54 Glacor - The Ice Beast

The area was filled with the stench of blood, if someone were here, they would wonder just who massacred all these demon beasts, but they would never find out that each one of them willingly laid their lives for someone that they wanted to kill.

The dragon who witnessed everything was still mind-boggled by what happened because from what the dragon knows it is impossible for someone to make all these demons kneel.

The years he has lived and travelled across so many universes with his master, he has never experienced a chain of deaths by demon beasts by their own will, he has seen some who are able to influence 1 or 2 demon beasts but never someone who can influence more than hundred.

What was even crueller was that the satisfaction that the demon beasts had when they killed each other, it was as they had no other choice but only to accept this.

The dragon knew this was not because of respect but pure fear because even though their eyes were unwilling, they couldn't help but tremble at the sight of Yama, the dragon could directly tell even from the screen how scared shitless they were.

However, what the dragon couldn't understand was, just what did Yama do to influence all these demons to fear him, if that was the case then why did he waste his time killing the beasts before, did he just feel like showing off?

He then remembered that Yama's eyes were turning pitch black, does that mean he is cultivating in a demon way, but that will be impossible because his master made it so that only a righteous person will be selected for the legacy, so the dragon could only believe that this must be a martial technique that has never been seen and this brat just managed to get it by luck.

However, the dragon knew that this wasn't really over as these demon beast were only five stages higher than Yama's cultivation of the 2nd Stage Spirit Realm, the final demon beast he will be facing is going to be one realm higher, so the dragon waited to check what Yama will be doing.

Yama who is in a trance at the moment had no pity what so ever about the demon beasts who have just laid their life for him, he was, in fact, more surprised about the fact that the number of the beasts he has killed is plenty and wondered where in the world are all these beasts coming from, until he felt a presence that was even more chilling than the beasts he has faced right now.

The beast which looked like a skeleton with the legs but just the head that looked like a helmet and the hands which looked like a cleaver was hovering staring at Yama, who looked as if it was ready to pounce anytime, by looking at mysterious creature that was full of ice, Yama could easily tell that it's ability should be something to do with ice.

The dragon was watching this with a grin on his face because Yama was facing a beast called the Glacor, which is a dangerous creature that is formed from the ice elemental, but this creature is a whole realm higher than Yama's current cultivation level, and not even people who are in the same realm as the beast will be able to handle it.

He knew the chance to rescue Yama and grin at his face has finally come now and couldn't wait, to witness this whole event.

The dragon wasn't disappointed as he watched the Glacor breath a heavy chunk of ice that covered the area around Yama instantly and what surprised the dragon was that Yama didn't make a move at all, feeling the contempt from Yama the Glacor got furious and shot a spray of ice that covered Yama as if he was in a ball of ice.

"Shit!" The dragon knew the time to rescue Yama has come because at Yama's cultivation level he believed that he wouldn't be able to survive that spray of ice from the Glacor, so the dragon quickly tried to rush into the formation that his master set up but only to be sent flying.

The dragon didn't expect that he will be sent flying, this can only mean that Yama is in no trouble what so ever, so he turned to look to see just what happened, only to see the ball of ice being sucked into the black sword that was emitting a black light that looked like a dark aura, which looked as if the aura of death was surrounding it.

The ice ball that the Glacor sprayed and the ice that was on the ground was slowly being sucked by the sword, the Glacor however instinctively felt that something was wrong and it had a feeling that if he was about to touch any of the dark aura that is emitted by the sword, he would instantly lose his life, so it turned around and started to run for its life.

The dragon who witnessed this scene didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He saw a dangerous beast that not even someone in the same realm as the beast can defeat run for his life as he was in a big crisis.

However, just as the Glacor was running for its life, the black Sword in Yama's hand started to hover and move rapidly as it started to chase after the glacor and not even few breaths have passed, the sword went straight through the glacor as the glacor was sucked into the dense black aura that the sword has produced, little by little any sign of the ice creature was nowhere to be seen.

Gulp!

The dragon couldn't help but make a few gulps, someone who has seen and experienced a lot through the universe couldn't help but be shocked and bit petrified as he has never seen someone who is able to produce something like this from all the previous successors Yama is the only who one had no problems dealing with this.

The dragon would understand if Yama has used fire to tackle against the ice beast but how could a sword produce something like this and be able to suck every single part of the glacor or even the ice that was produced by it.

No matter how the dragon saw the sword, it really looked as if it was a devil art something terrifying as that could not be seen anywhere in this continent, the dragon wondered just where in the world did Yama get hold of this sword.

Just as the dragon was recollecting the scenes of Yama handling all the beasts, a penetrating voice echoed again in Yama's mind.

"Young man, well done you have cleared the first test. I will now put you into the second test of my legacy."

However, just as Yama was going to enter the second test of the legacy, there was an uproar outside the Ghostfort Trials.

This is because the leaderboard started to update and the names of the youngest talents in the continent came in front of everyone who was witnessing this event.

The race to the future top talent and the hopeful one who can attend the Asura sect will be shown to the world.
