do something!" Lana exclaimed. While the adults were arguing, the kids were watching from the sidelines.

"So they really aren't seeing the answer here." Lyle comments.

"I mean it's pretty obvious." Leo added. "So how much longer should we let them argue?"

"I don't want to see mommy argue." Cara said as she covered her eyes.

"I hate seeing our parents argue too Cara. But it'll be over soon, I hope." Mila reassures her little cousin.

"I could end the argument right now." Lemmy offered holding cymbals. "Just say the word."

"Now." Lyle said as he nodded.

"You got it." Lemmy said before banging the cymbals together loudly which stopped the argument between the adults.

"Now that we got your attention." Lyle said.

"What gives little dudes?" Luna asked.

"So you guys are arguing over how to get the final parts of the time machine mainly because of the threat of Vector yet you guys are forgetting that he's alone now and can only be in one place at a time." Mila told them.

Everyone's eyes widened and looked at each other. "I didn't even thought of that?!" Lisa exclaimed as she placed her hands on her head.

"Right so what do we still need to get?" Lori asked.

"We need another power source." Clyde answered. "A small power reactor to be more accurate. That plus Carol's old power core should provide enough power to get to the past and back."

"Ok." Lori said. "What else?"

"We need a hard drive , that'll move the time machine through time and space." Lisa explained.

"Where's it location?" Lori asked.

"Its actually the hardest thing to get." Clyde said. "The hard drive is in an abandoned military facility in the countryside. It was one of the first places Vector attacked after the mall. The security system is still up and active which is why it's so hard to get."

"That certainly complicates things." Bobby said. "A power reactor is one thing but getting a hard drive from a military facility is another thing. It ain't gonna be easy breaking in." Suddenly Soothsayer looks up and looks into the distance. Lisa then does the same.

"Lisa did you feel that as well?" Soothsayer asked.

"Indeed." Lisa answers. "A powerful psychic presence." Soothsayer nodded.

"Vector." Soothsayer growled. Getting everyone's attention.

"Greetings, Prodigy and friend." Vector said. "I'm sorry to interrupt your memorial for that pest."

"Her name was Maggie, you monster!" Soothsayer exclaimed.

"It doesn't matter what her name was." Vector says. "What matters is another disease is cured."

"You truly are a monster Vector." Lisa growled. "You've killed thousands just because you believe humanity needs to be exterminated. But I must ask, why do you contact us?"

"To see if you're able to face against me, after all the vermin you lost?" Vector said. "Even after all the vermin you lose, you can't accept that their deaths are all of your faults."

"Where are you monster?" Soothsayer demanded.

"Calm yourself old one." Vector said. "I am not near you but I'm on my way. I've decided that since Gorron, Torron and Viron were destroyed I've decided that I'd have to do it myself."

"You will not succeed." Lisa retorted. "We will stop you."

"So you've claimed for twenty years." Vector said. "Yet you've constantly failed. You've been unable to deal with your own failures and that keeps bringing you back to me. Soon you will realize that I cannot be stopped. That I am inevitable. See you soon." Soon the psychic presence is gone.

"He's coming!" Lisa stated.

"Who's coming Aunt Lisa!?" Lemmy asked.

"Vector. He's gonna finish us all off!" Lisa exclaimed.

"Lisa he said he was on his way back to the city." Soothsayer said. "Which means he must suspect something."

"Which means we have to get those final pieces of the time machine." Lincoln said. "So I assume Lisa is gonna get the reactor but who's going to get the hard drive?"

"I'll go." Lana said as she stood up.

"No Lana, your knee hasn't healed yet." Luna pointed out. "I'll get the hard drive."

"But mom, that Vector guy will kill you." Lemmy said.

"It's a risk I'm willing to take." Luna said. However Sam puts an hand on her shoulder.

"Moon, you can't go." Sam said. "You're the second-in-command of the L-Crew. You're needed here. I'll go. My powers should help bypass the security."

"She does have a point Luna." Lisa agreed. "She'll be to bypass the system."

"Fine." Luna sighed. "Just come back alive."

"I promise." Sam replied.

"But one question still remains. Who's gonna go back to the time of Vector's first attack?" Bobby asked.

"That's something we never really discussed isn't it?" Lucy said. "We never talked about who would go to the past."

"I would go, but my knee still needs to heal." Lana said.

"I wish I can go, but I'm second in command here." Luna said.

"I wish I can go, but I have to stay with Ronnie Anne." Lincoln sighed.

"Easy you can send me." Lola stated.

"No Lola." Lori said. "Look I hate to admit it but we're all needed here to deal with Vector. And we're already shorthanded as it is with Ronnie Anne being pregnant and us not knowing where Replicate is. We don't have any options."

"Um, I think you might be wrong on that Lori." Mr. Cuddles said. "We do have one option or should I say four." He then turns to Lyle, Leo, Lemmy and Mila.

"Us?!" Lyle, Leo, Lemmy and Mila questioned.

"You're suggesting we send our kids back to the attack of the mall?!" Lori asked.

"Yes." Mr. Cuddles said. "Look you all are gonna be needed to fight Vector. And the best option is to send one of the kids. Soothsayer you gotta agree that this is the best option if not the only."

"We would be sending one of them to a past they will not know. But sadly it's the only option we have." Soothsayer said.

"I'm gonna not let my little Firefly go back 20 years ago!" Ronnie Anne said.

"Same with my little Eclipse!" Sam shouts.

"Mom you said you wouldn't use that nickname!" Lemmy complained.

"Mila isn't going anywhere near the past." Leni said..

"And neither is Leo." Lori added.

"Don't you all see what's at stake here?!" Mr. Cuddles exclaimed.

"We're not going to risk the lives of our children to Vector!" Sam said.

"I'm with Mr. Cuddles on this on." Lincoln said and everyone gasped.

"Lincoln Loud if you don't have a good explanation you are sleeping on the couch for a month!" Ronnie Anne threatens. Lincoln flinches Clyde leans into him.

"Choose your words carefully pal." Clyde whispers.

"Yeah no kidding." Lincoln whispers. "One wrong word and I got several very angry ladies."

"Speak carefully bro." Bobby whispered from the other side.

"Ok simple. I want to do this for the twins." Lincoln said as Lola and Lana both looked at each other. "Not Lola and Lana. Our soon to be twin children. We raised Lyle and the rest of the kids in a future under Vector's wraith. I don't want to raise these kids if Vector is still around."

"Ok but why our kids?" Lori asked.

"They deserve a better future. Lynn your kids deserve to meet Francisco." Lincoln pointed out.

Lynn looks at her three kids and sighs. "You're right." She says. "They deserve to meet their father. Ok I'm with Lincoln on this."

"Clyde, you deserve to start a family with Haiku." Lincoln said.

"I do, and she deserves me!" Clyde said.

"Easy there tiger." Lincoln said. "Look I hate this option. I really do. But it's the only one we got and I think that we need to trust them to do this. Don't forget they're Louds. They are up for it."

"We're up for it dad!" Lyle said.

"That's the spirit kiddo." Lincoln smiled as he rubbed the top of his son's head.

"Mom?" Leo said. "Can you at least give us a chance?" Lori looks at her son before walking up to him and crouching down to his level.

"You've really grown up." Lori said. "I think you can do this. What do you think Boo-boo-bear?"

Bobby thinks about and smiles. "I think he's ready." Bobby replied. "But I'm praying that Sergio doesn't live with us, when Vector is dead."

"I highly doubt that." Lori said.

Mila walks up to Leni and looks at her."Mom, I can do this." Mila said. "Vector will be nothing but ashes, when I'm done with him."

"I know it's just that I can't stand the thought of losing you." Leni said. "But I know you can do it."

"Thanks." Mila said before hugging her mother.

"Moms I need you to trust me to do this." Lemmy told his mothers. "I mean I can't be a rocker if all my fans are dead. I'm ready." Sam and Luna exchange a glance but before they can say something, Petty comes up behind Lemmy.

"Lemmy ready." Petty said. "Little brother can do it. Petty believes."

Both Luna and Sam sighed and looked at Lemmy. "If you say so, we believe in your little dude." Luna said.

"We just hate the thought of losing our little rockstar." Sam added.

"I know." Lemmy said. Clyde then clears his throat getting everyone's attention.

"Look I hate to be that guy but the time machine can only fit one person." Clyde said.

"Wait only one of us can go?!" Leo asked and Clyde nods.

"Yes and I don't have time to redesign it to fit four seats." said Clyde.

"Look we can decide who goes later." Lincoln said. "We need to finish the time machine above anything."

"Right!" Everyone nodded.

"Alright let's get the pieces we need." Lincoln said.

"Alright Sam will get the hard drive." Soothsayer said. "Lisa and Lola will get the reactor. The rest of you should prepare for the inevitable battle against Vector

"We're on it." said Lori. "Vector messed with the wrong family." As the rest of the L-Crew ran off to do their assigned jobs, Soothsayer turns to face the kids.

"One of you must choose who goes back to face off against Vector of the past. Choose wisely." Soothsayer said.

"The way I see it there's only one fair way of deciding who goes." Lemmy said.

"Fight to the death?" Lyle guessed.

"What? No!" Lemmy said. "We'll draw straws. Whoever gets the small straw goes to the past."

Leo ran at super speed and and came back with four straws. "Ok I got the straws. Everyone pick." Leo said.

They each grab a straw and hold them in their hands. "On the count of three we look at them." Lemmy said and everyone nods. "One, two, three."

Mila opened her hand and sees that she got a tall straw. "Dang it." Mila groaned.

Lemmy opened up his hand sees that he got the straw as Mila's. "So much for that." Lemmy sighed.

Leo and Lyle both looked at each other and then looked at their hands as they slowly opened their hands to see who got the short straw. Both Lemmy and Mila gasped as they see that Lyle has the short straw. "You got the short straw." Leo said.

"Looks like I'm going to the past." Lyle said.

"It appears so dude." Lemmy said.

"I'll go tell my dad about this." Lyle said.

Genarocker drover her hovercycle through the countryside as she made her way to the military facility. After a few more miles, the facility started to come into view. "Bingo." She said. She deformed her cycle and approached the facility on foot. Once she got near the fence she formed her turbines and flew over to the other side. The facility was definitely abandoned. She remembered when Vector first attacked it. He wanted to send a message to the world that he was coming for them. When L-Crew had arrived, Vector was already gone and the facility was burning. There were no survivors.

"Damn. I forgot how much damage Vector did to this place." Genarocker said as looked at the damaged facility.

She presses a button on her watch and a hologram map of the facility pops up with a red marker on it. "Ok that red mark is where the hard drive is." Genarocker said to herself. She heads to the location and sees a keypad. She then places a hand on the keypad and uses her powers to start hacking the security system and shutting it down.

Genarocker then walks through the hallway and after a few minutes of walking she sees a sliver and black hard drive on a shelf. "And back in the game." Genarocker said as she grabbed the hard drive. "Now to get back to base."

Genarocker runs through the hallway to the exit of the facility when she suddenly stops in her tracks and gasps at what was waiting for her. Vector.

"Hello Genarocker." Vector said politely. "It's been some time since we last met." Genarocker gulps and tries to to conceal the hard drive under her jacket.

"Why are you here?" Genarocker asked. Vector starts to walk around with his hands behind his back.

"Just taking a walk down memory lane." Vector said. "I remember when I first attacked here. It wasn't long after I defeated the hunter. I came here to send a message and not long after, I had my first battle with you and the L-Crew where you barely survived. That was when I knew I couldn't be stopped. And I will never be stopped."

"I wouldn't really say that." Genarocker said. "Everyone and everything has a weakness. Your weakness is your pride."

"Unlike others I don't let my pride get to my head. My mind remained clear, even to this day." Vector said.

"So I take it that you have great pride in all the people you killed?" Genarocker growled. "You've killed so many people and you don't care just because you see humanity as a disease!"

"Because they are a hazard to this planet. Overpopulation, global warming, depleting the planet's resources. They were destroying the earth, I am the cure to this disease." Vector said.

"And you aren't?" Genarocker argues. "You created smoke clouds every time you destroyed a city. If anything you're destroying the planets!"

Vector was lost for words and he tries to think of a word. "Got nothing to say?" Genarocker asked as she smirks and puts her left hand on her hip.

"No." Vector admitted. "But I can at least end another pest!"

Vector shoots a energy blast at Genarocker, but she dodges blast and turns her arm into cannon and fires a hunk of junk at Vector. Vector gets pushed by back junk cannonball, but he pushed the junk cannonball to the side.

Vector then fires another beam at Genarocker who rolls out of the way and fires another junk blast at Vector who slashes it in half with an energy blade. "What's wrong Genarocker?" Vector asked. "Are you too afraid to fight up close so you fight from a distance?"

"Damn it." Genarocker muttered. "He suspects something. Guess I'm gonna have to take a risk." She forms her sword and faces Vector. "I'm not afraid of nothing!"

"Then prove it." Vector replied as he forms an energy blade.

Genarocker leaps forward and swings her sword at Vector who blocks it with his own blade. Vector then pushes forward that knocks Genarocker back. When she lands on the ground, Genarocker almost loses the hard drive but she quickly recovers it before Vector sees it. "Gotta be careful." Genarocker says. "I can't let this get damaged."

"I suggest you give up and let get rid of your disease body off of this planet." Vector said.

"Um no." Genarocker said. "I got a wife and two boys. I gotta make sure that they can have a future!"

Genarocker then turns her fists into giant fists and threw a damaged tank at Vector. But Vector uses his energy sword to slice the damaged sword in half.

"There will be no future for you and your disease you call a family." Vector said.

Genarocker let's out a growl and clenched her fists and glared daggers at Vector. "Don't you dare talk about my family!" She shouts. She swings her fists at Vector dodges them with ease. She goes for another swing but she suddenly stops in mid swing. She looks to see Vector with his hand up.

"You never learn." Vector said. He raises his hand forcing Genarocker to rise up. He then pushes forward sending Genarocker flying backwards. She crashes into some barracks and the hard drive falls to the ground. Vector sees the hard drive and looks at it curiously. "That item. Could it be?" Genarocker grabs the hard drive and pulls it close to her. "I see. You must be eliminated!" He forms his blade and flies towards her. Genarocker prepares for impact but suddenly a new figure rushes in and gets in front her. The figure was an older man in his sixties. He had gray hair on his head and wore a trenchcoat pants. The figure then formed a blade that looked similar to Genarocker's and his blade clashes with Vector's energy blade. Genarocker looks at the figure and gasps at who it is.

"Dad?!" Genarocker gasped.

"Hello Genarocker." Replicate said.

"How did you get here?!" Vector growled.

"That's Classified." Replicate replied.

"How dare you interfere!" Vector growls. Replicate doesn't respond and forms a mechanical fist on his free hand. He then hits Vector straight in the chest and sends him flying backwards.

"Because I can." Replicate said. He turns back to Genarocker and holds out a hand. After some hesitation, she accepts it and Replicate pulls her up to her feet. "You alright Sam?"

"I'm fine dad." Genarocker said. "Wait you knew?!"

"I had suspicions." Replicate replied. "Plus you keep calling me dad." He looks at the hard drive. "I take it that's important?"

"It is. Long story short, my team and I are making a time machine and send one of our kids to help our young selves defeat Vector." Genarocker explained.

"Time travel? Are you sure it'll work?" Replicate asked.

"Honestly I don't know what to believe anymore." Genarocker said. "But it's the only answer we got. So where have you been all this time?"

"I've been helping people get to safety and stay safe from that monster." Replicate said.

"And all this time I thought you were in hiding." Genarocker said. "Turns out you were doing the same thing as us." Suddenly Vector flies back into the facility getting the attention of the two.

"I will annihilate you!" Vector shouts. Genarocker starts to walk forward but Replicate puts a hand out stopping her in her tracks.

"Go." Replicate said without taking his eyes off Vector. "Get out of here. I'll deal with Vector."

"You got it dad." Genarocker said as she ran off about to face off against Vector.

"You think you can defeat me?" Vector asked. "Do you know who I am?"

"Yes I do and I don't care." Replicate growled.

"Very well." Vector said as he forms another energy blade. "This place will be your grave."

Replicate sighs and forms a giant sword. "I'm getting to old for this crap." He says.

Both Replicate and Vector both charge are each other as their blades clashed, then they proceeded to slash each other, but both of the attacks seems to block one another, until they lock blades.

"You seem stronger than you appear." Vector said. "But it won't be enough."

"I have plenty enough strength to take you down." Replicate glared.

The two leap backwards before leaping forward and clashing blades.

Genarocker drove away from the facility with the hard drive at full speed. She was already several miles away but she couldn't stop thinking about her father and his fight with Replicate. "Dad should be fine." She kept telling herself. "Dad beat the L-Crew singlehandedly, went toe to toe with Climate, hung in there against Berserker and was one of the few guys to fight on par with Xander." However the doubt never left her mind. With a shout she quickly turns around and heads back to the facility.

Vector throws a truck at Replicate, but he sliced the truck in half with his big sword. "I'm impressed that you can still fight, even after your prime." Vector said.

"Just because I'm old doesn't mean I lose my skill." Replicate retorted. He deforms the sword and forms two giant robot feet. "Time to stomp you out!" He then leaps forward.

Genarocker is speeding through the countryside trying to desperately get to the facility. "C'mon. C'mon faster!" She begs her bike.

Replicate stomps on Vector and kicks him to the wall. When Vector begins to get back up, Replicate jumps in the air and stomps on him again. But Vector grabs him and throws him to another wall.

Genarocker kept driving towards the facility where it was slowly coming into view. "Almost there." She panted. "Dad hang in there."

Replicate crashes into a wall with a loud grunt as Vector hovers above him. "Pathetic." He said. "But I will admit that you put up a challenge so you'll die dignity." Vector raises his hand and a large ball of energy forms. "Farewell Replicate." He then throws the ball of energy at Replicate.

As Genarocker neared the facility she saw a massive energy explosion come out it. Once the explosion finished, she saw Vector float up above the facility and fly away.

"No. It can't be." Genarocker said as tears began to form.

She runs into the facility and sees that it was destroyed and on fire. She quickly ran through the rubble trying to find any sign of her father. She hears a faint groan and sees Replicate lying in the middle of the facility. She quickly runs to his side and picks his head up and cradled it. "Dad?" She whispered. Replicate's eyes open slowly and he sees his daughter's face.

"I thought I told you to go back to your family." Replicate said softly with a weak smile.

"I couldn't let face that monster alone." Genarocker stated.

"Sam, you know I can stand my ground." Replicate said.

"I know. I just didn't want to lose you again." Genarocker said. "I can get you out of here. I can get you help." However Replicate shakes his head.

"No you know it's no use." Replicate said. "You know I ain't gonna make it."

"Don't say that dad." Genarocker said. "I can get you the help you need."

"Sam. Take care of your family. Don't make the same mistakes I did." Replicate said his last words before he closed his eyes.

"No. No please." Genarocker begged. "Please don't do this. I still need you." Tears start to stream down her face. "Dad. I love you." She then hugs his head and cries. She then gently places his head on the ground and stands up and screams. "VECTOR!"

Clyde is working on the time machine as he looked at the blueprints. Then he hears someone coming and it was Genarocker as she placed the hard drive on the table. "You got the hard drive." Clyde said.

He looks up to face Genarocker and sees the tears in her eyes. "Sam what happened?" Clyde asked. Genarocker pressed a button on her watch and charged back into civilian clothes.

"Dad." Sam choked out. Clyde's eyes widen and he immediately pulls her into a hug and rubs the back of her head as she cries into his shoulder.

"It's ok. Just let it out." Clyde said. Luna then walks in.

"Yo Clyde is Sam back yet?" She asks but sees Sam crying into Clyde's shoulder. "Um, want's up?"

"Luna." Sam said as she turned to face Luna with teary eyes. "Vector killed my dad."

"Replicate is dead?" Luna asked and Sam hugs Luna and cries on her shoulder.

"I went to go help him, but I was too late!" Sam replied with her voice breaking up.

"Shhhhh. It's ok." Luna soothed as they both dropped to their knees. "We'll stop him." Lemmy and Petty were walking by the room when they heard crying. They backed up and looked inside to see their mother crying into Luna's shoulder. They exchange a glance before walking up to them. Once they are right next to them, they engulfed the two them in a hug.

"We're here for you mom." Lemmy said.

"Petty here too." Petty said.

Lincoln then walks in and stands next to Clyde. "Enough's enough." He says. "Vector is gonna pay."

Crystal Queen and Prodigy are riding in Crystal Queen's Jeep, driving to the location of the reactor, they need for the time machine. "So any sign of Vector?" Crystal Queen asked.

"None." Prodigy answered. "It's strange. I would've thought he would've come after us."

"Maybe Sam is keeping him busy or he's attacking another city." Crystal Queen replied.

"Maybe but we must work quickly." Prodigy warned. "Though he is not here, I can still sense his presence. Turn left here." Crystal Queen nods does as she was told. "Now pull in here." She points to an abandoned laboratory and Crystal Queen pulls in. Once she parks, the get out and head inside.

Both Prodigy and Crystal Queen are walking the abandoned laboratory. "This lab was filled with scientists and their future discoveries and possibilities to science and such." Prodigy said.

"It'll all be better when we stop Vector." Crystal Queen said. "So where is the reactor?"

Prodigy used her watch to check the holomap on her watch and sees a red dot. "We just need to turn right and it'll be in the 3rd door on the right." Prodigy said.

They turn left and they find the door. They open it and see that a lot of the machines were still in good condition. "Vector didn't destroy the machines." Crystal Queen comments.

"Maybe Vector didn't bother destroying these machines. Must of some them as useless." Prodigy said.

"Unless he wants us to get the reactor and then kill us." Crystal Queen said.

"Then we must work quickly." Prodigy said. She started going through everything until she finds the machine holding the reactor. "Eureka! The final piece!" She turns to Crystal Queen who was standing by the door with a blade ready. "What is it?"

"I thought I heard something." Crystal Queen answered. "But it's probably a rat." Prodigy grabs the reactor and runs towards the exit.

"No time to worry." Prodigy said. "We must get to base." The two run to the jeep and jump in. Once ready, they drive off. However, unknown to them Vector was watching from above.

"So I was right." Vector said. "They plan on stopping me in the past. But they won't be able to stop me no matter what. I'll let them finish their little time machine and give them hope. But then I'll crush it and I'll end it once and for all."

Clyde has finished installing the hard drive into the time machine. Then Prodigy and Crystal Queen entered the lab. "We have the reactor!" Crystal Queen said as Prodigy handed the reactor to Clyde.

"Sam, came back with the hard drive not too long ago. I just finished installing the hard drive." Clyde replied.

"Quickly install the reactor!" Lisa said. However Clyde doesn't right away. "What is it?"

"Replicate is dead." Clyde said somberly.

"Replicate is dead?" Crystal Queen asked shocked by the news, especially Prodigy.

"Vector killed him and Sam was there to witness her dad die." Clyde explained.

"This news is surprising to say the least." Lisa said. "Our greatest rival gone."

"It felt like yesterday when we first fought him." Lola replied. "And when we finally beated him."

"Indeed." Lisa agreed. "How is Sam?"

"She's recovering." Clyde answered. "But right now we can't waste time. We gotta finish this time machine now."

"I agree. Install the reactor in the time machine." said Lisa. "We won't let the deaths of our friends and Replicate be in vain!"

"Let's get to work." Clyde said.

In the medical area, Mr. Cuddles was taking care of Sam's injuries while Luna, Lemmy and Petty stood nearby.

"Almost done." Mr. Cuddles said. "You got lucky Vector didn't do worse. Unlike Replicate."

"Yeah." Sam said as she wiped away a tear. "Dad risked everything so I could get the hard drive back." She then gasps. "The hard drive. He saw it."

"Who saw it?" Luna asked.

"Vector saw it." Sam said. "When we were fighting I dropped it and I think he saw it."

"Oh man, you think he knows about ours plans?" Luna asked.

"Even if doesn't he no doubt suspects something." Mr. Cuddles said. "Which means only one thing."

"Vector could be on his way here." Luna finished. "Dudes, we gotta tell Lori."

"I'll go tell aunt Lori!" Lemmy said and ran off.

Everyone gathered in the living area as Lori paced back and forth on the front of the room. "This is bad." She was saying. "Vector could be on his way here as we speak. That being said, we need to be ready. Soothsayer, I need you to use your magic to get everyone to a hundred percent. So Lana you need to suck up your pride and let him heal you."

"Fine." Lana groaned as she held Luan's kitten.

"Everyone else I want you to help finish the time machine." Lori ordered. "We can't waste time on this at all. Let's move it people! Everyone works together."

"Right!" Everyone Said.

Right before they get into battle stations, Lincoln meets up with Ronnie Anne. "You know where to be right?" Lincoln asked.

"Yes, in the safe room." Ronnie Anne said as she rolls her eyes. "Just make sure our little Firefly is safe."

"I will." Lincoln promised. "Don't worry about it."

"I know." Ronnie Anne replied as she pulls Lincoln for a kiss.

"Still feisty." Lincoln said after they separated.

"Oh yeah." Ronnie Anne said before pulling him down by his jacket. "But if anything happens to him, Vector will be the least of your worries. Got it?"

"Got it." Lincoln gulped. Ronnie released him and walked off while Lyle joined his father. "Lyle take notes. Pregnant women women will always be the most terrifying thing a man will ever have to face."

"I'll keep that in mind." Lyle nodded.

"Good now let's get you ready to go to the past." Lincoln said.

Lincoln, Lyle and Clyde are in the lab, Lyle was starting to get nervous about going back to the past. "Now remember Lyle, you can't reveal too much about the future too our past selves. It'll put them into shock." Lisa explained.

"I promise I won't reveal too much." said Lyle.

"How much do you want to bet that he's gonna spill the beans about the future as soon as he gets there?" Lincoln muttered to Clyde.

"Thirty bucks." Clyde replied.

"Deal." Lincoln said.

Lyle walks up the time machine and sees Luna and Luan placing a fog machine in the time machine. "Aunt Luna, aunt Luan, what are you putting in the time machine?" Lyle asked.

"A fog machine. It'll make the moment when you stepped out of the time machine more dramatic." Luna said.

"That's a terrible idea." Lyle said.

"Trust us, you'll be thanking us for this." Luan said. Mr. Cuddles then runs into the room.

"Guys we're all doomed!" Mr. Cuddles shouted. "Doomed I tell you! Doomed! We're all gonna die!"

"Why's that?" Luna asked. Mr. Cuddles then jumps on her and grabs her shirt.

"Vector is on his way!" Mr. Cuddles screamed.

"Vector is coming!?" Luna exclaimed as she drops Mr. Cuddles.

"He probably found out about the time machine!" Luan pointed out.

"We gotta get ready now!" Lincoln ordered. "Let's hurry!"

"Lyle get into the time machine!" Clyde said. "We don't want you to get caught in the crossfire."

"Clyde it's not ready yet!" Mr. Cuddles argues. "I still gotta program it!"

"He's right." Lori said. "Everyone suit up and get outside. Lincoln you say here in case Vector gets past us."

"Right." Lincoln said.

"Everyone move out!" Lori orders. Everyone starts to run out when Lori turns to Clyde. "Well are you coming?"

"Me?" Clyde asked.

"I know you have a bad back, but we don't have much of choice since Ronnie Anne is pregnant." Lori said.

"Lori, I can't go out there." Clyde argues. "I don't got no powers or magic or anything." Lori just smiles.

"That's where you're wrong." Lori says. "Mr. Cuddles, please give Clyde his early Christmas present."

Mr. Cuddles nodded and pressed a button on the control pad and in a tube revealed an iron man like suit, with a navy blue and yellow colour scheme, it had white eyes, thrusters on the legs, blasters on the back, even a combination of blades and blasters on the arms.

"Damn." Clyde said as his jaw dropped. "Lisa and Mr. Cuddles made that?"

"They sure did." Lori said.

"Lisa found your blueprints earlier in the year." Lincoln told him. "So she and Mr. Cuddles decided to work on it in secret and told us not to tell you."

"So that's why you were saying the things you were." Clyde said. "You were seeing how bad I wanted this."

"Yeah." Lincoln said. "So suit up and get out there. Martha is waiting for you."

"Martha?" Clyde repeated.

"She's downloaded into the suit's system." Mr. Cuddles said. "That's why she's been so quiet lately. She's been focusing on uploading herself to the suit."

"I don't know what to say, but thanks." Clyde said as he approached the suit as it opens up. Clyde steps into the suit and closed up. Then the eyes light up as Clyde walks up to Lincoln.

"So how do you feel?" Lincoln asked.

"Like a million bucks." Clyde replied.

"Greetings Clyde." Martha said.

"Martha is that you?" Clyde asked. "Damn I've missed your voice girl."

"As did I Clyde." Martha replied. "Since Vector is approaching the base, we will have to test the suit on him."

"With pleasure." Clyde said. "Now fly us outside."

"Of course." Martha said. "Activating thrusters."

The thrusters ignited and lifted Clyde off the ground and flew towards the doorway. "Ok let's take down Vector." Lori said as she pressed her watch and became Speed Queen.

"Be careful." Lincoln said before he watched everyone head outside. He then turns to Lemmy, Leo and Mila. "You three start barricading the door with anything you can find. We can't take any chances."

"Right." They say in unison before running off. Lincoln turns to Soothsayer.

"How close is he?" He asks. Soothsayer sighs.

"Very."

Outside the remaining L-Crew were waiting for Vector's inevitable arrival. "This is getting tense." Wildgirl comments.

"You're telling me." Crystal Queen agreed. "By the way why didn't you change your name?"

"Wildgirl rolls off the tongue better." Wildgirl responded with a shrug. "Prodigy can you sense him at all?"

"It's faint, but it's getting stronger the more he approached." Prodigy said.

"The sooner the better." Amplifier said as she sparks up her fists with Electricity.

"Agreed." Genarocker said from where she was standing between her wife and Petty who she turns to. "Just stick close ok?"

"Ok mama." Petty said. "Petty smash cat man and protect family."

"He's coming closer!" Prodigy exclaimed.

"Then tonight we dine in hell!" Speed Queen shouted.

Then right on que, Vector has arrived and he's just floating in the air. "He's not doing anything?" Black Ice pointed out.

"He's always been one for dramatics." Parkour said.

"Hello there L-Crew." Vector greeted. "I hope I'm not intruding. It's been some time since I saw some of you." His looks over too Wildgirl and Black Ice. "I see you've recovered from last time."

"Indeed we have." Black Ice said as she forms her ice blades.

"Yet it won't matter." Vector said. "Even at full health, you still no chance. None of you do."

Vector than charges towards the base until Genarocker turned her arm into a cannon and fired a hunk of the ground towards Vector pushing him back, but then pushed the ground aside.

Then Clyde started firing his blasters towards Vector. "Try this on for size!" Clyde shouted.

Vector puts up a hand and a barrier appears blocking the blasters. Parkour goes for jumping punch but Vector sidesteps it and shoves her down with his hand. "Parkour I remember your fiance and his sacrifice." He says to her. "How he thought the nuclear explosion could destroy me. Obviously it failed but do you truly believe it was the explosion that killed him?" Parkour's eyes widen under her mask.

"What do you mean?" Parkour asked in a shakey voice. Vector smiles and lifts her up by her throat so she's looking him in the eye.

"The explosion didn't kill him." Vector said. "I did." Before Parkour could respond, Vector throws her into a crate.

"Lana, you up for some twin power?" Crystal Queen asked.

"You bet I am." Wildgirl nodded.

"Let's do this!" Crystal Queen shouted.

Wildgirl goes grizzly and let's out a roar before the two twins charge forward. Crystal Queen jumps on her back and starts to give Wildgirl crystal armor. Once they're close, Crystal Queen jumps off and swings her crystal hammer at Vector but he catches her and slams her to the ground. Wildgirl rears up and swipes at him with her crystal claws but Vector avoids them.

Wildgirl attempts to swat again, only to have Vector block the attack and punches Wildgirl right in the face, and knees her in the gut and then throws her Wildgirl right towards her twin sister, reverting Wildgirl back to her human form. As Vector walks towards the base, 20 clones of Multiple Woman and herself runs towards Vector to gang up on him, the clones all piled on him, but Vector breaks free from the pile and swats them all to the side.

"Insects and vermin." Vector growls. "You all are insects and vermin!" Armor rushes him and tries to tackle him but Vector stops him with his telekinesis. "Twenty years I've had to deal with you! Twenty years I made the mistake of sparing you! I will not make that mistake today! I will destroy you all today!" He then spins Vector around and launched him right into Clyde causing the two to crash to the ground.

"Well that didn't help my back." Clyde comments. Speed Queen, Ms. Appear and Genarocker step up with fire in their eyes.

"The only vermin we see is you." Genarocker said as she forms her giant metal fists.

"You killed our friends." Ms. Appear continued as she forms two forcefield swords.

"And our families." Speed Queen finished.

"Then you can go join them." Vector said. He forms two energy blades and flies forward where Ms. Appear runs to meet him. The two clash blades but Vector overpowered her and uses his tail to throw her into the air. He goes to shoot an energy beam at her but Genarocker punches his hand causing him to shoot at nothing. "Annoying pest!"

"This is for my dad!" Genarocker shouted as she punches Vector with her giant fist. Then she gives another punch to Vector. "My brothers!" Genarocker then slams down Vector with her giant fists. "My mom! And for Ashley!" Genarocker is about to deliver another punch but Vector grabs the fist at mid punch.

"A pity." Vector said. "You almost had me for a minute." He then slams her down to the ground. "But it wasn't enough."

Then Vector gets hit in the back, and he stumbles. He knew it was Speed Queen attacking him. But he managed to trip Speed Queen with his tail and she slid across the ground. Speed Queen began to get up but Vector places his foot on her back keeping her down.

"Predictable, as always Speed Queen." Vector stated.

"Wrong." Speed Queen said. "I was just a distraction. Amplifier now!" Vector turns and sees Amplifier with electricity sparking off her.

"Have a little Rocker's Roar!" Amplifier shouted and let's a powerful scream that hits Vector who tries to block it. Amplifier keeps on blasting him when Vector suddenly begins to power through it. Amplifier kicks up another level but Vector keeps going when a hand reaches out and grabs Amplifier by the face and lifts her up stopping the attack.

"Enough of that." Vector growls. He goes to finish her but is suddenly tackled to the side. Vector looks to see Petty. "You inncolent creature." Petty growled and grabs Vector by the head and throws into a tree but Vector stops in midair.

"You no hurt mama or family!" Petty shouted.

"You side with the wrong species!" Vector said as he got back up.

"No Petty sides with family!" Petty shouted as he rams Vector through the tree.

Vector does a double axe handle on Petty's back causing Petty to loosen his grip and allowing Vector to free himself. "Then you can die with them." Vector growls.

Vector then blasts Petty to a metal crate with a energy blast, and Vector throws another metal crate at Petty crushing him. But Vector sees that he's freezing up and gets trapped in his frozen prison all thanks to Black Ice.

"You aren't going nowhere except hell." Black Ice said. However Vector frees himself from his prison and glares at Black Ice.

"You first." Vector said. He whacks Black Ice with his tail and goes to blast an energy beam through her skull when he's suddenly hit by a crate. He pushes the crate off of himself and Vector sees a very angry Parkour.

"You killed Francisco." Parkour growled slowly.

"Murder is such a strong word. I prefer the term cured him of his existence." Vector said.

"No what you did is made my children fatherless." Parkour growled. "Now you are going to pay!"

Parkour charges towards Vector and shoulder slams Vector to a wall, then Parkour ripped an old car apart and used them as boxing gloves on Vector.

"Damn. Lynn is giving it all she's got." Ms. Appear said.

Vector tries to regain his bearings but Parkour grabs his tail and swings him around before letting go which sends him flying. Vector catches himself but before he can recover, Parkour comes right for him again and hits him in the chest before kicking his head that sends him straight to the ground. Vector lands on his feet and Parkour lands not to far away.

"This is for Francisco!" Parkour shouted. She then rushes towards him and goes to punch but Vector's hand shoots up and catches it.

Vector then forces Parkour to her knees. "I would kill you. But I'll keep you alive, just to see your children die." Vector said and then kicks give Parkour a front kid and curb stomps on Parkour's chest.

"You won't touch them." Parkour choked out.

"Oh I will and you'll be forced to watch." Vector said.

"Hey!" Vector turns and sees Greenthumb. "You aren't gonna lay a finger on any of my nephews and nieces. So if you want them you'll have to get through us." Vector just scoffs.

"I only see one." He pointed out. As if on cue, Prodigy suddenly appears on the other side of him.

"You were saying?" Prodigy said.

"It doesn't matter." Vector said as he prepared a Energy blast, until a vine grabs his right wrist and another vine grabs his left wrist and restrains him from firing.

"Prodigy now!" Greenthumb shouted as she struggled to keep Vector in place.

"Prepare to meet defeat!" Prodigy shouted. She raises a hand and several different crates rise into the air. Prodigy lowers her hand and all the crates converge on Vector, burying him.

Both Greenthumb and Prodigy both panted after burying Vector, until he emerges from the wreckage. "I thought that was gonna buy us some time." Prodigy said.

Vector glares down on the battlefield and then notices someone wasn't there. "Someone is missing." He growled. Prodigy and Greenthumb exchange a nervous glance.

"Uh oh." They say in unison.

"Firecracker." Vector growls. "He isn't here."

"Would you believe us if we said he was getting his hair done?" Greenthumb asked nervously.

"No." said Vector.

"What about getting his check up?" Greenthumb asked.

"He's in the base." Vector growls. "I can sense him. But he's in there and you're all out here, this means that you were all a distraction."

"He's catching on!" Prodigy whispered to herself as her eyes widened.

"And if he's in there, he must be protecting something in there." Vector growls. "The time machine. You're protecting the time machine!"

"Ah crap." Prodigy and Greenthumb say in unison.

"I will not be distracted no more!" Vector growls before blasting both sisters to the side before flying into the base.

"Damn it." Speed Queen groaned. "He got in."

"It's all Lincoln now." Black Ice said.

Inside the base, the kids are trying to barricade with everything they can find. Leo speeds out and comes back and places in front of the barricade.

"Leo, you can't put my clothes in the barricade." Mila said as she pushed the clothes rack to the side.

"Mila you put my guitar in the barricade!" Lemmy exclaimed.

"That wasn't me that was Leo!" Mila pointed.

"Or sure blame the only Meta here!" Leo groaned.

The triplets than run in with pieces of Todd and place it in the pile. "We found this piece of junk in another part of the warehouse." Cole said.

"Is that the robot aunt Lisa made?" Mila asked.

"Yeah, we carried it with teamwork." Cara said.

"Well that's good but you three know better than to go into aunt Lisa's lab." Mila scolds.

"We know." CJ replied. "But we're running out stuff to use to shield the door!"

"Well did you check your mom's room?" Leo asked.

"Mom told us never to take stuff from her room." Cara said.

"Well in times like these you need to break those rules little dude." Lemmy said.

"Mom has that punching bag!" CJ exclaimed. "We can grab that!"

"Let's go get it!" Cole said before they ran off.

"Ok let's find anything else we can use as a barricade." Mila said as the rest of the kids run off.

In the time machine area, Mr. Cuddles was doing some last minute programming. "Almost done." The bear said. "Just gotta put in the date and the year and then we're good to go."

"I'm glad to hear Mr. Cudldes." Soothsayer said. "It'll be weird for Lyle to see his family's younger selves, but as long he doesn't screw things up in the end, it'll all work out."

Lincoln then walks up to Lyle and kneels down to his level. "Now listen up kiddo, your mother and I will be different in the past and so will your aunts, Uncle Bobby and Clyde, but keep in mind different time, different us." Lincoln explained.

"Right." Lyle said. "So anything I should know about your younger self?"

"Well young me has more of a temper so if he doesn't seem to really accept you, don't take it personally." Lincoln told him. "Also don't mention the words luck, squirrels, or ponies. Trust me on this, young me might try to kill you if you say any of those words."

Lyle gulped after hearing the thought of the younger version of his dad killing him if he said those words. "But what about mom?" Lyle asked.

"Well she'll probably faint, calm past me down and possibly accept you." Lincoln responded.

"Sounds about right." Lyle replied.

"Ok I got the date and year programmed. You ready Lyle?" Mr. Cuddles asked.

"In a minute, Mr. Cuddles." Lincoln said as he used his watch to video call Ronnie Anne. "My wife and I have to say good bye to Lyle."

"So you're leaving now huh?" Ronnie Anne said and Lyle nodded.

"Yeah. I'm gonna go save the world." Lyle said. "I promise I'm going to stop Vector and change the future."

"I know you will." Ronnie Anne said. "Just promise me that you'll come back in one piece?"

"Yeah I promise." Lyle said.

"Well then, be careful." Ronnie Anne tells him. "I love you my little Firefly." She then hangs up.

"Be careful." Lincoln told him before bringing him into a hug.

"I will." Lyle promised. He and Lincoln separated and Lyle starts to walk towards the time machine but stops when he hears voices.

"Wait!" Lyle turns to see his cousins running in the room.

"You weren't just gonna leave without saying goodbye were you?" Mila asked.

"I guess not." Lyle shrugged and walked towards his cousins.

"Just watch out for yourself dude." Lemmy said as he lightly punches Lyle in the arm.

"Will do." Lyle replied. "Just keep these knuckleheads in line." The two fist bump and Lyle moves on to Mila. "You worried about me?"

"No." Mila said as she rubs her left palm with her right hand.

"Mila, you always rub your left hand when you lie." Lyle said.

"Well of course I'm worried about you dummy." Mila responded before wrapping her arms around him. "You're my cousin. Just come back safe."

"I'll come back safe I promise." Lyle said as he separated himself from Mila and moved onto the triplets. "Look I promise to give you three a good future."

"Promise?" Cole asked.

"Promise." Lyle said.

"Pinkie promise?" Cara asked as she held out her pinkie.

"Pinkie promise." Lyle said as he held out his pinkie and he and Cara both pinkies. After that he moved onto Leo, and he sighs.

"So that makes me the only kid with superpowers." Leo said.

"For about a minute or so." Lyle said.

"I'm not sure if that's how it works." Leo said.

"Well, I'll see you in a couple of minutes how about that?" Lyle asked.

"Yeah I guess that works." Leo said before pulling his cousin into a hug. "Don't die."

"No problem." Lyle said. He then turns to his father. "Before I go, the four of us need to ask you something."

"Shoot." Lincoln responded.

"We were wondering why you guys haven't gone all out against Vector?" Leo said.

"What do you mean?" Lincoln asked.

"Well Soothsayer always told us stories about how you all trained with the Eleven Masters and got a power boost because of it." Lemmy said. "But from what we've seen you guys seem to be afraid to go all out."

"Lemmy has a point, you told killed me the story of how you and the rest of the team at the time, took on Irate and that was before your training with the eleven masters." Lyle stated.

"Uncle Lincoln, are all of you afraid of Vector?" Mila asked. "You can tell us we won't think any less of you."

Lincoln sighs as he looks at the kids. "It's not just Vector I'm afraid of." Lincoln said. "You know that reactor I have on my chest?"

"You mean that thing that prevents another Irate from coming out?" Leo asked.

"Exactly." Lincoln responded. "This reactor keeps me from losing control because if I let loose, there's a chance I could unleash a threat that's almost as bad as Vector. I can't let loose."

"Perhaps letting loose is what you need to do." They turn to see Soothsayer approaching them.

"Are you suggesting I rip off the thing that'll probably make another Irate?!" Lincoln asked.

Soothsayer shakes his head. "Lincoln you're older now." He says. "You have better control of your powers. Perhaps it's time to let loose and ignore your fear." Lincoln thinks about it and sighs.

"Maybe." Lincoln said. "But for now let's get Lyle to the past." Lyle gets into the time machine and Mr. Cuddles gets out and stands next to Lincoln. Lyle starts the time machine and it begins to hum but nothing happens. "Um, Mr. Cuddles why is the time machine still here?"

"Oh it's warming up." Mr. Cuddles answered. Lincoln then glares at the bear.

"Ok why weren't you warming it up while all this was going on?" Lincoln asked.

"Got caught up in the moment." Mr. Cuddles answered.

"We better hurry before Vector shows up." Lemmy said.

"C'mon Lemmy." Leo said. "We put everything that was in the base by the door. There's no way he's getting in. Plus mom, dad and everyone else is out there. There is no way he's getting in." They then hear an explosion. "Or he defeated everyone, blasted the door down and is now gonna try to kill us all."

"You six take cover." Lincoln ordered before pressing his watch to become Firecracker. Lemmy, Leo and Mila grab the triplets and take cover behind a crate with Mr. Cuddles joining them. Soon the door to the time machine area gets blasted down and a red eyes flash through the smoke and Vector steps out.

"Firecracker." Vector said. Firecracker narrows his eyes and glares back at him.

"Vector." Firecracker growled. "I see you got past the others."

"Of course." Vector said. "Once I realized that they were just distracting me, I decided to stop wasting time. But do not worry. They're alive. For now."

"So you decided to move onto me? I'm touched." Firecracker said.

"I noticed that your wife isn't here. Probably carrying the future diseases you call children." said Vector.

Firecracker growled and his hand starts to ignite. "Vector why are you doing this?" He growled. "Why destroy humanity?"

Vector sighs. "It wasn't what I was created to do." He admits. "I was created to destroy meta humans. However as I did my research I realized that no matter how many metas I destroy, humanity would make more. Even if by accident. So I knew what I had to do. Wipe humanity from existence so that the disease known as meta humans could not spread. Now once I destroy you and the others, I can leave North America and expand to other countries. I will complete my mission."

"I'm not going to let other people suffer because you see us as a sickness. You are the disease and I'm going to burn you alive!" Firecracker said.

"I'd like to see you try." Vector said as he was surrounded by aura. Firecracker growled and went full flame.

Firecracker lunged towards Vector and have the monster some fiery punches in the face, until Vector throws him off. Firecracker then threw fireballs at Vector, but he either dodges them or swats the fireballs away.

"I will not allow you to hurt anyone else!" Firecracker shouts. He lunges again but Vector sidesteps him and wraps his tail around Firecracker's arm. Vector then slams him down with his tail.

Firecracker then grabs Vector's tail with his hand and heats up his palm up causing Vector to growl in pain and release Firecracker from his tail. "You took everything me and now I'm going avenge them." Firecracker said.

"Don't worry." Vector growls. "You'll soon be reunited with them."

Vector fires an energy blast at Firecracker, but he dodges the blast. Firecracker than threw serval fireballs towards Vector but they don't even hit him, they just float in the air, until they all flew towards Vector hitting him with the fireballs.

"How did you like that?" Firecracker taunted. However the smoke cleared, Vector didn't have a scratch on him. "Figures." He then flies forward and goes for a sweeping flame kick that Vector ducks before hitting an uppercut sending Firecracker flying into the ceiling. As Firecracker falls back to the ground Vector hits him with his tail that sends Firecracker him flying into the wall.

"I suggest you surrender Firecracker. It'll make it easier to end your life." Vector said.

"Aw screw you." Firecracker growled. "I'm not gonna let you kill anybody else."

"That day will never come." Vector as he smacks Firecracker with tail to the side.

Firecracker let's out another groan and tries to get back up but Vector picks him up by the back of the head and starts to punch him in the back repeatedly. After punching him a few times, Vector drops Firecracker to the ground. Mr. Cuddles turns to Soothsayer.

"How screwed are we?" Mr. Cuddles asked.

"Very." Soothsayer answered.

"That takes care of that." Vector growls. He turns to the time machine and prepared an energy blast. However he hears movement behind him and turns to see Firecracker slowly get back to his feet.

"C'mon. I ain't dead yet." Firecracker challenged as he made the bring it on hand movements.

Vector growls and charges towards Firecracker.

"How much longer until the time machine is charged?" Lyle asked.

"One more minute." The computer answers. Lyle looks out the window of the time machine to see Vector holding his father by the throat.

"Once you're gone, I will finish off the rest of your family and after that the rest of this planet." Vector said. " I am inevitable."

Firecracker smirks and looks at Vector. "And I am Firecracker." He says. Then with a shout, he goes full flame with power that forces Vector to release him. Vector then sees that Firecracker is engulfed in an inferno.

"How is this possible?" Vector demanded. He looks down in front of Firecracker and sees Firecracker's reactor on the ground. "You've removed the reactor."

"Damn right." Firecracker said with a smile on his face as the inferno takes the form of a wolf. "Let's see if I remember my training."

Firecracker then started to charge towards Vector and engulfed himself in flames and tackled Vector leaving burn marks on his body. "He was holding back this whole time." Vector said to himself.

"For twenty years we've tried everything we could to try and stop you!" Firecracker shouts before kicking Vector in the chest. "After you killed all those people at the mall we loss our faith in ourselves and in turn we were almost completely terrified of you so we never let loose." He then punches Vector in the chin. "But now there's no fear at all!"

Vector stumbles back and looks at Firecracker at full flame. "We will end your rampage today and in the past!" Firecracker said as he elbows Vector in the chest.

"No you won't." Vector growls. "You will not win. You see, I too for the past twenty years have never gone full power." Firecracker's eyes widen.

"What?" He gasps.

"That's right." Vector said. "Now it's time to do so." He let's out a shout and the energy around his body suddenly increases so much that it went through the roof. "This is the end Firecracker!"

"No!" Lyle exclaimed. "How can that be?!"

"Simple. You vermin have never pushed me like this before now." Vector explained. "But now I will end this!"

"Dad no!" Lyle shouted as he began banging on the window of the time machine.

Mr. Cuddles looked at the monitor and sees that the time machine is fully charged. "You're our only hope Lyle!" Mr. Cuddles said, right before the time started up.

"But I can't leave you!" Lyle protested. Firecracker looks up at the time machine.

"Don't worry about me!" Firecracker shouts. "I can handle Vector! You just stop Vector in the past!"

"Dad!" Lyle cried out as the time machine disappeared with a bright flash.

"Save the world son." Firecracker said before turning back to Vector. "Now where were we?"

"About to meet your demise." Vector growls as he forms to energy blades. However an ice blast comes out of nowhere forcing Vector to block it. Firecracker turns to see the rest of the L-Crew have arrived.

"Took you guys long enough." Firecracker said with a smirk. "What were you guys doing out there napping?"

"We we're here now." Parkour said. "I see you took the reactor off."

"Felt like I needed to no longer hold back." Firecracker responded. "But now Vector is fighting at full power and I think it's time we Loud siblings show Vector what full power looks like."

"I couldn't agree you more little bro." Amplifier said. "Let's do this!"

With a group shout, the Loud siblings were engulfed in auras in the shape of their spirit animals. Speed Queen's was a cheetah, Multiple Woman's was a crane, Amplifier's was a eagle, Ms. Appear's was a hyena, Parkour's was a gorilla, Black Ice's was a raven, Wildgirl's was a monkey, Crystal Queen's was a peacock, Prodigy's was a owl and Greenthumb's was a badger.

"So all of you were holding back?" Vector asked. "This should be interesting."

"Alright girls. Let's kill him." Firecracker said.

"You got it bro." Amplifier said. Armor, Genarocker, Clyde and Petty step up to join them.

"Don't forget about us." Armor said.

"L-Crew!" Speed Queen shouted. "Today this ends! Attack!" The L-Crew charge towards Vector.

In the time machine, Lyle sat in silence as he travelled through the time stream.

But he couldn't help and think about the fate of his father, sure he's been through worse when he was his age. But this him battling against Vector, a monster who destroys cities within minutes.

"Dad can handle Vector." Lyle kept telling himself. "I have a mission that I must complete no matter what. I gotta stop Vector in the past so that we can have a future! So everyone just hang in there. I promise I will stop Vector no matter what!"

Smoke: Hey guys Smoke here. I hope you enjoy the two chapters of Lyle's future. Now to answer Knox's question about the Omni-team, Miraculous team and Scarlett. Well the Omani team and Miraculous team are dead. As for Scarlett, we'll she doesn't exist. Because Zachlor16 and I are doing a solo project. Ben10man is pretty much doing a MCU type of story. Not us, we're doing a like a type of universe like Sony is doing with their Marvel characters. So we won't be doing crossovers, sorry guys the L-Crew are flying solo. Anyway read and review.

Zachlor16: Yeah sorry. There will be no Omni-Team or Miraculous Team or anything like that in here.

Smoke: Also I know that we mentioned the Omni-Team in the Revenge of Jax. But we were Advertising the crossover between the L-Crew and Omni-Team in Ben10man's fanfic Ben and Jen 10. Again sorry guys, there will be no crossovers between other heroes. But you can still do them in omakes.
