Limitless Fate

The jujutsu sorcerers are labeled as the laughing stock of magi due to being able to only have one innate technique spell allowed to them. Unlike the mages who could learn any spell that could fall into their affinity or origin, the jujutsu sorcerers at most could do simply neutral spells. However, his birth changed everything and the balance of power shifted.

Chapter 12

Post training we started getting to know each other better and Maid Alter still could not cook. Where were we? We were currently lounging in the slack room with Cu, who had been summoned by Fujimaru. Obviously a geass was signed stating that they would not give away the location of the slack room to anyone. A buzz from the intercom alerted us to get ready for the next singularity.

Everyone made way into the Gojo express transport as they held as tightly as possible before the incantations on the floor activated as everyone disappeared. Da Vinci snorted as we appeared in the middle of the briefing room. "I still don't get how you managed to sneak a room completely undetected by even a genius like me." I smirked and pointed to myself "Cause I'm a better genius."

She rolled her eyes before continuing with the briefing. "This is the next singularity. Orleans, more precisely, the Hundred Years War. Just after Jeanne D'Arc was burnt at the stake."

I nodded, "So basically fix whatever is wrong in history. And the most likely cause is a holy grail just like Singularity F?"

Romani nodded as I jumped right into the coffin as Okita and Maid Alter had their own coffins as we waited for the rayshift.

"Pseudo Spiritron transfer start!"

Immediately the sensation of rayshifting took over as we arrived on lush green grass land. I peeked over my shades for a split second before informing the group, "We're quite a bit away from civilisation." Romani popped up before confirming my statement, "You are currently at 1431, the village you observed with the Six Eyes would be Doremy. It might take a while but it's within acceptable limits." I nodded as everyone stared at Maid Alter. As a rider she naturally had a steed, a motorcycle. However, it could only fit one more person at most. Fujimaru sighed before asking Romani if it was possible to rayshift Red Hare. That was until Da Vinci threw me under the bus.

"Wait isn't Satoru capable of long distance warping?" The eyes instantly fixed on me as Mash gasped. Above us in the sky above was a large circle of banded light. I stared for a while before coming to the conclusion, "That's heat, pure heat in the form of magical energy. More like spiritrons."

With that information left to the advisors I set to make a giant circle. Incantations were scribbled in a circle surrounding everyone before they all held tight to avoid landing in different locations. "I'll set the coordinates a bit from the village. Wouldn't want to surprise the people." Fujimaru decided to ask the question that the others were thinking, with the exception of Okita and Maid Alter, "Is this safe?"

I smiled, "Never tried it with this many people." Before their expressions could change I clasped my hands and the ground shook with an impact as they disappeared leaving a small crater. I made my way over as nothing was left behind.

Of course the way to the village would be every man for themselves. Immediately I secured the back seat of Maid Alter's motorcycle as Okita wedged in as much as she could. It was awkward as Okita found herself completely squished but it was better than having to walk. However, there it was bad. The village had been burnt to crisp. Quickly the group behind was informed and the destination had changed. Another village had been attacked just like Doremy. However thanks to the information gathering of multiple people. One thing had been conclusive, Jeanne D'Arc had been executed yet she was still alive.

Fujimaru mentioned one more important thing, "She had been using dragons to attack the villages." I nodded in understanding.

"Dragons shouldn't exist at this point of time and there's been no historical records or relation of Jeanne D'Arc and dragons. Meaning this distortion in history is most likely related to the doings of the holy grail."

In an instant my Six Eyes alerted me ahead of time despite the shades suppressing the majority of the power of the eyes. "Multiple dragonoid creatures incoming. Evacuate the people and prepare for a fight."

The wyverns came in flocks as they attacked the people. Since I couldn't use a majority of my arsenal I would take it to them in the sky. "Okita, Maid. I'll leave the ground to you. Act accordingly and make judgments based on human life." They nodded while I made my way into the sky. A solid foothold had been created from the manipulation of space.

"I might have been late to prevent the first flock of wyverns from touching ground level but the next flock would be different."

A spark burst out throughout my soul as the fuel ignited and reverse in rotation and collided to create reverse cursed energy. I would need to explode this one to catch all of the wyverns in the blast radius.

"Cursed Technique Reversal: Red"

The minimum output of Red was twice that of Blue, and I had output just enough to surpass that twice output. It wasn't a max output but it would do.

The red order manifested on the tip of my finger as I directed it towards the swarm of wyverns. In an instant the sky and vision of everyone there was dyed red.

The red orb stopped glowing as there was a small delay of silence before the void exploded into a tremendous force of repulsion. The wyverns were swept away as heads were detached, limbs were snapped right off and their bodies repelled like rag dolls. They dropped like flies.

In that instant I caught the energy signature of a servant. An unidentified servant, so weak that my Six Eyes failed to register a threat. Or perhaps it lacked the qualities of a servant? She pierced the wyvern from harming a woman but still a potential threat. I communicated with the group using the mental link between servant and master as I informed them I would keep an eye and that the last few stragglers would be taken care by me.

However, the moment she revealed she was Jeanne D'Arc I no longer had the luxury of playing it relaxed. I had encountered quite a few good tricksters and people adept in deceiving people before. Her weapon was instantly poised and ready to strike until Fujimaru mediated between us. I took of my shades before realising what most likely happened.

"An unstable spirit origin. A manifestation that is barely holding together. It's definitely not her, I can attest to that."

Romani looked shocked, "Gojo? Someone like you trusting others so easily?" I waved my hand to dismiss his claims.

"Nah, it's that she's so weak that she couldn't have done that. Impossible, a single full punch from me could cause enough instability that her spirit origin would collapse." Jeanne looked ashamed but slightly relieved that trust was being built.

Okita and Maid however paled at the mention of a punch from me. I smirked before whispering to them, "I wasn't punching at full force yet." Okita almost barfed blood as her TB thought of acting. Maid meanwhile tried her best to dismiss the thought of a full serious punch. They both had taken a sucker punch and both wanted to barf.

Mash decided that I was bullying her too much. "That's not nice Gojo-san. You shouldn't bully others for lack of strength." Jeanne brightened up a bit as she smiled at Mash's kindness.

I smirked and replied back, "Mash, what idiot would pick on the strong?" Another arrow of hurt hit Jeanne as she simply sat there in her incompetence.

I went off to take a nap while everyone else had nice and comfy tents. But it was for the better as I would be alert. Of course having my shades off would be better. Slowly I dozed off while keeping the sensory of the surrounding kilometres intact and alerting if anything huge changed.

In an instant my eyes snapped open as Jeanne woke as well.

"Hurry, large amount of hostiles present a few kilometres away."

I sighed before stretching, "Looking out for the weak is so exhausting. Honestly."
