CHAPTER 6.
Gojin sprang to his feet, grabbing his sword just in time to block the first attack. The force of the blow sent him stumbling backward until he fell. Just as the doll prepared to strike again, Yuki appeared out of nowhere.
She slammed her hand against the doll's chest, causing it to deactivate instantly.
"It seems the doll must have malfunctioned; it wasn't supposed to reactivate automatically after being defeated," she said, helping Gojin up.
He stared at her for a moment, wondering how she was able to teleport like Taro.
Without hesitation, he decided to ask, "Yuki, how did you do that?"
Yuki turned her gaze toward him and laughed. "Did you read everything about Ki in the second book I gave you?"
Gojin instantly recalled the technique book titled "Ki no waza" (Ki techniques) that she had given him. While he understood the basics, most of the critical knowledge remained a mystery, and he hadn't read the book—his focus had always been on martial arts texts.
"No, I should start reading it ASAP," Gojin replied, scratching his head and chuckling.
"As soon as possible?" Yuki asked, confused by Gojin's abbreviation.
"Yeah. But I still need to know how you did that. Taro could also do it, and I'm sure Ryu—" Before Gojin could finish, Ryu appeared with a worried expression.
His back was to them as he scanned the training room in a panic. "Gojin! Gojin! Gojin!!" He placed his hands on his head and knelt on the ground, tears streaming down his face.
The Junior Exorcists had informed him that the training dolls were malfunctioning and wouldn't be fixed until tomorrow.
"I'm here."
Ryu turned his head around instantly, mucus dripping from his nose. He stood up and rushed toward Gojin, gripping his shoulders and staring at his blindfold.
Yuki folded her arms, watching Ryu make a fuss.
"Gojin, next time, I won't let you train all by yourself! I thought something bad might have happened to you, maybe even that you removed your blindfold!" Ryu complained, crying like a child he is.
"I'm okay, seriously."
Yuki shook her head, "I was about to explain something to him before you jumped in."
Ryu's jaw dropped; he hadn't noticed Yuki was there all along. He quickly wiped his tears and composed himself.
"Well, you may continue. Since Gojin is fine, I'll head back to training with the Junior Exorcists. Drop Gojin off and come back," Ryu commanded, vanishing into thin air.
"That's called Ki tapping," Yuki explained.
"Overusing Ki can lead to fatigue and other problems, so it's not something we can rely on all the time. Anyone can learn the technique. Just think of Ki users as omnipotent; we can do almost anything, but it depends on the amount of Ki we have."
Gojin's eyes widened in shock, his mouth forming an 'O.'
"Omnipotent? So you can do literally anything, but only based on the Ki present inside the user?" Gojin repeated.
"Yes, although we're limited to some extent. Unlike you, the Ki in you is more than 70% because you were born a God, with one of the special eyes: Doom. Did you know that's just one part of what you can do?" Yuki said, leading him out of the training hall.
"Really? I can do more?"
"Yes, but I'll leave that for you to discover. You're even close to being..." She paused for a moment, ruffling his hair.
"More for you to figure out." She waved goodbye and walked away, returning to her training while Gojin sped toward his room, eager to read all the technique books.
"System, am I really able to become omnipotent? Does this mean I'm not strong yet, even with this insane ability?"
[The answer to your first question: No information will be revealed to the host yet. Now for your second question: Yes, host isn't strong enough and must develop further by acquiring more techniques and leveling up.]
"And I thought I was overpowered, starting from a God rank. Then I will get stronger. I still don't know what the main character can do; was he also born a God?"

Ryu and Yuki stood side by side, facing a level 3 doll, ready to fight barehanded. Two junior Exorcists, Yoshito and Saki, watched from one corner both around 18-year-old.
The doll powered up and lunged at them. Ryu dodged to the side, avoiding a punch, while Yuki quickly countered with a kick aimed at the doll's midsection. The blow landed, but the doll absorbed the impact and retaliated with a jab that sent Yuki stumbling back.
Ryu rushed to her side. The doll charged again, targeting Ryu this time. He ducked under its swing and pivoted, delivering a punch to its side. Yuki followed up with a spinning kick, catching the doll off guard.
However, it remained standing. They positioned themselves on either side of the doll.
As the doll swung its arm toward Ryu, he ducked and rolled away, creating an opening. Yuki launched forward at the doll with a kick that sent it crashing to the ground.
The two junior exorcists cheered them.
Although the two; Ryu and Yuki were often bickered, when it came to defending one another, they were an unstoppable team.

A young boy, around two years old, sat in front of a woman - meet Kenji. He had dark hair that framed his round face and black eyes. Kenji belonged to the Kuroyami Clan, but his existence remained a secret.
In his small hands, he held a bracelet that appeared to have been given to him by the woman in front of him.
"Kenji, put on the bracelet," the woman commanded, her face was obscured by a black veil.
The bracelet, known as "Tamashii no shikabane" (Soul Chaser), was formed using an unknown technique designed to prevent souls from possessing a body.
Kenji was born without Ki, rendering him vulnerable to such threats. This was merely a precaution, as a soul known at the Elysian rank had yet to be discovered.
"You're going to Shibuya for the final ritual three years from now. Just so you know, you are not useless until we declare you so."
