someone said " if regret can change anything, the word loses its meaning"

on a king-size bed, a man woke up then he raised his body up and sat down on the bed.

Then he noticed his eyes wet with tears falling down hence he raised his hand and put it on his face with a smile on his lips.

" It's happening again and I will forget what I saw in the dream like usual"

then a voice came from outside the room

" your highness the morning court going to start, you must be there or his Majesty will become angry"

" call for me the maids and bring me hot water I will take a bath"

thus he took a bath and the maid dress him up to get ready for the morning court.

this morning court is important due to the new officials that passed the imperial exam are being signed to some works which affect their raise in the court later on also some princes are signed for some work too and that because of the throne fight and with all this ended together it made this morning court a very important one so he cannot get late or it will affect his reputation as the crown prince.

he walked to the door and met with the two guards that later bowed and opened the door.

As he was entering he heard the old servant " the crown prince has entered"

then he walked, bowed to the emperor, and sat down on his seat.

The morning court began then after a while the prime minister said" your majesty this servant investigated as you commanded him about weird things appearing lately, a large number of corpses appeared suddenly and every corpse was killed differently and the mysterious thing is that every corpse was unidentified no family nor someone can claim them as someone they know, it seems that these people appeared suddenly from thin air with no identity nor some information related to them."

At evening

the emperor and the crown prince were taking a walk in the imperial garden.

the emperor looked at his son who became a big man, not the little child who was following him everywhere like his little tail with such change made him unable to not sigh.

the crown prince glanced and smiled then said " huh? so is the imperial father missing the old days again"
