Chapter 6: Trauma

For those that are sensitive to gorey images, and sensitive to things that is considered extremely terrifying. Please do not read anymore as more and more like this chapter will be out. I have warned you, the following images would showcase several bad things. I have warned you. Please take my warning if your sensitive to this types of things please don't read this.

Sounds of fighting and guns rocked his head as he felt that any second now he would die. A single bullet from anywhere in his body could kill him, a single punch could leave him crippled for life. A single knife would leave him dead losing too much blood. This was the life of Haru back when a gang had declared war on the city. Every single night thousands died which terrified him, what if he was next? What if in this very moment a gang finds him and kills him? There were a bunch of what ifs in his mind as he started getting more and more anxiety, this was back when he visited America for some field trip. He was on his own as he felt he could take it. But now he wanted someone he knows to be by his side.

He hid inside a closet as he felt it was the safest place.

Thud.. thud..

Sounds of a man's steps were heard as Haru's senses perked up and reached the highest level. If the person finds him, he would die.

He started crying but made no sounds as he was too scared to die.

The steps were getting louder and louder as a man's boots were now standing in front of him. He could feel the man's breathing he felt as if the knew where he was but didn't choose to open the closet making him more and more scared.

After a few more seconds the man's boots left his vision as he sighed in relief the sound of his footsteps were getting further and further away as he sat down in the closet.

When he thought that the man was gone, the man peeked through the small hole on the ground right at his eyes. The man was breathing heavily, he held a knife on his hands with his eyes full of lust and bloodlust.

He liked his teeth and knife as his big eyes looked at his small eyes.

The man got up and started opening the closet door, Haru couldn't stand it anymore as he screamed to the top of his lungs. The man laughed loudly as he grabbed Haru and started stripping his clothes off.

A police officer nearby heard the scream as he ran as fast as he could with his gun out.

He made it into the vicinity where scream came from as he shot the fat man in front of him that almost raped the kid.

Haru who was almost kidnapped had an emotionless expression as he was sitting there doing nothing.

The police officer started crying as he shouted Haru's name he screamed as loud as he could but Haru didn't hear anything as all he did was stare at the dead man that still smiling and looking at him in the eyes.

He could still faintly see the fat man breathing a bit but soon stopped as teh fat man gave him a big smile showing his yellowish teeth that had an odd thing to it. It was all baby teeth.

Haru looked at the fat man as he started crying and screaming.

He didn't stop screaming for a whole year because of this trauma that the rapist induced on him.

He felt that the man was always watching him every moment. No matter what he did to get rid of him, the man kept coming back to him as the man stared at him from the window.

Showing all of the teeth that he stole from babies, and teenagers.

Eventually he passed out from all the screaming and the crying. For another year he couldn't talk, hear, and see as all of it stopped working. Until they had issued an operation on him. Gradually he started getting back to his self, as he was still scared of the man that was in front of him. Breathing down on his neck.

He felt that there was nothing scarier in this world other than that man.

"Haah.. Haah.. Hah..." Haru started panting as Ruka who was next to him got startled as she woke up.

"Are you okay Haru?" She asked while looking at him.

"I'm alright Ruka don't worry." He put on a smile that was different from all the other smiles that he had given to her.

She did something to make him feel better and that was to kiss his forehead.

"That was special s-service don't think much of it." She said while her head was steaming.

Haru had a smile on his face that was imprinted.

He looked at the window as he saw the man scratching it and smiling at him.

He got scared as he lowered his head down.

He had seeked help all around to world just so could get rid of this man from his mind. But there was nothing.

He looked at the mana again but the man dissapeared as he sighed in relief.

Ruka looking at Haru's face that was sighing in relief wondered what happened for him to be that relieved.

Haru had a tear in his eye as Ruke noticed it.

"Hey Haru.. why are you crying?" She asked, she was worried what had happened.

Haru noticed that he had tears flowing down his face as he wiped it off.

"Its nothing Ruka." He smiled as he looked at her in the eyes.

Ruka being the joyful one and also a calculative girl knew that something was wrong but it was better not to talk about it, as it was enough to make him relieved and cry.

Ruka patted his back and straightened her body while facing him.

"I'm here by your side so don't worry Haru, your not alone hehe!" She smiled as she looked at his eyes.

Haru was a bit surprised as his smile that seemed a bit fake turned into a genuine one.

He smiled brightly a t her which caused Ruka to flinch.

"Well were here!" She said while pointing at the location.

"We are." Haru said while standing up with Ruka.

"Let's make a bet on which will pass out." Haru said while glancing at Ruka.

"Hoho, you wanna challenge me when you passed out at the roller coaster? Bet!" She said while holding her hand out.

"Okay then!" Haru said and shook her hand. It was time to go all out.

The both of them went out of the bus as they made their way to the ziplines.
