Vol 2 Ch 15

Project Overwatch may need to be accelerated right now. He had a dossier prepared for perspective recruits as well. As he had previously agreed with Amanda, Tobi would work with both of their people. For now he had to report to Adam Pierce.

Adam Pierce right now was gnashing his teeth. He had gotten the report of the mission. That mission was personally ordered by him for only one reason. There were various key positions that Hydra wanted to control. They turn people who they can, and for people who won't turn. They eliminate them, and later their own people replace them. Before, this had been a slow process when the remnants of Hydra had been recruited. However, the ascension of their God was coming near.

This plan had been purposed by him. But apparently Amanda Waller had gotten in the way. This had increased the urgency of getting some people to infiltrate into Amanda's team. Unfortunately, Amanda had a tightly knit group of people so this was proving to be far more difficult then expected.

There was some good news atleast. There were plans to use these androids in some of their more dangerous missions where manpower was not so readily available. They had managed to get some data about their effectiveness. A file on Tobi was infront of him. He had been recognized by the android present there. If they could just get him. This enhanced guy named Tobi would prove to be far more useful for them. They would have a far better operative compared to even The Winter Soldier. No, the meta ability of Tobi would ensure that they would be able to get anywhere, anytime they wanted.

For now, he will wait. Afterall, Hydra has waited for years and years on end.

It had been a few days and Loki had done a few more jobs for Amanda as well.

One of them entailed him having to sneak into North Korea and extract some US agents that had been captured. It was not hard at all. He would have had to use moving like a mole technique. However, he had decided that he was going to switch things up a little for this time.

Loki had used transformation technique to switch into Kim Jong Un. And then using shadow clone jutsu. He had created an entire convoy for himself with guards and nurses and the like. With a smile, he had greeted the guards at the prison. And he then ordered them to bring the prisoner out.

"Most glorious leader, here are the American scum." They had brought out the agents.

The agent that had been dragged out and thrown on his knees had proceeded to spit on the disguised Loki. "You will get yours." He had said with conviction.

He looked severely dehydrated and malnourished. The guy was barely skin and bones. As his arms were bound behind him and he was brough to his knees. The prison guards had struck him across his face and was holding him down.

Loki had waved to the prison guard in a symbol to let him go. He had stepped infront of him. One of his clones who was masquerading as a guard had held him roughly. As this was happening Loki had come near him and whispered in his ears.

"Hold tight, you will be home in a few moments." Loki had proceeded to whisper in his ears.

"There is only one thing that I need to tell you guys." Loki disguised as Kim had proceeded to say. A big smile on his face. "Today, I managed to dupe an entire country." Loki said as he proceeded to bow in a theatrical display before the individuals standing before him.

"You will remember this day as the day you almost caught Tobi." At the last part, Loki had proceeded to undo his own transformation. With a puff of smoke, as he yelled Tobi. He was once more in his Tobi getup. An orange mask on his face. A green cloak worn by him. With a puff of smoke all his shadow clones dissipated.

"You will remember this day as the day you were tricked by Tobi." Loki had proceeded to say under the cover of the smoke. As he used Kamui, a blackhole was created which sucked in first the US agent and then it sucked Loki in as well.

At the rendezvous point, he had met General Ross once more.

"One agent delivery right here." Loki had proceeded to say.

General Ross had proceeded to support the agent as he helped the agent stand. "Take it easy son. You are home now." He had handed over the agent to a medic who had approached him. The medic had proceeded to lay him down on a stretcher. A few more orderlies had approached to carry the stretcher away in order to administer any medical treatment.

"You are not that bad." Ross had proceeded to say as he began to hand Loki the goods in exchange for his services.

"I expected you to be a stereotypical general. You know power hungry and the like." Loki had replied. Placing the gold bars within his own pocket dimension. Looking at the hulk incident, he had seen him as someone who would go to great lengths to cover his mistakes/

"Well, glad to see that we both are breaking expectations." The general had answered him.

There was a pause in their exchange.

"And what about Hulk." The general asked him.

Loki first pretended to look around and then he had proceeded to lean forward and whisper is his ears. "Well just between us, Banner is communicating with his inner green guy and well getting more control over it."

"I see." At this moment, Ross had a complicated look in his eyes.

"Now, portal away". Loki had said as he had used Kamui to move away.

Loki was being summoned to another place. After it had happened one time. Loki had learned his lesson. The price put on his head by Kingpin was really too attractive. He had appeared at the place where the seal had been broken. And he had been surrounded by thugs with guns.

He saw dozens of people carrying all type of ammunition and they had proceeded to fire at him. Loki had sunk into the ground and had shown up behind them. Taking down one guy after another. There were a lot of broken bones that day.

After which he had emptied everyone's pockets and proceeded to leave from there.

For the moment, someone had broken a seal and Loki had used Kamui to travel to that place. Making sure to be a distance away. He had left from his personal dimension into the real world.

Loki had surveyed the street where he was standing and then he had proceeded to walk towards the location where the seal had been broken. Loki confusedly looked at the Building in front of him. He was still not sure if he was even in the right place. Loki began to look around to make sure that he was in the right place. The location was within the building so he must be in the right place.

He had looked at the building once more. The Baxter building. One that was famously home to the Fantastic Four. Their logo was present on the building as well.

"Oh hell, Loki said to himself." As he stepped forward and pressed the intercom button.

Benjamin Grimm was right now in one of his more sober moods. He always felt as if he had drawn the short straw of the powers they had gotten as a result of being exposed to cosmic rays. While the others atleast looked human. He was the only one who was different from all of them. He had reduced to look like a pile of rocks. Into a monster and he was treated like one too. Atleast when he was in public. He could sense the fear behind their eyes.

That was until he had seen the pictures of Hulk having fun with someone calling himself Tobi. It was something funny to watch. The videos were trending as well. People tried to take it down but someone else usually uploaded it again. Hulk doing food challenges and eating about 500 shrimps. That was a fun one to watch.

Reed had proceeded to get one of the seals that could be used to summon Tobi in order to study them. As well as using them during some world ending emergency. As a sort of backup.

So Benn had decided to break one and ask Tobi if he could help him with his own situation. Reed had been unable to help him till now. When he had helped him, Doom had attacked them. At that point he had to reverse the process in order to save his friends.

So as he sat there. The bell had started to ring. He was getting annoyed that no one was showing up infront of him and the damn bell kept on ringing.

"Johnny, it's your turn now. Check who is at the gate." Benn had proceeded to yell at Johnny.

"Hold your horses, I am going." Johnny had yelled back. He was eating some ice-cream and was just getting up.

The bell began to ring continuously. Getting on Ben's nerves. Soon the bel stopped and Johnny returned.

"There is someone named Tobi at the door and he is saying that someone here summoned him." Johnny had crossed his arms while he was looking at Ben, one of his feet tapping. Looking pointedly at the broken seal inside his palm.
